Kids Planet Kidderminster

My family have been attending Kids Planet Kidderminster for nearly three years now and we could not be more pleased with our experience. The staff there are everything; it is clear that they love what they do and they work so hard to guide and nurture the children. Each time we have moved rooms, from the baby room to tots, toddlers, and now pre-school, we have felt that this was the best room, what the team offers is excellent at each stage of development. It's a lovely little nursery, with a warm and positive community feel about it. My youngest will be starting there in June, excited for the next journey to begin.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery. She is currently in tot's and has come on leaps and bounds, and has learnt so much. From the day she started in the baby room, the staff have always been helpful and attentive. My daughter has a lovely relationship with all the staff and we talk about what she has done at nursery where she tells me all the staff's names. The nursery spends a lot of time with the children outdoors exploring and encouraging messy and risky play, and in the tot's room, they have circle time and music time which my daughter absolutely loves! Since being in the tot's room, my daughter's speech has come on so much! She has learnt how to count to ten, and also shapes and colours. I cannot recommend Kids Planet, Kidderminster highly enough.

Our little girl has been at Kids Planet since the age of 8 months old. Started in the baby room where we cannot fault anything. The staff are so caring and child-focused. Always keeping us updated with activities throughout the day. Food must be amazing as she eats all and more most days. Recently moved to Tots room where again staff are fantastic and really supportive. Our daughter loves nursery and is really starting to thrive. We have Kids Planet to thank for their support. Our daughter will be staying until school age and will certainly send our future children here.

My son has been at the nursery since September 2024 and we are really pleased. He loves going to the nursery, is developing really well, and he has created some good connections with the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I could not rate the nursery more highly, we have been very impressed.

My little girl has been at Kids Planet for a year now, starting in the Baby room when she was 10 months old. Staff have always been very welcoming and accommodating across all rooms, with a good variety of snacks and meals offered. Daily communication is good with the app being updated throughout the day - with pictures included most days. My little girl is very happy and settled, and some days doesn't want to leave!

We are very grateful for all the help and advice we've received through Kids Planet and we couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery for our little boy. All the staff and management that we've come into contact with have been absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. We especially love the app to keep up to date throughout the day.

My twins love going to nursery. They have thrived. They were premature when they were born so I have always had it in the back of my mind They might need some extra support along the way. They have had some SEN support mostly with speech and language. With the support of staff and home learning they have completed tasks to aid their learning and support with speech and language resulting in both being due to be signed off. Nursery have fully understood the boys and allow their little personalities to thrive. For this I am particularly grateful. We are sad that this is their last year before they start school in September. We will miss the staff and their.support through the twins time at nursery.

As a Dad of two kids under 4 at this nursery I can only say how brilliant it is for both kids. All staff are brilliant and plenty of activities for the kids on a daily basis. Would highly recommend it to any parents considering this nursery.

The nursery manager has been great and very helpful and supportive, however, I had an untold amount of trouble with invoicing getting my daughter's name wrong despite corrections and continuously sending me incorrect invoices with the wrong days and hours on. Some staff members were inattentive to my daughter when she was transitioning from another nursery to Kids Planet and I felt some staff members could have been a lot more compassionate and caring to help her settle in. Often she was left at the door and told to put her stuff away after being there for a day and feeling lost.

My twins attend the baby room here at Kids Planet and I have to say the care and love they have received from day one has been incredible, they have grown such a strong connection to their partnered person. They enjoy their days at nursery, are well fed and always come back happy and content. They do live updates throughout the day to keep you interacted in their day. Amazing nursery.

The staff are amazing and very supportive, very knowledgeable, my kid feels at home there, also is amazing to see them in the morning happy to go to nursery. I would love to recommend them to everyone.

Our son has attended Kids Planet for the last few years. During his time there, we have watched his confidence grow and enjoyed seeing all the daily activities he takes part in during his day. The team at the Kidderminster branch have dedicated alot of their time to educating our son on things like numbers, shapes, and colours, even down to the grip he uses when holding a pen. The food menu is brilliant, in fact, I even considered asking if he could bring some home for me, as the food they provide sounds lovely! Our son is quite fussy when it comes to eating, so him being able to try different foods that he wouldn't normally have at home, has really helped improve his food variety. I can't thank the team at Kids Planet enough for their hard work, care, and dedication to help start our son on his path, through the next 14 years of his journey in education. We are forever grateful. A special thanks to the manager! You've been amazing!

My daughter has learnt so much in such a short time at Kids Planet. She loves going to the nursery and on weekends she asks if she can go. The nursery staff are all very helpful and understand the needs of my daughter very well. The nursery building itself is large and enables the children to play and learn.

What a fantastic nursery. The staff are kind, caring and supportive. They really care and adore the children and are great at communicating with us. I cannot fault this nursery! We love seeing our baby girl grow in confidence and enjoy her time here. The added extras are perfect - and even a little parent's evening! Thank you, baby room!

Since starting at Kids Planet Kidderminster, my daughter has learnt so much and gained so much confidence. The staff who care for her are second to none and I am massively grateful for the support they have given us through our daughter's recent cows milk allergy. So pleased she now attends nursery here. Always smiling after a brilliant day of learning and fun. I recommend everyone to Kids Planet, Kidderminster.
