The children always seem so happy to be at nursery, always smiling and laughing. Our child enjoys his days at nursery so much that he doesn't want to come home at the end of the day. The children are well supported and cared for in a safe, friendly environment. Crafts are regularly sent home for parents to see and updates on learning are given daily.

My daughter enjoys going to Treetops, she is always happy and really likes two ladies in her room, which makes me feel comfortable leaving her! I have every faith in the current management team at the nursery- She is very approachable and i'd imagine very inspiring to her team.

Overall Experience

I have become increasingly anxious that my daughter still was not walking by Christmas, unlike her sister the year before. The reassurance and care that I have received for the Bear Cub room has been second to none. They have assured me time and time again she is meeting her targets and not to worry. Their updates as to how she is doing are regular and informative. Finally the encouragement and confidence building they work hard at day in day out means she is there and all of us couldn't be happier. All staff in the room are excellent but I would like to say a special thank you to the trainee and an extra special thank you to the baby room leader. She is one of the most amazing, professional young woman I have met in quite some time.

Overall Experience

Our son started nursery at seven months old and settled in from day one. He bonded with his key worker immediately and now at 13 months will walk to her with his arms open and a smile on his face, for a cuddle. It was made very clear to us who his key worker is and she clearly knows the infants in her care and what they enjoy doing and she makes every effort to ensure that they learn through play in a stimulating yet calm environment. When I chose to return to work full time, I was comforted to know that our son felt secure and happy. This was due, in part, to a very informative, yet relaxed parents evening that cemented our belief that this an excellent place for any child to be cared for.
