The Dolphin Pre School and Nursery

My little one joined Dolphin in the baby room and has just moved onto primary school. I couldn't have choosen better, my little one enjoyed every day at Dolphin and the care my little one received can only be compared to that of a family. The team at Dolphin nurtured my little ones development and growth at every stage. Because of the pre-school teams support my nervous/shy little one was ready and prepared for the next stage and big school, the transition couldn't have gone more easily thanks to the support of the team. I can't thank all of the team enough they are all amazing!

Both of my children attended Dolphin, and i couldn't of asked for a more caring and lovely team to look after them. The staff are so friendly and you can tell they really care for the children. Both of my children are now at school and still ask if they can go to Dolphin to see their teachers! The learning and play they provide is brilliant, and they make an effort to take them out and about

The Dolphin nursery is fantastic. My little one has just flown the dolphin nest and he had such a wonderful and fulfilling time there, there is so much care, kindness, flexibility and just willingness to help parents and children. Nothing is too much trouble and as the nursery has grown and expanded we continue to see such personalised care for all children. I could recommend the Dolphin more highly. Great setting, amazing extras, lovely food, day trips but mostly just fabulous staff who love what they do and who they care for. Thank you!

My daughter started with Dolphins when she was 2 years old, I was very apprehensive about leaving her but everyone at Dolphins were amazing, they called me to update on how she was doing and to help ease my worry. My daughter absolutely adored her key workings and if it wasn't for them and the rest of the team I don't think I could have continued to work. Thank you

We couldn't have wished for a better nursery for our daughter. She was very happy, safe and loved throughout her years there, she made lovely friends and formed such special bonds with the staff. She was sad to leave everyone when it came to going to big school.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My son loved his time with dolphin, he started when he was 9 months and he really blossomed in each room, we found everything really personal and my son was treated like he was their own. They always made such an effort with special dates and birthdays etc the little things that mean alot to us as parents. my son would always be happy and smiling when I collected him and sometimes even dancing! No matter the time of the day, all of the staff were warm, kind and welcoming. I can't recommend dolphin enough.

I honestly can't recommend this nursery enough. Our little girl has now finished and started school, but we still have our little boy there, so we're lucky to still see everyone. The staff have been amazing from the start, so kind and supportive, and our daughter absolutely loved going in every day. She's still so excited to drop off her little brother, and gets to see the team she loves. We're so grateful for everything they gave her. Thank you so much for everything.

I love her 'keeping in touch book', it shows us what she has been up to during the day and shows us that she has been having a great time.

If you are looking for a well-rounded nursery, I can't recommend them highly enough. Our boys are developing so well because of their support!

Such a wonderful nursery! Initially, I was very worried about sending my son to nursery but the guys at The Dolphin really reassured me and went above and beyond to ease us in. They have been so amazing and now, just six weeks on, my son has settled in so well and has really taken to his key worker, who is great! I cannot recommend highly enough.

The Dolphin is amazing, as soon as I viewed the nursery I felt how intimate and lovely it was compared to others we had viewed. Our daughter had a few taster sessions which confirmed our thoughts on the place and she’s always loved it, we’ve had no tears and she’s always so excited to go. The ladies in her room are always so enthusiastic and do so many great activities with her which we get to see in her little book, where they stick photos and explain everything she has been up to. She is so cared for and they put my mind at ease as I know she is in the best hands with people who really have her best interests at heart. I would choose The Dolphin over and over again.

I can’t recommend The Dolphin Pre School and Nursery enough! Friendly staff who treat my daughter like one of their own, whilst constantly bringing out the best in her with creative and fun activities!

Easily the best nursery in the area. The staff are so friendly and caring. The food is all home-cooked and healthy. Children often go on activities outside of the nursery and learn new skills every day. I've personally seen the growth in my child’s maths, speech and social skills since joining just a couple of months ago.

One of my favourite things is the book we get back each week filled up with what they have been up to in writing and photos, it’s something we can keep forever.

Such a wonderful experience at The Dolphin for both my children. My daughter made some fabulous friends that she continues to keep in touch with and has memories she will cherish for a lifetime. My son has just started and the staff have been amazing considering he was so young. Was made to feel comfortable from day one.
