We visited a number of other local nurseries and we were getting to a point of difficultly in choosing. Last on our list was Lilliput - Rubery. We were greeted by a member of staff who was incredibly welcoming and friendly and spent as much time as we needed answering our questions. We were so impressed
with the clean, warm, open and bright environment, we both looked at each other and knew immediately this was the place for our son. As soon as we got home, I completed all the forms and went straight back up to hand in. Our son has been there for 18 months now and absolutely loves the place and adores the staff. He always gets upset when it's not his nursery day! I can't thank them enough for their great approach to childcare. Highly recommended! Keep it up guys, you are all very much appreciated.

My daughter has been coming to Lilliput since January 2020 and it was one of the best decisions we've made. The staff are so friendly and professional, they are so helpful and just so so lovely! They have been so supportive of both my daughter and myself in our new routine of nursery and going back
to work. The team have remained so positive and nurturing during the whole COVID-19 uncertainty and it's great seeing some of the old staff back! Thank you Lilliput, you're fabulous.

This nursery is fantastic, my son settled straight in after he didn't at another nursery beforehand. He loves all of the staff there and the nursery is so big and spacious and also has a softball pit play area inside. Fantastic, best nursery, highly recommended.

I visited 12 nurseries before Lilliput. My little boy was 9 months when he first joined, 18 months later we are always reminded that we made the right choice! Dedicated, caring staff, gorgeous setting, amazing communication between parents and staff just to name a few! They’ve been incredible with our
little boy and we are eternally grateful for all they do! He’s had allergies since a baby and they’ve always made sure he has healthy meals and doesn’t get left out of cake time either! I honestly can’t say enough just thank you for all you do and continue to do for my child!

My 2 boys started here 2 years ago, Lilliput made them both feel safe and happy. Even though the boys were at different ages they still were able to interact and that helped them settle in a lot easier. This has to be the best nursery I have sent them to because they are always willing to adapt to my
children and not expect my children to adapt to them. If I've had any problems nothing has ever been too much trouble and they have always accommodated with my changing timetable. They gave my eldest son an amazing start to school which he has already exceeded in everything in reception with the help of Lilliput, giving he was a very nervous little boy to start with. My other son is extremely confident at nursery and is always happy going and learning every day. Thank you for keeping my boys safe.

My child loves the nursery. It's very accomodating to all needs. Staff are very friendly, loving and helpful. My child started here in January 2018 after never being apart from myself and settled straight away due to the loving and caring nature of the staff in the nursery.

My little boy is so happy at this nursery, the staff, facilities and home cooked lunches are all fantastic. He is having speech problems and the staff are so supportive in helping him communicate and he has really come on since he started there just over a year ago.

Lilliput Day Nursery, Rubery is a fantastic place for your child to develop and grow in their early years. I have two boys, both of which have gone through the nursery from babies to pre-school, and they have enjoyed every minute. The staff are extremely friendly and the nursery itself is bright and
welcoming, providing excellent care for your child. The staff provide plenty of activities to keep children busy both indoors and out and are always happy to provide feedback and updates on your child’s development. This nursery is like a second family! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone, from the home cooked meals to the endless activities created by the staff to keep the little minds entertained. The staff care as much about the children as the families and the support they provide is amazing. My children
have all grown in confidence and ability and I have Lilliput Day Nursery to thank.

My grandchild went to this lovely nursery from when she was a baby up until she left in August to go to school. It has always been brilliant but since the redecoration, it’s absolutely fantastic. The staff are lovely and she has blossomed and grown into a caring, kind little girl who is very sociable.
We will miss Lilliput.

I regularly pick my nephew up from here and it is always such a happy place. The staff are lovely and the new decoration is brilliant. My nephew quite often doesn’t want to come home and he talks about the staff all the time.

Dear Lilliput


We felt that we had to let you know our feelings and thoughts regarding our son and his time spent at your nursery in Rubery.


Well, we were thinking this will be the hardest thing to write, as frankly, he is who he is due to our skill (luck!) and your wonderful nursery!


He has

been with you since he was a babe in arms, we talked often as to whether we were doing the right thing for him, and how this would affect him as he grew.


We had nothing to worry about, he loved his days at the nursery and has developed into a wonderfully bright, sensitive and caring little boy, yes we had a part to play in this, but so did your staff.


He has been fortunate to have some special role-models, who have cared for him and seen him grow into the special little boy he now is.


We would like to thank you from the very bottom of our hearts for making our little boy as important to you, as he is to us.

Hi, my name is Charlotte.
I am a level 3 qualified nursery nurse with 29 years of experience in childcare. 15 of which have been as part of a management team. I joined Little Moments Day Nursery in June 2010 as Deputy Manager at the Kings Heath nursery. I then moved to the Rubery nursery in September 2010 after being promoted to manager.


Being a nursery manager has many challenges, but it is also a very rewarding role. I love watching the children enjoy the experiences we offer here at Little Moments and seeing them grow and develop. I also get a lot of satisfaction from building relationships with the many children and their families that come here.
