Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath)

We have now been using Cuddles Day Nursery in one form or another for 15 years. It has become like a home from home for our family. I think we will all be rather sad when our time there comes to an end.

Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd is an excellent nursery and the staff care very well for my daughter. The facilities are fantastic and the best aspect of the nursery is the variety of gardens and the quality of the outdoor play spaces. The days are well structured and the focus is on learning through play, which is as it should be for young children.

When dropping off to start with I felt a bit awkward as we were new and most people knew each other. The staff seemed a bit slow to start to greet. Unfortunately, I don't always see my key worker (who is fabulous). However, after a few weeks, the younger staff smile and greet and I feel very comfortable leaving my child. I am also encouraged to call if any doubts or to check up on my Daughter.

Bought home some good pieces of work.

My daughter started using Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd for breakfast club and after school club. I have been very impressed over the last 7 years with the whole nursery set up and the care and commitment of the staff. My daughter was very sad to have to leave.

My child had a wonderful time at Cuddles Day Nursery and learnt a lot. He took a long time to settle when he first started and staff went out of their way over and above to help him settle,feel comfortable, and confident. Their attention to detail in terms of his learning was great. Would thoroughly recommend. He particularly loved the outside spaces.

My daughter is disabled and required a lot of support while attending the holiday club. Cuddles Team met her needs really well. They supported her with integrity and care and always communicate at her level. I would totally recommend Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd to my family and friends.

By far the best nursery we found and wow has it lived up to every expectation. Staff are very friendly. The rooms are well equipped, there is always something different going on. More often than not the children are outside. Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd has supported the growth and development of my son and I'm sure this will set him up for when he goes off to school.

The quality of care my son receives from what I can tell is extremely good. Developmentally he's growing so much, socially every day brings something new. Mixing with a variety of children is helping him build interpersonal skills & a confidence I don't think I had at that age.

I have sent both of my children to Cuddles and will be sending my youngest soon, they are by far the best nursery in Poole and I know of parents who drive from Bournemouth to send their children there! The staff are fantastic, they are warm and friendly and funny, the facilities are incredible and my children have progressed so much since attending! I feel it is a wonderful, fun and safe environment to send children and have nothing but love for the place!

Hi I would just like to say that cuddles staff have been brilliant especially my sons key worker, my son has had trouble getting used to going to Cuddles and got very upset every time but with them working with me and him he now goes and we only get a few tears every now and then his key worker ensured he was cuddled and happy and I was able to ring as much as I liked to check on him I can honestly say I would have taken him out and kept him at home if they had not been so patient with me just as much as him so thank you for a great job done.

The management team are always welcoming when entering the building in the morning which is lovely.

I would highly recommend Cuddles to anyone. I was looking for a Nursery for my Autistic son were his needs would be fully supported and he has all the support he could possibly need at Cuddles. He has attended the nursery for over a year now and all his needs are always accommodated. The staff are very helpful and supportive and I will be sad when he leaves the nursery to start school next year.

My daughter attended Cuddles from when she was 14 months old to when she started school and I have continued to use Cuddles holiday club facilities. They have been absolutely fantastic with my daughter and she loves going back to Cuddles especially seeing the staff that used to look after her when she was little. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cuddles, for my daughter it was like a second home. The staff and management are always helpful, the facilities are fantastic, and they always put on excellent activities for the children especially in the holiday club. I can't thank Cuddles enough for the support they gave to me and for the wonderful job they did of looking after my daughter.

We are very happy with Cuddles Nursery. My daughter enjoys coming and has learnt such a lot since starting. The staff are excellent and there is always such a lot for them to do and play with.

The nursery has amazing facilities, play areas and the staff are always friendly, telling me about my daughters day and the little things like funny comments she makes. My daughter thoroughly enjoys it at Cuddles and this gives me peace of mind when I leave her there, definitely a great nursery!

Fantastic nursery I would highly recommend. Staff are brilliant, my son loves attending and you really feel the staff are so dedicated and take so much time to individually see to the child's needs. The admin side is fantastic, very thorough and any problems are always acted on immediately or asap. Lots of space for the children to play and have free time. Great nursery 10/10.

Sophia joined Cuddles in April 2014. Sophia is and always has been a confident child, however, was not used to being without me and therefore struggled with being left. The staff were incredible at dealing with her when she got upset and always managed to calm her down. I honestly do not have a negative comment to make about Cuddles. The staff are amazing both in class and in the office. The facilities, activities, cleanliness are excellent. I have, and will continue to, recommend it as a nursery, and will be sending my youngest there. Sophia is so sad to leave and will miss the staff very much.

Every time I pick my oldest up he says he has had such a good day and doesn't want to leave. On the days he doesn't have nursery he complains and asks if he can go any way. My youngest doesn't start till September and he always cries when we leave and says please stay as he wants to stay and play at Cuddles. Both my children love Cuddles and all the staff, what more could I ask for.
