Wonderful nursery. I love the atmosphere here. Really warm and welcoming.
Such care, knowledge and attention is put into daily activities for the babies/pre-schoolers and I'm so thankful my baby gets so much stimulation and interaction on the days I'm working and he's in nursery. I also think the
opening and closing time is very generous (8am-6pm) allowing plenty of time to not have to rush to the office in the morning and then from the office to evening pick up.
The staff are amazing, I feel so comfortable leaving my baby with them and it's obvious to me that my baby is really happy and settled here.
The meals are healthy and a good variety and I know how much my baby eats because it's all updated on the app.
Forever thankful to all at Little Trees Day Nursery.

This is the third Little Trees Dean Close nursery my daughter has attended (due to moving jobs/house) and like the others, Hucclecote has wonderful friendly, caring, loving and professional staff. My daughter is shy so needs lots of cuddles and affection and they have provided this. She's settled in
really well thanks to the lovely team. She's come home singing lovely songs she's learnt in nursery about their routines and role plays 'nursery days' at home. They use an app which updates about food, naps etc. and her key worker debriefs about her day at pick up. Keyworker also provides an observation per week on the app. The workers make an effort with my daughter's older brother on collection which is a lovely touch. Big space outside (but we've just come from Little Trees Christchurch and very spoilt there with facilities!). A couple of difference spaces/break out rooms for the children to spend their day in. Password always asked at door until staff recognised us.

Absolutely love this nursery and could not recommend any more to anyone looking for the perfect setting for their little one.
The love my little boy has for all of the staff shows me how happy and settled he is there. They have worked so hard to make sure he is happy and settled.

Great nursery, great app that details what goes on in the day, very informative.
The staff really work on key development aspects and you get regular bespoke reviews on this.

Our little boy has been attending Little Trees Day Nursery Hucclecote for coming up to a year and I can't be happier with our choice of nursery. We were made to feel very welcome on look round and my little boy even asked to go and play on look round which is something that he hadn't done in any of
the other nurseries we had visited. From that moment we knew little trees was our nursery.
I've seen such a positive change in my little boy since starting nursery and that's definitely because of the incredible staff. You can tell the staff genuinely love their job and care for my little boy so much and this level of interaction even comes from up top in the nursery managers, who regularly tell me about what they've played with my little boy or funny things hes done that day showing me they are also part of the day to day running's of the nursery and don't just shut themselves away in their office and never see the children. Communication is great and the support they've given our family is above and beyond.

My son attends Little Trees Day Nursery Hucclecote and from the age of 1 he stopped eating food completely for no known reason, he has been in and out of hospital due to multiple illnesses and virus. We put him into this nursery at 14 months old and the staff have been beyond amazing, they have
encouraged food every day and managed to start him eating again slowly, they have worked with the dietitian and pediatrics to get my son the help he has needed to move forward. On days when he has fallen unwell during the nursery day the staff have cuddled and loved him exactly how he would be loved at home until we have managed to get there to collect him. The foods they offer are lovely healthy meals and the setting itself is beautiful and well maintained. Staff have all the time to talk and let you know how your child is doing, my child has done a complete 360 since attending this nursery and I really am grateful to staff for all their love and attention. I'm still 100% happy we chose this nursery.

Equipment in room being used which is for babies up to 6 months to strap my (very much mobile and confidently walking) child down multiple times when she is 10 months old. Staff letting in parents without knowing whose parent they are, leading us to the wrong room then asking "who is your daughter
again?". They never ask for your set password. Minimal updates on the app and poor handovers meaning you have no idea how much your child has eaten or slept which is quite important when they are 10 months and can't speak. Unresponsive management who do not organise signing you up or settling in sessions and don't get back to you when complaints on safety are made on the above (I waited for 3 working days for an update) forcing you to pull your child out of nursery after only 2 sessions and leaving you with no childcare the week before going back to work. So disappointing and stressful, avoid this nursery!

My daughter started this nursery at ten months old. In a Covid world full of unknowns. I have never met such calming kind souls and this nursery is full of of caring staff from top to bottom. My daughter is now 4 years old and leaving to start her journey at primary school. She has been in every
room at this nursery right the way through to preschool. Special shout out to two staff members in particular, you are the best.

