Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath)

Our daughter loves nursery and often asks to go on her day off! They do lots of art activities which she loves and have lots of garden time! They have also been especially helpful toilet training offering advice when needed;

Cuddles are a fantastic team who genuinely care for and protect your child. The planning, thought, energy and commitment that go into their daily activities with the kids are admirable and they definitely go above and beyond what I expect of a nursery. Their communication is excellent and their adaptability to your child's needs knows no boundaries. I would highly recommend Cuddles to any parent seeking nurturing, kind and compassionate childcare who want to enthuse, encourage and motivate your child to be amazing.

Both of my children have attended cuddles nursery from the ages of 2 through to starting school. I cannot recommend cuddles more, they have been fantastic in caring for my children through the nursery, after school clubs and the holiday clubs. They have both had fantastic experiences from the care and support offered at cuddles. They are a range of experiences and different equipment in the gardens such as sand, bikes and a football area. The team are always friendly approachable and kind.

My child goes to a term time only class and is due to start school in September. The class staff have always been very helpful and informative on drop off and pick up. The cards and work my child has brought home is also adorable. The staff informed me of any praises and concerns they have had and tell me about my child's day every day. Always friendly and happy to help with my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend this nursery to others!

Our little girl has been going to cuddles since she was 11 months old and she will be going to school in September. We will miss the nursery so much, she has absolutely thrived there and all staff in all rooms have made that happen. We would recommend 100% to others. All staff make such a huge effort from management to office staff. They always say hello to my daughter. My son also attends and he has come out of his shell so much, he loves the staff and each day there is a new activity or learning opportunity. We love cuddles!

Our daughter started at Cuddles in June this year after finishing at her previous setting 6 weeks earlier. We were worried about how she would settle but she has joined her pre-school room as if she already knew the place and all the people. She has fantastic provisions to play with and aid her learning and the adults in her room are always so engaging and enthusiastic. We couldn't be happier with the change that we made and look forward to seeing her progress at Cuddles in the next year before starting school

All my experiences have been great, lovely supportive, loving staff. Great communication, and excellent facilities.

Our daughter has enjoyed every second of Cuddles Nursery. The staff have promoted her confidence to the fullest and set her up for school. Handovers are informative and Cuddles offer a good variety of hot meals.

My little boy started when he was 18 months old and has loved every minute. Before starting he was really shy but now 2 years later he's a happy confident little boy. The staff here are absolutely amazing, from his key workers to management, they've helped and supported us every step from speech delay to potty training. I honestly can't thank them enough of how supportive they are.

Most importantly, the care and support my daughter has received have exceeded all of our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cuddles to any parent looking for a nurturing, stimulating and child-focused nursery. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would.

All three of our children have attended Canford Heath Cuddles and we have had an exceptional experience! Our youngest had to attend from 7 months due to our family's circumstances and we have therefore had experience from the baby room all the way up to preschool. The quality of the care provided is outstanding. They treat every child as an individual and we have always felt that they are in safe, loving hands. We get regular updates on their progress and well-being and any concerns are raised promptly and appropriately. Every transition is treated with care and attention. The care is proven in just how happy and thriving our children are. Would 100% recommend and have to all our friends.

Cuddles has been and still is the perfect nursery for our daughter. She always comes home happy and full of learning. The staff there are incredibly friendly and always let us know how her day has been.

Both my boys have been here. The facilities are amazing, the staff are so friendly and nice. They really cared for both of them.

Shoutout to two staff members in particular who always take the time to chat with me and let me know how he has eaten, if he's been sad etc

Every day they enjoy time outside, there are different activities set up which the children can choose from each day but there is also structure to the day which my daughter benefits from. I have no hesitation recommending Cuddles and will continue to use them for holiday clubs once my daughter starts school.

Although we are never far away as the holiday club is also fabulous and the kids have such fun and outings.

My little girl started at Cuddles in September for her final year before starting big school. She has come on leaps and bounds with her friends and teachers in the Conchitas room. She is always so excited to go in and even asks to go in at the weekend! This just shows me how well looked after the children are. My daughter has a great bond with her key worker, who has made us feel so comfortable. She loves it here, we will be sad to see her leave! Thank you to all the girls who have helped my little one grow and flourish!

Additionally, the nursery organises far fewer outings; perhaps only two annually compared to the almost daily trips our daughter enjoys with her childminder.

I am a mother who has been using the nursery for the past 3 years. I can say that the preschool rooms have been absolutely fantastic. My children have had so much fun in the preschool rooms and gardens, especially Hetty Hornets! The staff of this age group has been a great support to my children and myself I could not have asked for a better setting for them to attend. They have developed and learned so much, with so much to constantly do. The room leaders and key workers go above and beyond to ensure every child's needs are catered for individually. They have shown my children love, learning, and happiness. Thanks for everything you do, especially to the hornets who have cared for 2 of my children, you deserve so much recognition for all of your hard work and dedication!

My daughter has been with Cuddles for just over a year now and it has done wonders for her confidence and social skills. The staff are amazing and take great care of the children, going above and beyond to help with their personal development and get them ready for school. I've been extremely impressed with the facilities, events and activities that the children get the opportunity to participate in; most recently the class nativity, which 9 months ago my daughter wouldn't have done in front of all the other parents! A big thank you to all the staff in the Conchita's room, you're fantastic and I hope my daughter is fortunate enough to have similar experiences when she starts at school next year!
