I cannot speak highly enough of Victoria Nursery. Every single one of the staff is so warm and affectionate to the children and this creates a real family atmosphere within the nursery. Every staff member knows all of the children so no matter who you speak to they know your child and also know who
you are, which gives a real personal touch. Our son took a very long and time to get used to nursery and everyone was so good with him that I never had any worries about leaving him there. Great facilities, great activities, great communication, great staff, great nursery. It's such a friendly place and it's a joy to chat to everyone at drop off and pick up. It's a wonderful nursery and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

My son has just left Victoria Road Nursery and we can't thank them enough for everything they have done in his early years. He started off hesitant and not sure as a baby and by the end of his time there he was a confident little boy asking to go into nursery. This is all down to the nursery staff who
create an incredibly nurturing environment. They gave lots of reassurance to us as parents and to my son who was struggling to settle and came up with lots of practical ideas such as visual timetable which really helped, they weren't afraid of giving him a big cuddle either which is exactly what he needed. The management are fantastic and take feedback on board from parents really well, you feel really listened to. I can't recommend the nursery enough.

My daughter has been at Victoria Nursery for nearly 2 years now and she absolutely loves it there. The nursery has a homely, nurturing feel and the staff are like a close-knit family. They have a great outdoor area which is always utilised and there are always interesting and fun activities which keep
my daughter engaged. It's been a comfort to know that my daughter is being taken care of so well and that she loves being there. She has made great connections with the staff and her friends. my son has just "graduated" from victoria nursery
He was so sad to be leaving the nursery, as he has made some amazing friends and bonds with his peers and the nursery workers.
They are amazing and have really prepared him to recognise letters and numbers, spell his name, learn about emotions and
also have lots of fun and play. My girl is there now and she is very very settled, they have helped her settle in smoothly! i am very comfortable leaving her there knowing that she gets great care and lots of learning and also a chance to explore with different mediums, toys, stories and songs.

We couldn't be happier with the care our little one receives at Victoria nursery . From the very beginning, the staff have been so warm, welcoming, and supportive, making the transition so much easier for both us and our son. He has settled in beautifully and absolutely loves his time there. We've really
noticed how much he is learning and growing every day, and it's wonderful to see how excited he is to go in. The team are fantastic at keeping us updated and always happy to chat through his progress. We feel reassured knowing he is safe, happy, and thriving. I highly recommend Victoria Nursery. My daughter is very happy there; staff care for all the children (not just those in their rooms), there is a range of activities and an end of week summary including photos. Great nursery in the Harborne area.

My daughter attends Victoria Nersery since November od 2023 and she just loves it. Teachers and assistants are highly professional and very friendly. And their food are so yummy my daughter says. My daughter attends 3 days a week and the days she is at home she misses nersery and always wonreding why
she is not going to play with her friend to nersery. Nersery has very lovely garden and lots of activities for kids. Very clean inside, toilets, bathrooms, garden.We have very positive experience being there, thank you!

My son has just left Victoria nursery to start school and was here from the age of one and my daughter has been here for over a year. I have continually been pleased with the care that both have received. The staff know all the children as it is a small setting. Both my children love the outdoor areas
and enjoy the forest school sessions. Staff are very supportive to my children's needs. Whether it be potty training or teaching them how to hold a pen. Staff will tailor sessions to the children's interests- e.g making volcanic eruptions or looking for bugs and researching them. The staff are always enthusiastic and will provide time for feedback on your child's day. Victoria Nursery is a lovely setting and I highly recommend it.

We've sent my son Miles to Victoria nursery since September 25. He seems very happy and has been looked after very well through his first settling-in month.


We love the nurturing environment here, and the staffs are super supportive and warm friendly, all the staffs in his room knew him well, and

can give us detailed feedback daily during the pick-ups.

My second child has just graduated from Victoria Nursery, and honestly, it's the end of an era for us. Both of my kids have been there from the baby room all the way through to preschool, and I can't speak highly enough of the place. The staff are just incredible - so kind, so welcoming, and they've
made the nursery feel like a second home for my children.


Vic rd has been such a special part of our lives that starting school starting has actually been tough for my son. When I asked him why he didn't want to go, he said, "Because I've been at Nursery I was a baby and I miss it." That says it all, really. What more could you ask for?


