Tops Day Nurseries: Yeovil Nursery

I find the people extremely helpful and my granddaughter loves going, so that's a plus.

First of all my daughter loves the nursery and all the lovely girls. It was very hard to settle my girl in but they accomplished that with great success. Most importantly they have kept me informed so I did not worry as much. They are flexible with hours as long as they are booked a week in advance. The app is super easy to use and you can see what your child has been up to, pay the bill, check the progress of your little one etc. Nursery manager is always super welcoming and she cares for the children like they were her own. Is never too much of a problem for the girls. The facilities for children are great especially the outdoor area. Before the pandemic, they were running cooking classes as well at extra cost and they were worth every penny. Food is reasonably priced as well and this is worry-free for the parent! I hope that I haven’t missed anything! I can strongly recommend this nursery to everyone!

Tops, Yeovil has been brilliant with my daughter. Hours are flexible for me with my work. My daughter loves coming to nursery, has a great time while attending her sessions. It is a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are lovely and really friendly.

I find the nursery fits my daughters needs and has helped her develop since she started.

Staff very friendly, make lovely bonds with not only my son but the other children, giving lots of opportunities to extend learning in a 'home from home' calm environment.

The manager and staff have been amazing to me and helped me out so much with my son. He is now out of nappies which is mostly down to them.

I think the nursery is very good, my son has been going for almost a year now, he adores the staff and is very cared for when he's there. He enjoys going and has made lots of friends who he enjoys seeing and playing with. The staff are lovely and the nursery is lovely inside, it is quick to get to for us.

Having recently moved to the area, we are pleased how welcoming and friendly the staff have been, enabling our child to settle in quickly. We would like more feedback about our childs day via the app. Our previous Tops Nursery added a short synopsis of the day with a photo and sent it early afternoon so we were informed and assured of how our child was doing. We found this to be very positive. The flexible hours are essential for us and it is a great selling point for Tops. The new room for 0-2 is very well done.

My son has been going into this daycare for more than a year. He is absolutely fine to go and happy. The most important part is he always comes back home safe. Staff are excellent and very caring. They respect our religion as well that's why they provide Halal food. In addition, almost every day they update us with whats he has done through the e-log system which is important to us to see my sons progress. Thanks to all the staff.

I am very glad that my children went to this nursery. Ladies at Tops were always very helpful, my children learnt a lot of new skills, improved their potty training and also speaking (they are bilingual). They love attending preschool like that. I am so sorry I’m leaving and the twins cannot stay longer because I bet all that they do there would improve their confidence and skills in future life. The best nursery!

All 3 of my children spent their nursery years here. Now my older two are at older school, my youngest has settled very well and feels comfortable dropping her off, and she is always smiling and happy when picking her up. She has a bond with the staff and her speech has improved also.

Two of my children have attended tops day nursery. One of my sons has now gone into school, but whilst there he gained confidence, learning so much more than expected and more than that made very strong bonds with staff members especially his keyworker. He loved the nursery and still asks to go in to see them all. My other son has been with them since he turned 1 and they helped me and him to settle in, it's hard to leave the most precious person in the world, but these lovely ladies are like a family to us now, they treat everyone individually and never make you feel like the paranoid parent. The staff in the baby room are wonderful as are all the staff here. I 100% would recommend this nursery, for staffing alone. The fact that the nursery offers so many extras and is set out to be the most child-friendly setting I've seen in a nursery means I'd never send my children elsewhere.

I was nervous about leaving my little one at nursery at first, but Tops Yeovil immediately made me feel at ease from the first day. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere every time I drop him off. Would highly recommend this nursery.

This nursery is amazing! My autistic niece has been supported so well throughout all her transitions. The staff are extremely friendly and always go above and beyond in supporting not only the children but parents as well. The ethos of the nursery is exactly what the little ones need to learn. Being an eco friendly nursery is an added bonus in helping the younger generation understand how to take care of our planet. It is very calm and has a homely feeling. If your looking for a home from home this nursery is exactly what you need.

Tops is a lovely little nursery in a quite area of Yeovil, they provide a large variety of activities suited to each individual child. Their approach on hourly charging is much better than session fees and makes things more flexible when it comes to work. Tops Yeovil staff are very friendly and make your child feel welcome. I especially love the stay and plays they do. I find the staff very professional but also relaxed and full of energy. I have five children, four of which have been or are at nursery. I must say Tops have exceeded all nurseries I have used in the past I highly recommend them to any families looking at potential nurseries.

Our daughter adores her nursery. We have recommended Tops Yeovil to absolutely everyone we know. Most of whom have gone for a look round/looked it up online and completely agree that it is a fantastic setting. Knowing our little girl is being nurtured to explore and learn in her own way in her own time is everything. Knowing that she is learning about ways she can protect the world around her as she goes is a bonus. The staff are lovely and you can see how much the deputy and manager really care about the setting and each child in it.

Lovely staff who engage well with the children. My child has come on so much more with her confidence around other children after Tops took over her nursery.

Great nursery. My son loves it and sometimes he does not want to go home. Lots of different activities prepared every week. Staff encourage children to be more and more independent. Also very good communication with staff and management. Eyelog - app for parents and staff lets parents see what children were doing and see the little 'wows'. For me, it is 5* Nursery.
