Fox Hollies Nursery

This is my daughter's third year at the nursery, and our experience has been consistently excellent. She absolutely loves going to nursery, has made many friends and her time there has greatly helped to build her confidence.

The staff are professional, caring and very engaging with both my daughter and us as parents, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. They are attentive to her individual needs and actively support her development, regularly sharing helpful ideas and guidance on how we can continue learning at home and prepare her for reception.

Communication is always clear and reassuring and it is evident that the staff genuinely care about the children's wellbeing and progress. Overall, we are extremely happy with the care, support, and education provided and would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

Its a very warm, welcoming and friendly place and I am so glad my child attends Fox Hollies Nursery.

Staff members are friendly and professional with their work, and my child feels comfortable, safe and happy.

My overall experience with the nursery has been very positive. The staff are kind and caring, and my child is always happy to attend. I also appreciate the app, which keeps me updated on what my child has eaten, nappy changes, and even shares pictures and videos of their activities.

I do have a couple of suggestions. When contacting parents, it would feel more personal to say, "Hi, is that (child's name mom)?" rather than using the parents first names. Additionally, I'm unsure how birthdays are celebrated, as nothing has been shared. At my child's previous nursery, birthdays were a special occasion: the birthday child would sit on a decorated chair with a crown or hat while everyone sang "Happy Birthday," and the parents would receive a photo. They also gave a book as a gift for birthdays and graduations.

Really good experience as the staff is very helpful and provides support when needed. The team are really co-operative and approachable to discuss and share ideas regarding the development challenges. 5 star nursery and recommended for young children.

The teachers are great, always keep you up to date with how your child is progressing. My daughter took a while to settle in. They were patient and helpful. They also encouraged the kids to do things really well. Would definitely recommend this preschool. My daughter has come out of her shy shell. They also encourage and help you potty train your child.

Great staff team and they did great activities for the children for World Book Day and Mother's Day this month, my son enjoys being at nursery and is looked after well. Any concerns or advice is immediately notified to me via the app.

Very pleasant environment, nice calming music as soon as you enter the nursery setting. The building is very secure as the nursery is situated at the back of a shared building. The staff are very caring and communicative. Both of our children love going to nursery and they talk about their day in the nursery when they get home, they talk nicely about the staff which means that they bond well. Both of our children eat at nursery more than they would eat at home which I find great that they are being motivated by staff and the presence of other children.

Overall I am happy with this nursery because everything was perfect when I started sending my child to this place and they fulfilled all my needs regarding my situation. Thanks to everyone at this nursery.

Staff are friendly and caring. I'm very confident in their ability to look after and educate my children. Great feedback from my children who love going. Excellent food on offer for children all day.

My daughter has/had always struggled to open up to others. After attending nursery five times she really came out of her shell. Her speech and remembering of information has been incredible. Very grateful to all the staff.

I understand the day nursery is very busy, but I think the flexibility could be improved on (I.e being able to swap days in advance or have an additional day).

Really good experience so far. My daughter has started to pick up on things and learn really fast. Getting better in socialising in such a short time. Really happy on daily feedback updates.

I am really pleased with the set-up here at Fox Hollies. My child loves coming here and is very settled. It's lovely to see her do different activities as well as receiving updates on Family app.

Since my son cheveyo has transitioned into pre school room I have noticed he has come along so well with more of his speech and counting his numbers and just his development overall I thank all the staff for supporting that :)

Very happy with the nursery. Staff very attentive and friendly. My child loves to go there. The only thing is that he has constant problems with his stomach and his poo is too loose so he spends more time at home than in the nursery and we still need to pay full price.

We placed our 1-year-old son into this nursery, it was a difficult decision to make as we the mum and dad become very optimistic about placing him into any nurseries. We explored all the local ones within the area and this one stood out a lot. It was during COVID so we were restricted to what we were allowed to see within the 4 walls of the nursery. We were greeted by the baby room manager and was introduced to the room team leader who both are very fantastic at what they do, we couldn't really see anything inside so we were reliant on making our decision with how the staff was. I can now say 6 months later that it was probably one of the best choices we made I can not emphasize enough. The staff are fantastic my son loves nursery in the time he's been there he's learnt a lot, how to walk, talk, eat by himself. His development is by far further than if he hadn't had gone to this nursery. We are so thankful to the staff who have made our son become who he is today, thank you so much.

I'm absolutely over the moon with my son's development since going to this nursery. Catering to his needs, staff are amazing. Brilliant communication, can't fault them. Would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

The staff are extremely welcoming and welcome your children. They listen and make adjustments if you have a concern. The nursery is nice and clean. They work on the development of the child and sometimes give homework (which my child is always excited about). They help with toilet training and give tips. They update on the 'Famly' app regularly which is brilliant and peace of mind. Thank you to all staff. They could invest more in outdoor activities like climbing or swing or slide area. Also indoor they can buy new things instead of getting second-hand items. Be regular with the homework pattern.