I'll miss the staff too, it's been such a joy having these beautiful memories from my children's early years to hold onto and share.

My daughter started at Victoria Nursery aged 13 months after it was recommended to us by several people. We are really pleased we made this choice for her! She seems to love it at nursery and we are really happy with the small, family environment. All the staff know her (and us), and I love that they
genuinely seem to care about her and are always cheering her on to meet her milestones!
Our eldest went to a different nursery, which was also generally very good, but we are happier with the smaller environment and the way in which the staff really get to know the children at Victoria Nursery.

My 8-month-old son settled in really quickly and easily and he formed a good bond with the baby room staff; he seems to enjoy his days at nursery and comes home happy and stimulated. The care and attention are great and provide me with reassurance that he is well looked after. I receive constant updates
via the app on what he is doing during the day which also helps with my 'separation anxiety'!

Our daughter has been attending Victoria Nursery since April 2024 and we've had such a positive experience there. She loves going there and does so many lovely activities each day. Her speech has improved dramatically since attending the nursery and all of the staff keep us really well informed on her
development. Every person who works there takes the time to get to know both the children and parents, even for the children who aren't in their room and care. It genuinely feels like a family environment which makes us so happy and confident leaving her there.

Victoria nursery is a lovely place for our daughter, she is super happy there and the staff are all friendly and supportive. They all know our daughter well and her key worker has a really positive impact on her learning and development. Whenever we have a specific challenge, the staff will make sure
there are play activities themed around addressing the challenges for example, bath time! They were also so supportive when we had some family challenges with my husband being unwell in hospital, they really helped me get through a tough time!
The nursery itself is small enough it still has a family feel, and has a lovely garden that the children have freedom to explore, forest school always being a particular highlight for our daughter!
Definitely recommend to anyone considering joining.

Our two boys aged 3.5 and 15 months both attend Victoria Nursery 4 days a week and both clearly love it there. The staff are attentive and responsive and have helped both my boys form bonds with them. They are well fed, have a chance for plenty of rest/nap time and have the chance to lead play along
and their own interests.

A fantastic nursery! Amazing staff, all very friendly, engaging and caring. Communication is excellent using their app. They offer lots of different activities which we get to see pictures of which is so lovely. Our little boy loves going to nursery, we couldn't be happier!

Hello, my name is Abbie, and I started out at the nursery in 2017 as a level 3 apprentice and am now a fully qualified level 3 practitioner. The environment at the nursery is very lovely, the nursery has a homely atmosphere, and we are all one big family. We work together and support each other.


During my time at the nursery, I have worked in all rooms with all different age groups, and currently I am working in Little Bears II room - with children aged 2-3 years old.

Throughout my time at the nursery, I have built my confidence, enhanced my knowledge and gained new skills, which have led me to my role as a deputy manager.

My name is Carrie Anne, and I have been working at Victoria Nursery for over 20 years! In my time here, I have worked in all the rooms, and currently, I am based in our lovely Cabin, which is a standalone classroom for our youngest children. I love working in this room and watching our oldest children grow in confidence and achieve their goals, especially as they are preparing for school and developing more and more independence.


The team at Victoria Nursery is like a tightly knit family with everyone working together and supporting each other. Working in such a lovely environment has enabled me to develop my skills as a practitioner and further my career. I have completed level 2 and level 3 NVQs in Childcare and Education, as well as a Level 3 in Management, which helped me progress into my role as a third in charge in the nursery. With many years of experience working in both schools and nurseries, I have supported children across different stages of their early education. I particularly enjoy working with babies and preschool-aged children, watching them reach milestones and develop independence. No two days are ever the same, which is what I love most about my role! Hi, my name is Lucy,
I started working at Victoria Nursery in February 2020. I moved to Birmingham away from my home, and when I arrived at Victoria Nursery, I felt so welcomed by all the friendly staff.


Victoria nursery has such a wonderful, homely feeling. I have worked here for over a year now and really enjoy my job. I have a level 2 & 3 Childcare qualifications, an understanding of autism certificate, I am also first aid trained and do frequent online training to help improve my practice.


I have worked in a nursery setting for over 5 years and have worked with different age ranges from 7 weeks to 5 years. My experience has been running a playgroup alongside parents and also working as a third-in-charge. I really enjoy working with younger children as I’m very bubbly and like to have fun.
