I cannot fault the staff, they have been a delight and have helped my daughter grow into a lovely young lady. She has loved her time here and has made some great friends. My only gripe is the lack of communication from management. I don't believe process changes/events are communicated effectively. This is an area that needs to be worked on.

Overall Experience

Very happy with Tipton Nursery very friendly staff. My four year old loves his nursery and comes home with lots of new things he learnt. The staff are very kind, friendly and gentle, very helpful and understanding and nothing is too much trouble.

Donna
Donna Job Title:Early Years ManagerJoined: 2005

Donna has been at Tipton Nursery since May 2005.

She has a BTEC qualification and has always been in childcare; she is passionate and dedicated to her role.

Donna holds many qualifications, including a vast amount of safeguarding certificates, Food Hygiene and an Ofsted-recognised 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Mellesa
Mellesa Job Title:Early Years Assistant ManagerJoined: 2015

Mellesa has been at Tipton Nursery since September 2015. Mellesa is extremely passionate about her role at the setting and gives 100% every day.

Mellesa has been on lots of courses over the years she has been at Tipton. She holds various qualifications that enable her to be the best practitioner she can be. Mellesa is a real leader and is a very inspirational nursery nurse.

Caroline
Caroline Job Title:Lead Early Years EducatorJoined: 2004

Caroline has been at Tipton Nursery since June 2004. Caroline is extremely passionate about her role at the setting and gives 110% every day.

Caroline holds an NNEB Qualification that she obtained in 1999. Caroline has been on lots and lots of courses over the 14 years she has been at Tipton. She holds various safeguarding qualifications as well as many others that enable her to be the best practitioner she can be.

Caroline is a real leader and is a very inspirational nursery nurse.

Kayleigh
Kayleigh Job Title:Lead Early Years EducatorJoined: 2019

Kayleigh has been at Tipton nursery since May 2019. She is a hard-working individual who will get any task done. The children and staff adore her. Kayleigh has acquired numerous qualification that helps to assist her in her role as a nursery worker.

Anikha

Anikha has been at Tipton nursery since January 2020. Anikha is efficient, detail-oriented, and extremely competent. Anikha has an excellent rapport with the staff and children within the setting. The children within the setting enjoy being with Anikha because of her excellent communication skills, which allow her to connect well with them.
