All of the staff are kind and welcoming to both myself and my son.
The admin based staff member is so quick and reassuring with any queries that needed answering.
My son's now in preschool and is enjoying more of the learning tasks now getting him ready for school. All the team are kind, understanding and reassuring with anything. They not only give your child a great, safe and fun setting, they are also supportive of the parents.
My only small constructive criticism would be seeing more of what my child does during the times stayed. I’m content with the face to face update upon collection and my son is also keen on telling me. But perhaps a weekly journal to read and photos. Just a visible timeline of his time spent within the setting.
I always recommend Busy Bees London road.
Couldn’t recommend enough!
Amazing nursery. Highly recommended.
Our daughter started attending nursery when she was 5months old and although I was worried (being a first-time mum and leaving her so young) she thrived in their care.
I thought I would feel sad but I actually felt happy leaving her with them every time that I dropped her off.
She is now 8 months old, crawling and experimenting with her voice and toys. She shares with other children and is very confident.
All of the staff are lovely and warm, but a special mention has to go to our baby’s keyworker. Our daughter beamed every time she saw her, which spoke volumes to us.
We are devastated to have to leave Busy Bees in Salisbury (we are relocating). We are worried we won’t find another nursery quite as good!
I am fully updated on her developmental process and her activities throughout the day. The main reason for my choosing this nursery is that the outside facilities are amazing and there is a high level of security within the building.
From the outset, we felt welcomed and felt a really warm caring vibe coming from every member of staff we met. The rooms and outside play space are well equipped with plenty of room to explore. Our son has been coming to Busy Bees for 5 months and really enjoys it and has a great time. We get briefed at the end of each day, so we know what he has been up to. We also find the live monitoring system fantastic as we can see his activities throughout the day.
Everyday I pick him up and the staff give me a good run down of what he has done in the day. I've never had an experience that I've disliked at this nursery.
It really is a solid outstanding nursery. 5* all round.
All staff are so professional but friendly. It is a real family and I know my daughter is loved and cared for but is having the most amazing start to her little life so far.
My first child left preschool fully prepared and ready to start school. My youngest is leaving next year to start school and it will be sad to say goodbye to such a wonderful team.
My daughter attended Busy Bees from a baby until she left to start primary school. Throughout every stage of her growing and each room she went into as she got older, the nursery and staff were fantastic. The activities are always varied and exciting for the children, including the great outside space. Another key part was that the food provided was always nutritious, varied and often for my daughter - this largely contributed to her not being fussy! Most importantly the staff are absolutely great, my daughter built up a sweet bond with many of them and they genuinely care for my child which is so lovely. Highly recommend this nursery.
I’m very happy with this nursery. They are doing an amazing job in caring for my 9month old daughter and in informing me of anything that she does or is happening with her at the nursery. She is enjoying the nursery and has settled in so quickly. I feel safe and confident taking my daughter to Busy Bees nursery.
The manager and her team are amazing with the children. They are cared for as if they were their own in a lovely friendly, clean and safe environment.
My daughter has learned so much during her time there. I am so very appreciative of their contribution to the way she has grown up and developed onto a kind and loving person.
Most importantly my daughter is happy there. She has made some lovely friends and names many of the key workers as her 'best friend's.....oh and the food is amazing!
I couldn't imagine sending my little girl anywhere else.
My Daughter started at Busy Bees at 2 years old. The staff have been nothing but supportive in her time there. You can tell the staff really do care about the children and want the best for them. My daughter has really enjoyed her time there and is now more than ready for school thanks to their hard work and help.
My youngest son is coming to the end of his time at Busy Bees as he starts school in September. He has attended since he was six months old. I can not thank them enough for how they have prepared him for school and the love and attention he has received throughout. The team work tremendously hard and as a parent, I could not have asked for a better start to my sons learning and development.
My son has been attending Busy Bees since he was 9 months old. Over the last (almost) 2 years, I’ve been amazed at the care and attention the staff provide - he’s grown into a polite and playful boy! My son always comes home asking when he can go back and he has grown so fond of the carers. It’s lovely to be able to log on to ParentZone and see what he has been doing through the day, what he’s eaten (and it’s always such a healthy and varied menu) and the naps he has had. The regular parents evenings and assessments are invaluable for tracking progress, especially as I rarely do the nursery run. The facilities themselves are clean, safe and fun, particularly the outdoor space. I’m so glad I chose to send him to Busy Bees - they’ve shaped him in such a positive way. I owe a lot of gratitude to the manager and her team!
To be able to send your child to an environment that is safe and secure as well as nurturing and inspiring is what every parent aspires to find in a nursery. Knowing that you are able to leave your child with people that you know are not only capable but loving, kind and caring means that you can go to work without worrying. My two boys are full time at nursery and my oldest has been there almost 3 years. We will also be sending our third child (when they arrive!). I cannot offer anything but high praise for the job that the manager and her team do to ensure that every child is a welcome, happy and confident member of the nursery family and couldn’t recommend them enough.
Our only criticism is inflexibility if timings and the cost - essentially if you don’t want care lasting from 8-6 then it becomes very expensive as you have to pay for a full day regardless of when you drop off or pick up.
This inflexibility and additional cost burden has lead us to move our child to another nursery, where more flexibility costs and as such makes nursery care more affordable for us. In fact we will get 3 days of 8-4 care for the same cost as 2 days at Busy Bees, which is a shame as Busy Bees is very good and we would rather not move.
Friendly teachers full of passion and enthusiasm in looking after children. My son loves going to school every morning.
My children have been going to Busy Bees in Salisbury for 15 months and love it. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The children have the chance to play outside a lot and enjoy the different activities.
All the staff are friendly and approachable. My first daughter was extremely happy there and now my second is thriving there.
