Pixieland Day Nursery - Saltash

My little girl has absolutely loved Pixieland ever since she was in the baby's room. She starts school in September and I know she'll miss all the staff especially. Her confidence has really grown since starting in the preschool room. Her little sister is starting in August and I know she'll love it just as much.

My daughter has been at nursery for a few months now in Saltash and has settled in so well. Was nervous about her going but she enjoys it, always coming home with arts and crafts. The girls in the baby room are amazing with her. Can’t thank them enough.

Would highly recommend Pixieland Saltash my little boy loves it there, the staff are so friendly and they have loads for the kids to do throughout the day, my little boy always comes home smiling and he goes all-day.

Our child has been attending this nursery for 7 months now. The staff are exceptional - nurturing, encouraging, and incredibly friendly. Their dedication to our child's growth and well-being is evident in every interaction and he is always excited to go there. My child has attended Pixieland Saltash full-time since the age of 7 months and is now 27 months! My child is happy every single day, without fail! I have only good things to report, the staff are lovely, communication is excellent, and my need to liaise directly with management has been limited - only as I haven’t had any problems or need to approach them! When I have spoken with them (illness/holidays etc.), they are so lovely and helpful and go out of their way to do whatever they need to assist quickly. Despite there being very limited options for childcare locally, I wouldn’t want to send my child anywhere else!

Brilliant nursery where my daughter is very happy. She can’t wait to go in the mornings and is kept very active and busy all day. They go above and beyond for me as I’m not too well at the moment and they put my daughter's hair into lovely styles. Any issues are addressed immediately by management.

I was apprehensive about my baby daughter starting nursery at 11 months, but I shouldn't have been. Pixieland is absolutely amazing, the staff are all absolutely incredible. I couldn't be more pleased. It is also packed to the rafters with things for the babies and children to do. I couldn't get over the sensory room with its soft play steps and light-up activity centres. The food is also healthy and well prepared every day. My little girl really loves the ladies who look after her. I couldn't recommend more.

My son started with Pixieland Day Nursery Saltash in February when he was 9 months and they have been absolutely wonderful with him. He loves going to nursery and is always pleased to see all of the staff. I honestly could not wish for a better group of staff to care for him. The love and attention that they pay to the children is amazing. My husband works away a lot and although my son attends 4 days, term time only, they have been really accommodating with adding additional days where needed. I cannot fault this nursery and I am very happy that my son gets to spend time with such fantastic staff.

The app is fantastic, I receive updates and pictures throughout the day and an end of day summary. Highly recommended!

Meals and snacks are supplied where the children get to sit and eat with each other and are encouraged to try new foods which are good and nutritious.

My daughter started attending Pixieland at 7 months old and settled in really well. The staff are really caring and it's clear that they form wonderful bonds with the children. They are so communicative, with updates throughout the day and a comprehensive handover at the end of the session. I can see when I go in to pick up my daughter how happy she is there. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

Both my children have gone to Pixieland Saltash from babies, youngest still going and have both absolutely thrived. The staff are so good with all of the children and mine both absolutely love their time here. Communication between parents and staff is brilliant, always letting us know what is going on if needed. Would thoroughly recommend the nursery to anybody.

My child is non-verbal and has global delays, the preschool staff have done an amazing job with him same with the SEN lady. My little boy's confidence has grown significantly and his speech is coming on very well, with learning new words each week. He's always happy when he comes out of nursery.

The staff in the nursery are good and are accommodating to my child's needs. There was a high turnover of staff initially and most were in training so I would have liked to have seen more qualified staff speaking to me on handover. As this nursery is the only one that offers extended hours in this area, I would have expected them to be more flexible. I am unable to change hours according to my working pattern and the sessions offered are not convenient at all without it costing a fortune. They should be more accommodating to those who need it!

A fantastic nursery with lovely facilities. My little boy loves attending. He has settled with ease and has a good bond with all the staff in the nursery. He has been encouraged since day one with his learning and development. And he always comes home very happy.

My little girl has been attending Pixieland Day Nursery - Saltash since September. They have been very accommodating. At the moment she only goes one day a week but will be attending more in the future. Under two’s are a great team! They really help grow the little ones and offer them so much to learn. Pre-school has been really good at helping to develop my little girl's speech and creative side. I recommend this branch as most of the staff have a good understanding of children and their needs.

I would highly recommend Pixieland Saltash. My son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old. He is thriving, he is now in Pre-school getting ready to attend primary school and his teachers are doing an amazing job getting him ready. Thank you to all staff at Pixieland!

Pixieland Day Nursery goes above and beyond to help settle children in. We have been using Pixieland since our son was 6 months old. We have three children using its services. One has additional needs and I cannot praise the staff highly enough for everything they do.

My three year old has been attending Pixieland Saltash since she was eleven months old. I've watched my baby grow and develop into a wonderful little girl and this is partly due to the wonderful support and development gained through nursery. Pixieland staff are the most heartfelt team you could wish for your child to be cared for. The variety of learning and play is extensive and each child is encouraged to grow in confidence and this is all down to the staff. I would highly recommend Pixieland Saltash to be the nursery for your child. Trustworthy, kind, considerate but, more importantly, your child will love it, mine does.
