Tops Day Nurseries: Parkstone Nursery

My son seems to enjoy tops. The staff are very lovely and welcoming towards him which is great. I love seeing what he gets up to during the day on the app and appreciate being told how he has been, what he has been doing during hand over at pick up time.

We are very pleased with Tops in Parkstone. My daughter attends full time, that is Monday to Friday, full days. The staff are very friendly and professional and are trying to cater to the needs of your child as much as possible. My daughter absolutely loves being there. The activities they do are fantastic and very creative and children enjoy them. Something I would not be able to do at home, particularly very messy plays, which children absolutely love. The children spent a lot of time outside, playing in the garden that has many great parts from a sensory garden to puddles and sand trays. My daughter's speech has improved since joining and she sings all the time. She loves nursery rhymes, which they sing daily. The food is exceptional, very healthy. What's more, Tops really pays attention to the toys children play with, they limit plastic toys and prefer natural toys or items that spark creativity. The log is super useful and helps with communication with parents.

I’ve had 2 of my daughters attend Tops Day Nurseries Parkstone and they’re absolutely amazing. They are very welcoming and helpful, they go above and beyond to ensure your child is happy and thriving. I’ve tried other nurseries and felt that Tops really do stand out and after having my first daughter enrolled and moved onto school when it came time for my other daughter to attend well there was no other options in our eyes but to put her in Tops. Their meals are great with a massive selection of different types of food for children to try. My daughter has settled in and really enjoys attending. They keep you up to date and go out of their way to ensure you are happy with the care they provide. Thank you Tops Day Nurseries for being fantastic.

My grandson has shown an incredible improvement in all his motor skills since starting at Tops. He struggled with his speech but the wonderful staff have worked wonders with all aspects of teaching. My grandson currently attends twice a week, while his mummy's at work and I pick him up. Just seeing him smile and hearing him putting little sentences together, makes my heart warm. The staff took the time to implement structured learning for him and it's paying dividends. He absolutely loves going to school and all his wonderful teachers, especially two girls, in particular. He's recently been introduced to the preschool and is really enjoying this too. I'd recommend Tops to any parent, looking for daycare for their child.

Any communication has been answered quickly and I feel they have been fantastically supportive during lockdown and the changes to my hours.

Furthermore, the flexible hours and shift worker booking have been ideal and made returning to work so much easier and less of a financial strain!

I couldn’t be happier with the care the staff provide for my son. I was a very nervous mum, but the staff immediately put me at ease. They are very approachable, easy to talk to, and were keen to tell me everything my son got up to at nursery. The app is great, the staff will send you photos throughout the day and it shows their sound knowledge of child development. I can’t wait to see him thrive in their care!

From day one, Tops Day Nursery Parkstone has been fantastic! They have treated my two boys with such care and love. They always go above and beyond to make sure they are happy and looked after. I don't think my boys will want to leave!

I had to move my daughter here when I changed jobs. She was very happy at her previous nursery so I was a little nervous about it. However, everyone at the nursery was extremely friendly and welcoming. All the staff know my daughter well and she is happy to go to any of them when I drop her off. I always receive a good summary of her day upon pick up. There are also lovely extras like forest school, cooking school and a Christmas carol concert at the local church.

And best of all my son loves going and has made some good friends.

My daughter loves going to Tops Parkstone. When she started at 22 months we had tears at drop off, the staff worked hard with her to overcome her anxiety and now she runs in without a fuss. She comes home and loves telling me all about her day and always asks if she can go again. The staff are brilliant and have built such a lovely connection with my daughter. She has learnt so much from Tops and I cannot thank the Tops girls enough. Keep up the good work guys.

Great staff, great activities, great food, great opening times, great pricing, great communication, great management. We couldn't be happier with this place.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery! The lovely staff always greet us so warmly and every time I pick her up she has clearly had a great time. It's great to be kept up to date with the fantastic variety of activities she's been doing through the app, which is very easy to use. The office staff are lovely too and have always been very helpful with any queries that we've had.

Tops Day Nurseries: Parkstone is by far the greatest nursery. The staff and admin are brilliant and my son has come so far in the 2 years he has been there. My son is the brightest kid and is so far ahead for his age and I can't thank the staff enough. My son will definitely be staying the rest of his nursery and preschool time at Tops. 5 stars from us!

Very happy with the staff in preschool with helping my daughter overcome her anxiety in new places and settle really well. She is so excited now to go to school and see staff members and her friends and when she does still have a funny few moments the staff are very willing to step in and help.

We are very pleased with our choice, and really appreciate all the work everyone who looks after her every day does.

The hours are so flexible and really handy not needing to book for hours that my daughter isn't there. She started in the Nest back in September when she was 11 months old and she has developed so much since being there, it's crazy to see the difference! She loves going and the girls make drop off so easy for us! The manager has always been accommodating regarding changes of hours and what suits our needs as a family too. Lovely large outside space too which is fab because my daughter loves being in the garden! We are kept up to date with her activities and development through the eyLog app and are welcomed to send observations in ourselves.

My child is always excited to go to the nursery because he loves it! He has so much fun and the activities are very diverse. He loves playing outside with his friends. I think that there is very good communication between parents and the teachers.

My son attends Tops Day Nursery Parkstone and he loves it, we found that his speech and confidence has come on loads since he has been there. He loves his key worker and asks for her all the time even at home, the eyLog is amazing as I can see what my son is getting up to through out the day.

My little boy joined Tops just before his first birthday and came on leaps and bounds while there. I felt the staff really got to know him, which was very reassuring to me. He clearly enjoyed his time at Tops and was happy to see his friends (both staff and children) each morning. I also appreciated the updates I received via the eyLog whilst at work; the photos and videos were great at letting me see what he’d been doing/learning. I would definitely recommend Tops.