Our daughter has attended Little Trees now for the last 8 months and we are very happy with the nursery. The staff are friendly and have demonstrated a real kindness and care for our daughter, taking a keen interest in her development. We would recommend!

My little girl has settled into Little Trees really well, being only 9 months old I was worried about sending her to a nursery but the staff are amazing and made us both feel welcome! I know I’ve picked the right setting for her, she happily goes in, in the mornings to her practitioners and they
keep her so busy during the day with lots of lovely activities. I get regular updates throughout the day through the nursery app which is brilliant and they always do a thorough handover at pick-ups. She gets to eat lots of lovely foods too for snacks and lunch and I feel like they have really got to know the little individual she is!

My daughter has been attending this nursery for just over a year now and I could not be more pleased with this setting. My daughter is so confident and caring, she has made amazing progress since starting here and it shows how much the staff care for her and how much they contribute to her learning
skills. I love that all the staff in the nursery know who she is and will always talk to her. She is so happy to walk into nursery and we have no issues at handover which I think speaks volumes for how happy she is to be there!

Little Trees Hucclecote has been an incredible experience for my daughter since she has joined. The staff's exceptional interaction with the children creates a nurturing environment. I've noticed pleasing progress in my daughter's speech and eating habits, which speaks volumes about the care and

Little Trees Nursery is fantastic, my daughter has been going for the past 9 months and she is absolutely thriving. The nursery is clearly helping with her development and she shows that she really enjoys going to nursery when we arrive!

Both of my daughters have attended this nursery, my eldest under a different name. My youngest has been there for a year and half and loves it and the staff. She has thrived under the team's care, who communicate with me when needed and not prompted to. It's so lovely to send my child to a team who
have a bond and work well together. They are a family and that is shown with the children too. The nursery has been putting a lot of work into their facilities as well and the difference in the rooms is wonderful!

Our daughter has attended Little Trees for over 12 months now and she absolutely loves it. We have our 2nd daughter starting in 2024. The staff are extremely friendly and offer great care. Our daughter loves Little Trees whether it be for the activities, other friends, or staff. We’ve certainly seen
development with our daughter through the support and what’s offered by the staff. Our daughter attended another nursery in the local area which had a number of issues but it’s been a seamless journey so far with Little Trees - would definitely recommend.

Little Trees has been a fantastic nursery and we couldn’t be happier. Our first child attended the nursery and is now in primary school and the brilliant work of all the staff at Little Trees set him up for a successful transition into primary. Our second child is now well into his second year and
he comes home buzzing about what he has done that day. The variety of activities alongside the amazing care the staff give mean this is the only nursery we would recommend to our friends! (Which we have!)

Such a fantastic nursery!
My little boy has additional needs and has been looked after and loved by every single member of staff.
After moving setting, I was worried he would not settle but thanks to the patience and love of the staff he settled quickly and now he loves going into nursery. All the
staff go over and above for him, making sure he is happy and having fun.

My daughter has been at Little Tree’s Hucclecote for over a year now, she has absolutely loved her time here and is absolutely thriving! She’s grown and developed so much since starting here last summer and I’m so happy with her wonderful care. The management are amazing and are so quick to help

Our daughter has been attending Little Trees Day Nursery Hucclecote for about 6 months now and she absolutely loves it! The staff are kind and caring, they always go the extra mile and keep the children busy and engaged by providing a good variety of activities to support social skills, encourage
independence and getting them ready for pre-school and beyond. We love the regular updates on their day and would highly recommend this setting to anybody! We always feel at ease when dropping her off as we are sure she is going to have another amazing day! All staff including the managers are kind, helpful and approachable, there is a great communication between parents and staff. Great quality service, we are happy to be part of it.

All staff are extremely welcoming and helped my daughter settle well into nursery life. We moved our daughter from another setting and I was worried about how she would cope with the transition - but the staff in adventurers were so calm, friendly and reassuring that she settled almost instantly! On
the move into investigators (Pre-school) my daughter struggled a little but again I can not fault the staff with helping support that transition! The garden facilities are amazing! And resources/activities provided are there to ensure the children are ready for school! Management are very approachable and no query or concern is too big or too small I feel listened to and not just brushed away! Fantastic setting!

Absolutely love this nursery and could not recommend any more to anyone looking for the perfect setting for their little one.
