Partou Longlevens Day Nursery & Pre-School

We first viewed Partou Longlevens back in March 2026 for our 11-month-old son, and from the very first contact we knew we were in good hands. Jenna, the manager, was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and informative, answering all of our questions. When we looked around the nursery, it was clear that the staff genuinely enjoyed what they do. It was so lovely to see them interacting with the children with such care and enthusiasm. Every member of staff we met-even the chef-took the time to smile and say hello, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Our son didn't settle straight away, and there were definitely a few tears. However, the team in the Bungalow room were absolutely amazing. They supported not only our son but us as parents too. Their communication was always honest and reassuring which helped put my mummy mind at ease. Four months into our nursery journey, our little boy has grown in confidence and we couldn't be happier that we chose Partou!

From an admin perspective making payment is super simple and the App to track activities each day is great!

Jenna has recently become the nursery manager and I have to say the level of change with regards to the nursery and communication has been amazing. I have never really had any problems with the nursery but did want some more art work and photos. Since Jenna has taken on the manager role it's been so much better. We get weekly art work and at least one photo a week, which we love seeing! We also get updated on what the children are focusing on so I can talk to my child about it and he loves that. Overall my son loves going into nursery and they are all so welcoming, his social skills are coming on so well and the communication on drop off and handovers means I can work with the nursery team to show a good consistency for my son.

Our daughter has been going to Partou Longlevens for 2 days a week since late 2023 and we cannot fault it. She loves going in and has a great relationship with her key person and all the staff. The activities are varied and she's always excited at pick up to tell us what she's been doing. We think it's been great for her development. The staff work so hard and you can tell they genuinely care about providing a great experience for all the children. Overall, we're really happy with Partou Longlevens and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other parents.

I am so pleased we found them and happy to be a part of this nursery and count my blessings that my children will grow here.

My granddaughter has gained so much confidence since starting at the nursery. She loves the wide range of stimulating resources that are offered and has the best bond with the staff who have supported her learning and development. Would highly recommend!

My little boy has been attending Partou Longlevens since October 2023 and he absolutely loves it. Every member of staff we have come across has been so kind and supported him well through each room transition. The staff form strong bonds with him which makes me feel comforted when dropping him off. He regularly asks if he's going to nursery which gives me the confidence that he genuinely does love going. My little girl is due to start in the new few months.

Our son started in the baby room in April 2025 when he was 11 months. Since then he has become so confident, he's learnt to walk and started chatting away. He loves the staff and points at their photos on the wall at drop off and pick up, as well as photos of his friends next to his name peg. He eats so well at nursery, a really varied and healthy diet. We love seeing all the things he gets up to on the app.

Our 1 year old has been at the nursery since he was 9 months old. He has been so well supported and cared for since joining. We cannot fault the nursery team for going above and beyond with their care of our son and also providing us updates daily when he is there. The team have a great routine and the food that is provided is also fab. Our son eates more at nursery than he will at home!! Would highly recommend the Partou Longlevens Team.

My son is so well cared for by the bungalow team. He has developed close relationships with the staff and transformed from struggling to settle in to being excited to arrive.

The app is frequently updated with what he's doing during the day, including photos and development assessments; it's great seeing him happy and learning.

If we ever have any concerns or queries room leaders and the nursery management team are incredibly responsive and supportive.

We couldn't be happier with our son's time at nursery. He has built such a lovely bond with his key worker, who is so kind and generous, always offering great advice and bringing such a lovely aura to the setting. The updates we receive through the app are always thoughtful and reassuring, giving us a real insight into his day. Most importantly, our son is so happy and content there - it's wonderful to see him settled and thriving.

My daughter has thrived since joining Partou Longlevens. I can see how much the staff adore her and always keep us updated with what she has learnt and enjoyed doing in her day. The team have worked hard to enhance the environment and are always so welcoming. My daughter loves telling me about her day. The rooms and garden are so spacious and always set up with lots of activities.

Since our daughter started nursery, she has come on leaps and bounds. She has recently started the preschool, where she has grown confident and made great relationships with the staff. She enjoys the routine and it has been a seamless transfer to the preschool, which I was very worried and unsure how she would cope with the change. All staff have had a positive impact on her early years learning, and make me feel 'safe' whilst she's there.

Our son has blossomed into a very confident person as a result of his time here. The staff have been faultless but some of the food options/alternatives could do with some improvement. On the whole we have been very happy with the care our child has received and are extremely grateful and proud parents.

We love Longlevens. The full-time staff are amazing and I can tell they really care about our daughter. We've built a great relationship over the years. Always a great help with changing needs. The curriculum has improved over the last 6 months and you can tell investment has been made into the building and resources. The staff are doing a great job. Thank you.

Our daughter has been given the space to develop and grow since she started. Her numeracy and writing skills have been developed. We have watched her imagination grow through play.

I have to say a special thank you to two other staff members as my daughter adores them and they've been a key cog in helping her form positive attachments.

I'm very happy with this choice .

Amazing staff members that work there I have no concern that my child not being well taken care off. Always friendly and happy environment. Definitely recommend to other parents.

Staff here are amazing and have meaningful connections with the children.
