Little Trees Day Nursery Hucclecote

Our daughter has attended Little Trees for over 12 months now and she absolutely loves it. We have our 2nd daughter starting in 2024. The staff are extremely friendly and offer great care. Our daughter loves Little Trees whether it be for the activities, other friends, or staff. We’ve certainly seen development with our daughter through the support and what’s offered by the staff. Our daughter attended another nursery in the local area which had a number of issues but it’s been a seamless journey so far with Little Trees - would definitely recommend.

Little Trees has been a fantastic nursery and we couldn’t be happier. Our first child attended the nursery and is now in primary school and the brilliant work of all the staff at Little Trees set him up for a successful transition into primary. Our second child is now well into his second year and he comes home buzzing about what he has done that day. The variety of activities alongside the amazing care the staff give mean this is the only nursery we would recommend to our friends! (Which we have!)

After moving setting, I was worried he would not settle but thanks to the patience and love of the staff he settled quickly and now he loves going into nursery. All the staff go over and above for him, making sure he is happy and having fun.

My daughter has been at Little Tree’s Hucclecote for over a year now, she has absolutely loved her time here and is absolutely thriving! She’s grown and developed so much since starting here last summer and I’m so happy with her wonderful care. Our daughter has been attending Little Trees Day Nursery Hucclecote for about 6 months now and she absolutely loves it! The staff are kind and caring, they always go the extra mile and keep the children busy and engaged by providing a good variety of activities to support social skills, encourage independence and getting them ready for pre-school and beyond. We love the regular updates on their day and would highly recommend this setting to anybody! We always feel at ease when dropping her off as we are sure she is going to have another amazing day! All staff including the managers are kind, helpful and approachable, there is a great communication between parents and staff. Great quality service, we are happy to be part of it.

My daughter absolutely loves it here. She has been here for about eight months and loves the outside space and all the activities they do. I feel like the staff really know my daughter. There are daily updates provided on the app along with lots of pics. I especially like the handover at the end of the day as I really get a sense of how the day went. My experience has been a low turnover of staff and I'm delighted I found this nursery for my daughter. My daughter has developed a lovely bond with a number of staff, most especially her lovely ladies.

I have two children in different age groups attending Little Trees and I think it is an absolutely fantastic setting across the board.

All staff are so bubbly and engaging, they really go above and beyond with the children to give them positive interactions and a brilliant day.

I have comparisons with two other local settings and Little Trees stands out by far. They do so many curriculum-based activities I really feel like they're giving my children the best start possible, especially with a view to being school ready!

Some of the spaces look a little tired but I'd much prefer this and my children having a day of fun and coming home covered in messy play and mud, rather than playing in a clinical environment where the paint on the walls is prioritised overplay and learning!

As a mother of a vulnerable baby, I had a lot of worries about leaving him in someone else's care whilst I went back to work. The Staff made me feel at ease very quickly and have shown how much they truly care for the children they look after. I really am grateful for all the staff at Little Trees and in my opinion every member deserves a 5* review.

As time has gone on the team has been supportive and encouraging, also suggesting things to be trying to learn which as a first-time mum it is nice to gain from their experience.

The regular updates on the app have been reassuring throughout the day and the handovers are lovely. Although we have had a few different key workers we have had mostly the same staff on the day we go so has been nice to be able to see my little one build up a relationship and feel comfortable with them.

My child has been coming to Little Trees Hucclecote since they were 7 months old. Now in pre-school, the nursery has been excellent in every way. All of the staff during my child's time at nursery have been caring and compassionate. They obviously work very hard to provide a safe and exciting setting, and the days are always structured well with plenty of activities going on. The staff are welcoming and always show a keen interest in my child's development. The Famly app provides us with regular daily updates with photo's, so we always know what our child is up to.

The food has always been of the best quality, and through the updates, I can tell my child loves all the food on offer. Feedback from my child is always good and shows that this is the perfect setting for her to have grown up in as part of her weekly routine. The nursery itself is very well catered for. The outside space is very large with plenty of equipment for the children to use.

We have regular meetings, and the staff are so supportive. I am always kept up to date on daily activities and kept well-informed of everything going on within the nursery.

My son has been in Little Tree's since he was 9 months old (now almost 2yrs old) and since our first settling-in session the staff have been incredible. They have been very welcoming and the transition for him joining the nursery has been seamless. The level of care he has had during his varying level of development (he wasn't crawling when he started) has been consistently supportive and encouraging.

We find the nursery provides a variety of activities throughout the week for the children to get involved with, and heavily utilize the outdoor space on a daily basis regardless of the weather! Plus the use of the family app to keep us updated throughout the day about how he's getting on with photos is excellent. The food is nicely varied and they really follow any guidelines we've given with weaning or milk allowances.

The nursery is also very accommodating with changing of days or changes to our schedule even with last minute notice. We've never had an upset drop off which says it all!

Both my son and daughter attend Little Trees in Hucclecote and are both very happy there. The staff are lovely and clearly care very much for the children and their happiness and wellbeing. They have a great outdoor space in which the children enjoy playing in all year round.

Our daughter has attended Little Trees since she was 9 months old now currently in her last year at the nursery before she starts school. The staff at Little Trees are great, our little girl has created such a great relationship with all of them and enjoys her days there. They use the family app which is updated every meal time and we get sent photos daily, with individual observations too. A big thank you to the whole team at Little Trees for all you do.

They provide regular updates on the Famly app with pictures and information about what he has been doing all day.

They are currently undergoing redecoration and uplift which is making each room look like a wonderful place to play all day.

He eats a balanced diet each day, which he seems to enjoy - he rarely leaves any of it.

The current management team are working hard to rectify previous issues, and I am optimistic the next Ofsted will demonstrate their hard work.

5) He was unhappy, unsettled, and was distressed at handover. Since changing nursery, he is like a different child.

Our daughter has been going to Little Trees (formally another name) since she was four months old and I cannot fault the staff, who have made her learning journey an amazing experience. However, since management has changed at the nursery there have been noticeable staffing issues, with old invaluable members dropping like flies! This has left a lot of parents including myself feeling worried and anxious as a lot of the familiar faces have left. It appears little effort has been made by management to retain their existing staff. In addition to this parents have been unfairly charged in full for nursery fees, whilst having to isolate for covid. This continues to be a point of contention.

Tree Tops is such a lovely nursery. My daughter has been going there since she was 9-months-old she is now three. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, which really puts you at ease leaving your child with them. They do lots of fun activities with the children and help them learn so much when they are there. They have a fab outside space for the children with lots to do. I feel that this nursery really does go above and beyond for the children in their care; I would highly recommend this nursery!
