Building Blocks Nursery - Kingstanding

Outstanding nursery! Staff who are fantastic at what they do, attention to detail in every area. The environment is so welcoming and has a homely feel. My son loves to be outside exploring and he accesses the outside every day doing some really impressive activities. The things he does during the day often make me say wow when I see them. So much effort goes into everything and my child is always so engaged. I also can see what he has been doing during the day on an app for my phone. Everything is regularly updated with what he has eaten, and his learning journey is brilliant and the observations are always so lovely and show how much he learns and enjoys going. The managers are also really hands-on and friendly nothing is too much trouble. They also have a lovely relationship with my son you can see how passionate they are. 10/10 nursery and my new baby will be starting when it’s back to work for me.

It's a very calm place, the staff are very good with kids, and they have loads of toys to keep them busy. I like it. There is a garden where kids can run around in the summer days. They have all sorts of safety features implemented, such as door finger protectors - that was a good one I spotted. Overall a pretty cool place.

Since starting my daughter there I have had no problems. She is very happy there and coming on leaps and bounds. As parents, it's hard to find trust in others with your baby, but they have provided the best care for my child. She goes in happy and comes out happy. The relationships she has with all staff there is amazing. Would recommend this nursery to everyone.

My daughter has settled in so well at this nursery, the staff are fantastic and my daughter gets so excited when she sees them, when I drop her off each morning. The nursery has such a calming and relaxing atmosphere and children are encouraged to explore. Since starting, my little one has tried lots of new foods, been painting and played in the snow. Each day the app is updated with photos and notes of how she's getting on, which is brilliant for us to see how she's doing while we're at work. Such a fantastic nursery, I cannot recommend it enough!

After my son was abused in nursery, I never thought I could trust another setting, but these ladies went above and beyond to make my son regain trust in humanity. He went from constant flare-ups from stress-related eczema in his previous setting, to rarely any when he was moved to their care. I now have my daughter there and they are again going above and beyond to help her flourish! I really wouldn't trust any other setting with my children!

Building Blocks Nursery have been nothing but amazing for our little boy. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of him. He's been going to the nursery now for two years and absolutely loves it. They always have exciting events and activities for the children and parents to get involved in.

Couldn't ask for a better nursery for my daughter. They have given her the extra support needed and helped with applying for extra support and help for us at nursery and also at home. They have helped with her eating and managing her day-to-day routine. The staff are lovely and very good at keeping you in the loop with the day-to-day activities of your children at the nursery.

Our daughter has spent 2.5 years at Building Blocks Nursery, Kingstanding. She has had an amazing time and learned so much in the time she has been here. The staff have showed so much support to her in her time and we are so grateful to them for this. We wish them continued success in the future.

This has been a very good nursery for my child. He was a SEN child and they gave him lots of extra support with his speech and overall development. He has learnt so much from attending this nursery. He has become very independent and confident and is ready for school. This nursery is by far brilliant and outstanding, which keeps giving and offering support and guidance all the time. Very well presented and demonstrated and very understanding.

My daughter goes to this nursery and at first she was a bit upset, but now she goes in, tired, but has a lovely day painting, drawing, playing with all the different toys and even baking. All the staff are lovely and communicate with you well. The manager is fantastic, helps you with anything.

Our daughter started August of this year but because of COVID19 and my partners hours being dropped it isn't sustainable for us to send our daughter here.....but in saying that our daughter was just turning 1 when she started and we have had many parents tell us "you will see a change and she will come on bundles" and I can not thank the Owner and her staff because the first few days we have seen change and my god was it for the better. They change food every day, snacks are always different and she always comes home content. She has more than found her lungs ..Lol and she loves music and the songs they have taught her are unbelievable and she recognises them at home. The Deputy Manager is someone she really bonded with and found her to be a bit of a mother to her at the nursery and again me and my partner always asked her at home where is she and she would look around trying to find her. I could continue to write but have no room Lol but, the Deputy Manager, thank you for everything and looking after our daughter.

My son enjoys coming to nursery and he's made so many friends. The staff are very supportive and friendly. My son has had a few health problems but the support we've had from the nursery was amazing, we are so grateful as parents.

Staff are always welcoming and supportive. My daughter loves coming to nursery and is very fond of all the staff which she has good relationships with. It is always reported how my daughter has been throughout the day and what she has eaten and any concerns raised.

My child has come on really well since starting at Building Blocks. He has recently been out on the talk boost scheme which is really helping him. The staff are lovely and my son enjoys spending time here.

My son started here in September after I'd taken the decision to move him from another nursery where he was really struggling to settle in. The difference in him was almost instant, he has made some really great friends and tells me all the time how much he loves the nursery staff. It's a much more personal welcoming experience than your standard preschool and you can tell the staff really enjoy their job. I feel as comfortable leaving him here as I do leaving him with a family member. The staff go above and beyond for the children's safety and enjoyment and I cannot thank them enough for how hard they work every day. We are extremely lucky to have found such an amazing nursery.

Since my daughter has started in Tweenies, she's settled really well and has a really good relationship with the staff.

Amazing nursery with lovely caring staff. My son loves it and enjoys going there. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The activities are outstanding.
