Little Pips Nursery in Cheltenham is a family owned, 'home from home', private daycare nursery offering the highest quality of childcare to children aged 0-5 years old.

The inspirational learning environments including a large garden with huge sandpit, mud garden, two pirate ships, wooden playhouse, Wow shed, outdoor classroom, dedicated baby garden and much more, enable the children to explore and learn supported by a hard-working, dedicated team of ladies.

In the recent Ofsted report (June 2019) Little Pips Nursery was awarded GOOD with OUTSTANDING features.

The ladies closely support the children and record their development using electronic learning journals which enable parents to monitor children's fun adventures and progress. Parents have an app which helps to see the children's day at nursery as well as communicate with the staff easily.

Little Pips also run a 'graduate scheme' for the oldest Pips who are leaving for school in September. This scheme supports their transition through fun daily activities which develop their skills in phonics (reading), mark making (writing) and maths.

The dedicated cook provides freshly prepared, home-cooked food on a daily basis and children help to make a pudding once a week as well as growing vegetables.

Everyone at Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham we've met, from the admin to the nursery has been wonderful. Our son is now in his second year (and also second classroom) and really enjoys coming in each week. He loves the people there, as they're kind, attentive and really tailor the nursery experience
to the specific child's needs. He has advanced in many areas we were unsure how to tackle ourselves, so we're thrilled with his progress there. It's also lovely seeing him play with children his own age, something we took for granted pre-covid. The nursery has an outdoor garden area, where my son loves to spend most of his time if allowed! Plenty of wet/messy play areas. We get daily updates via the Famly app, including what's been eaten, nappy changes, and sleep times. Also immediately contacted if any bumps or scrapes. We are very happy and grateful to everyone at Little Pips for looking after our boy and feel comfortable every time we drop him off that he's in the very safest hands.

Our son has been at Little Pips for two months and it’s been great to see him regain his confidence with other children and bigger groups after the last year.


The team are always friendly, helpful, and go the extra step to support the children. Very glad that we’ve been able to extend the time our

My baby at 10 months old started Lil Pips Nursery Cheltenham in March 2021, from the initial enquiry, settling in days and completing the necessary paperwork, every stage went smoothly. There was an open line of communication and I was informed at every stage of the way!
The Baby Bunnies team are
an excellent bunch, they update us throughout the day with the various activities and how the little one was settling in, even at drop off and pick up's we are greeted with a smile and a summary of the day. The way they interact with the children is heartwarming. They certainly go above and beyond their call of duty!
We couldn't have picked a better setting.

My daughter absolutely loves Little Pips. She has been attending there since she was 11 months old and is now about to start school in September. She loves the staff and always enjoys her days there. We will be extremely sad when she has to leave. Little Pips is amazing!

Our son has been attending Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham for about a year now and we all love it! He is always excited about going and runs into nursery in the morning, barely saying goodbye to us! There is always a wide range of daily activities, he particularly enjoys playing in the fantastic garden
and participating in messy play. The communication from staff is great, we are sent photos during the day, receive regular reports on our son’s developmental progress, get verbal feedback every day with what he has done and there are regular updates from the management team as well. Our son enjoys the food and we are really pleased with the new menu. The staff are very warm, friendly, so caring and we know our son is well looked after, he is very happy at Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham!

Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham have been absolutely amazing. Throughout the pandemic, I had to change my childcare to them and they made us all feel so at ease. They are supportive, caring and patient with my daughter and she is so happy. Communication is also incredible and I feel like even though
I've put my child in childcare, I am still involved in her days. I would highly recommend Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham!

We love Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham. My eldest attended Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham till she started school and now my youngest has begun his journey there too. The ladies of Little Pips are absolutely wonderful and I cannot fault them. Dropping my children at Little Pips is like sending them
to stay with a family member. The staff are so loving, caring and always have my children's best interest at heart, plus they're very aware and attentive of their developmental needs. The activities at Little Pips are brilliant and my children are always engaged and excited to attend.

My son has attended Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham for the past two years and I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough. It is such a happy and caring for place, the staff really know the children and the thought and imagination that goes into engaging the children in different types of play is outstanding.
Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham don’t just look after children, they really nurture them into becoming happy and confident children.

I have had two children attend Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham and they have both been extremely happy there. The children have opportunities to do a large range of activities with other children their own age. They are supported by warm, caring staff who know my children well. Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham
has an amazing garden which they utilise well, we get lots of lovely videos of the children having fun playing games outside. Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham have continued to provide excellent care throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and have communicated their procedure updates well. As a key worker my children attended throughout the first lockdown and I have always felt very confident that they would be well looked after, physically and emotionally and in a hygienic environment. My eldest is now in reception and I feel she had been well prepared for starting school with the early years program at Little Pips Nursery Cheltenham, making the transition to school a happy one.

I cannot recommend Little Pips enough. My daughter has been attending since she was 8-months old, and she is now 3.5 years and loves going to "preschool". She has developed so much, and all the ladies are amazing.

I cannot recommend Little Pips enough. They are a very caring nursery and extremely accomodating. There is definitely a family feel with this nursery and they make extra efforts to ensure all the kids feel at home. They are also on hand for any advice whenever asked and you never feel like you're being
rushed away. They take their time to talk to you about your child and genuinely care and want to know how they are or what they have been up to. They are wonderful carers.

I would just like to say how happy I am with this nursery. My little boy only goes one day a week and drop off in the morning can be quite hard but the staff there are brilliant. They have helped me with ideas to make things easier and on occasion, this has worked. Drop off is tomorrow so fingers crossed
all will go well again. Stickers at the ready. Also, I know he loves it there because he comes home so happy. Thank you Little Pips Nursery staff.

This nursery has helped my little boy come on in leaps and bounds. We had worries about him before he started as he was behind with so much but he’s come on and learnt so much thanks to this nursery. The care and attention the staff give is amazing - not only do they go above and beyond for the children
but also anxious Mums and Dads or whoever it might be like myself. I have major trust in this nursery and know that my son is well looked after. He has bonded with the staff very well although he struggles in the mornings sometimes, the staff are always there to give him a cuddle and calm him down instantly. I get plenty of updates throughout the day and when it’s time to collect him so that’s lovely knowing all the bits he’s been up to. They always have different fun activities going on too so the children are never bored and there’s always tons to do. We love this nursery and think the staff are amazing.

I’ve been sending my nine-month-old to Little Pips nursery for about a month now to prepare her for when I return to work. I was anxious about sending her as she’s very shy and clingy, but the girls in the baby room have been fabulous at working out what makes her settle and what she’s stimulated by.
They have kept their patience when she’s demanding extra cuddles and they are so friendly and comforting to me, reassuring me that she's OK when I’m not there. I’m so glad we chose Little Pips for our daughter.

I'm so pleased we sent out little one to Little Pips. She only goes for one day a week but she loves it so much. Everyone at the nursery is so lovely and it's a really lovely atmosphere. They do such a good job of looking after her and she's always telling us about how much she enjoyed her day!


On

top of that, Little Pips online system gives us a window into what she's been up to and how she's progressing. We really look forward to catching up with them at parents evening to hear what she's been up to.
