Bay Tree Montessori Nursery

Our little one has been in the nursery for a few months now, and it's safe to say, he's happy there. He loves that place and he is loved too. All the staff are incredibly friendly, and communication is excellent. Any question I had was answered quickly, and any help I needed was provided as well. As we were looking for a nursery that implements a Montessori method, we were so happy we had found Bay Tree Nursery and were able to place him there. Waiting time might be long, but we were lucky and got a space quickly, so definitely don't wait too long with the application, you won't regret it. Bay Tree is a beautiful place for children, and definitely boosts their development by doing so many different activities to keep them busy and entertained. I am only picking the little man up, but never had a problem finding parking nearby in the afternoon.

Our 18-month-old daughter has been at Bay Tree Montessori Nursery for about three months and we could not be happier with her and our experience. The staff are truly exceptional - caring, engaged and attentive. The facilities and resources for the children are top-notch, cannot recommend enough.

Bay Tree has been amazing for my son since starting almost a year ago. He was very young when he first started at nursery and was always given lots of attention and help. He has progressed amazingly since then and we love getting feedback each day when we pick him up. The staff are kind and always ready to help with any concerns or questions we have. I would definitely recommend Bay Tree to anyone as we have loved it so far!

I cannot recommend Bay Tree enough. My daughter first went to this nursery just after lockdown and I wouldn't change a thing. They helped her grow into the most creative, free-spirited young lady and we will forever be grateful for everything they have done! We would highly recommend this nursery.

The staff at Baytree nursery are incredible. My son has possible autism/learning delays and struggles with social interaction. The staff made him feel comfortable and happy and encouraged him to interact and play. Because of this he has had an amazing 2 years and built some brilliant friendships with both the staff and students. Any parent would be incredibly lucky for their child to attend Baytree!

Both my two little ones spent their pre school at this wonderful nursery. It felt like leaving them with family. The staff are very caring and the setting allows for your childs interests to lead their development. Both of my children did very well here and have transferred to school very easily. They're both confident and doing well in the state system. A large part of this will be down to the love, support and guided learning they received whilst at Baytree. Highly recommended!

Our son really enjoyed his time at Bay Tree. He made lots of friends and progressed well. The staff are all so friendly and caring and I love that Bay Tree provides cooked lunches! I would highly recommend Bay Tree.

The staff are so kind and sweet. We really love Bay Tree and would thoroughly recommend it to everyone. My only wish is that they would accept children under 2. Then I could send my youngest there now because they are so good!!

Our son joined Bay Tree shortly after he was 2 years old. He settled very quickly making fast friends with the other children and enjoying the amazing support from the Bay Tree team. Over the last 3 years through the guidance of nursery, he has developed independence skills (washing up, baking, toileting to name a few). His confidence has grown in the nurturing child-led environment and we have been absolutely delighted with his progress particularly some of the more academic activities he has done as he neared school age. I would not hesitate to recommend Bay Tree to other parents as having tried a few childcare settings it really is the best!

My son has been there for a year and he loves it. Always comes out very happy. He loves the ladies there too and I love that he has the option to take part in the activities and can also go outside frequently.

I would like to recommend Bay Tree Montessori to everyone. We visited several nurseries before, but we decided on Bay Tree Montessori because we liked the place very much. It is a very child-friendly place where they have the opportunity to develop their individual skills. Teachers are very friendly, empathic, committed and well-qualified. Our son was very happy spending time in Bay Tree Montessori.

My son attended Bay Tree Montessori Nursery for just under two years, only leaving when he started school. From the moment he started, I felt like we were both warmly welcomed and cared for by all of the staff. He enjoyed his time there immensely, making numerous friends whilst gaining invaluable life skills. The focus is not just on the traditional numeracy/literacy skills, but on ensuring children are well-rounded individuals on social and emotional levels too. He particularly enjoyed access to the outside spaces whenever he needed, and participating in cooking and preparing snacks for the nursery. He has thrived there and has become a very confident, independent boy ready for the changes that come with starting school. I would recommend Bay Tree 100%, and would not send my younger child anywhere else.

Our experience of the nursery has been fantastic and we would definitely recommend to others. My son left this nursery in June 2019. He told me a few days ago that he likes his school but he misses the nursery. He spent a really good time there.

Highly recommend sending your small people to Baytree. Our Son left at 5 and we don’t regret our decision for further time there at all.

After visiting a few local nurseries, we chose Bay Tree for its calm atmosphere and for the clear dedication of its staff. Our daughter went there for two years, from two years three months until starting Reception. All the staff have been outstanding in looking after her. She really enjoyed being able to contribute to "grownup" activities, such as folding towels, alongside cooking, playing in the garden, painting, gardening, and many other things. We really enjoyed that she was treated there as we treat her at home, with care and the long term picture of developing her confidence in mind.
