Willow Tree Nursery Mildenhall

My small criticism might be a bit of lack of consistency sometimes? Sometimes different staff are in different rooms or the kids get moved about and for some kids I think that's fine, others maybe its a bit unsettling. But pretty sure that's just to do with staffing so might be a common issue? Overall though, I'm really pleased with the nursery and most importantly, I'm confident in sending my child there day to day which speaks volumes. The staff speak about her with genuine care and you can see they're really invested in each child.

We are really happy and feel confident sending our two sons to Willow Tree Nursery. Our oldest son started in 2022, and we have never had cause for concern. Both boys are welcomed into their respective rooms each morning by positive, smiling members of staff, and they both go in happily. The nursery has also been great, putting on events for families which we have enjoyed.

Absolutely amazing care, My children look forward to their days here so much. Couldn't recommend them more.

Wllow's is a fantastic nursery with great staff and facilities, I like the fact they interact with the parents with stay & play, etc. My son has developed so much since he has been coming here. Also, the teachers are very professional and fantastic with the children. My son is always excited to go in the mornings which is down to the great staff that work there.

The staff are very accommodating and caring. There are various activities being run throughout the week which are engaging and keep the children occupied. You can see the progression of your child(ren) month by month. The nursery takes feedback on-board, and keeps improving which is being reflected in the recent improvement in the outside playing area. Overall satisfied and would recommend.

Very welcoming, friendly, kind staff. My daughter has become much more confident and developed so many skills since being here.

A lovely home from home for my two boys. So much to play with and explore. Lots of messy play (but in a hygienic sense) and sensory play. Very friendly staff and so welcoming and supportive.

My 3-year old son has had a wonderful experience at Willow Tree Nursery in Mildenhall, where he has been since he was just 3 months old. From the very beginning the staff provided a warm, nurturing environment helping him grow and develop with confidence. He has built strong relationships with staff and friends, enjoying a range of engaging activities that have fostered his love of learning the nursery caring approach has ensured he feels safe, happy and excited to attend each day.

My daughter has just started at Willow Tree Nursery, and we've had such a positive experience. I was very anxious about her starting, especially as she is so young, but the seedlings team has made us (both baby and parents) feel at ease. She already enjoys her days there and comes home with big smiles. The staff are wonderful with her, and they got to understand her needs very quickly. A special shout out to her key worker. You are all amazing :)

My son loves the dance class with the lady who runs them they have in the preschool room. Really recommend.

My daughter started here full-time just after her 1st birthday. It's truly become the best second home a little girl could dream of, all the staff are fantastic, kind, funny, they care so much about all the kids and it shines through. She adores them all. There is a fantastic different selection of toys, but again the staff come up with some of the most ridiculous but amazing activities. Constantly are updated with pictures, progress reports and what they have eaten, how long they have slept and how many nappies have been changed. I will forever be grateful to the Willow Tree management and staff. I looked round 5 other nurseries before I found Willow Tree and fell in love with it immediately. They also arrange, nativities, a Christmas party where Santa came, stay and play sessions for parents to see what their child or children get up to. The best outdoor space. If you want a homely, safe, loving environment, where staff and children are happy this is the place to go for.

I have heard my older grandson talking about his friends at nursery and what he has been doing. Overall I have very positive views and have just been to a lovely nativity play where all the children were included.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for more than three years. She is very happy there and the staff are excellent. There are lots of activities and events which she enjoys and have allowed us to get to know many of the other parents. Communication is very good we always get a thorough, honest handover at the end of each day.

We are all so pleased with the support and care our grandson is receiving. The staff at Willow Tree appear very attentive and caring towards him. Our grandson loves going there and that speaks volumes for us. Keep up the great work and thank you.

The nursery staff go above and beyond to support both children and parents. Handovers are always informative and the staff are always helpful when we have anything we want to talk about. My daughter is always excited to go to nursery and will run in of her own volition. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery in the area.

The team are a pleasure to work with and involve in our children's upbringing. Both the children have formed strong bonds with their carers and the kids love going, it's a wonderful environment and the kids are flourishing. Thanks for being awesome.

I would not send my child anywhere else! Everyone we have dealt with so far has been exceptional, my son genuinely looks forward to coming into the nursery everyday. I couldn't be happier with the nursery, excellent all around!

Willow Tree Nursery has been the best setting for my little girl since she was 2 1/2 years old. Not only does she love going to nursery but she has so much to do and learns so much everyday. All the key workers are so caring and attentive and I feel my girl is in the safest hands. In particular, two staff members have taken the time to get to know my child on such a personal level that they each handover leaves me and my husband feeling happy our daughter has had a fulfilled day. We've recently welcomed another baby and when the time comes we will certainly be looking to send her to Willow Tree Nursery.
