Watcombe Children's Centre Nursery

Would highly recommend.

The nursery is safe and secure, but more importantly an exciting and friendly environment for my child to attend. The keyworkers are professional and reliable, nursery is clean and well presented.

So pleased with the nursery. My son has settled so well and so quickly and his speech and confidence has grown so much since he started a few months ago! Very pleased all round.

My daughter started here at 9 months old and is now 3 and a half. She absolutely loves coming here and I always drop her off confidently knowing she will have a brilliant time, be very safe and well cared for. The staff are all fantastic! I can't recommend them enough!

All the staff are approachable including Management when/if a concern or query arise. The nursery will work with you and strengthen any home implemented care decisions. (Potty training/dummy restrictions) I need full time care for my child and I know I can work easy and with peace of mind my little one is in good hands in a happy and safe environment that they enjoy being part of.

When I moved to Torquay, I looked round all the registered nurseries in Torquay. Watcombe was the only one I was happy to leave my child in. Clean, happy environment with staff beyond belief with compassion for my child's welfare. Even down to the office staff, they have all been fantastic parts of my child's upbringing. I am now registering my baby to start at this nursery. My eldest is now 4 and I will be sad for him to leave behind this amazing nursery. Not once have I been unsatisfied with the level of care given to my child. He loves all the staff, and is always excited to see everyone. The garden is amazing, so much outdoor space for the children to enjoy too. A massive thank you to all at Watcombe children's centre for making it so much easier to go to work knowing my son is happy, and enjoying himself with new activities.

I am so happy to bring my daughter to this nursery. It's one of the best that I've been in. She has come away with new and exciting things that she's done and had great staff to help her along the way too.

Both my children have attended Watcombe nursery since 2009 , I wouldn't dream of sending them anywhere else , I have always felt confident in the overall quality and high standards, the staff have always been amazing, kind, friendly, compassionate and professional and my children have both enjoyed and looked forward to their days at nursery .

I love this nursery. This is my second child to attend this nursery. My daughter of 1 years old currently attends 2.5 days and she loves it. The staff are so friendly and co-operating. I always feel really informed about the day and my daughter is always so happy when i pick her up.

We have nothing but good things to say about this nursery. My son loves it and he is progressing everyday. The staff are all lovely and very helpful too. I would highly recommend Watcombe nursery to anyone.

Very friendly staff, our son is taken care of well everytime he goes there. Lots of Fun and activities for all ages. We would recommend it to any family. After each session the staff reviews with the parent what your child did what they ate etc...

I am very pleased with the level of care that is provided for my daughter, the staff are professional, kind and friendly. It is a small contained area filled with many fun activities, perfect for my under 2 to learn and play.

My son has attended Watcombe Children's Centre Nursery since September 2015. When he first started he was painfully shy and his verbal communication was very poor. However the team at Watcombe have worked miracles with him, he is happy, confident, outgoing and his communication skills are now excellent. The best thing about Watcombe Nursery is they work around my sons interests and develop his skills based on what he enjoys doing. They cater meals to his dislikes (of which there are many!). The outdoor space is amazing and the staff even more so. My son looks forward to going to nursery every day. I cannot recommend Watcombe Nursery highly enough, I'm so sad he is leaving this year to go to primary. He has had such an amazing 2 years.
