Partou Tippy Toes Day Nursery & Pre-school

feel it's important to share my experience with Tippy Toes Nursery after an incident involving my son, Lorenzo.

On April 22nd I was only informed when I arrived to collect him at 3:30pm that he had gotten mud in his eye. However, when I saw him he had clearly developed a black eye. I was extremely concerned that I had not been contacted earlier, especially as the injury involved his eye and face.

Lorenzo also told me a staff member held him very tightly by the arm while administering first aid, and he later had bruising on his arm. I was told this may have been from rough play with other children on ctv but based on what my son told me the timing and what I observed, I do not agree with this explanation.

Im also disappointed that the staff member involved was not suspended during the investigation and I had to request myself that she was not around my child. As parents we trust nurseries to keep our children safe and to communicate immediately. If I could upload the photos I would.

I cannot express enough how amazing and supportive the nursery have been, the staff, services, and overall facilities are fantastic. The management here go above and beyond to support both parents and children, they are unmatched. I wouldn't have got through the last 2 years without them.

Our daughter has been at Tippy Toes for just over a year after moving house, so a lot of change for her. The staff have been so supportive and welcoming. I have seen her confidence be nurtured and she has grown so much. Thank you to each and every one who has helped our daughter.

My son loves going to preschool, he really enjoys himself, especially his teacher, he loves talking about what they did at preschool.

A truly fantastic nursery. Really lovely staff and managers. Days are well planned with great activities.

Fantastic nursery! The staff are great and my son is always very happy to see them. He is trying new foods, being engaged in new activities and we always have regular updates on how he is getting on and progressing.

I am very happy with all the staff, my son is very happy when he goes, the girls are very kind, and professional,I definitely recommend it because they have all the activities and my son really likes and learning new things for his age

Always updating their app letting me know what my daughter has been doing for the day and eating.

Staff are excellent and very friendly. My son started at the beginning of January and has settled in really well thanks to the facilities and staff available. He enjoys playing with the staff and all the other children at the nursery.

I have been going to the nursery for a total for 6 years, where both children have attended. The staff are lovely and my children have always been cared and looked after, couldn't fault the nursery. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The manager and staff here at this nursery are incredible. I have two daughters that go here and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The relationships the girls have made with the staff are heartwarming, I am always so happy and confident leaving them in their care. The experiences they provide have shaped and allowed both the girls to flourish. I always recommend this nursery and will continue to do so.

Very happy with how the staff have helped my child gain confidence and the bond they have built. I would recommend Tippytoes to anyone.

My child has been attending Tippytoes for quite some time now. She loves going to nursery. She has the most amount of fun too. Staff are welcoming, helpful and have a real interest in the children and their progression. Healthy food options are great too! The new portal is great for seeing how your child's day has been even before collecting them. I'd happily recommend Tippytoes! Keep up the good work.

The whole time my daughter has been going to this nursery from 6 months - to now 2 years I have received fantastic communication and had a great experience from staff and managers. My daughter is great with speech and has been from a young age. Any concerns I have had, I have felt comfortable talking to staff about anything. My daughter loves all the staff at the nursery and enjoys her days there. The staff have helped my daughter complete big milestones such as standing, to first steps, to talking, to toilet training. I am so happy with my child’s growth thanks to the help from the nursery and the support they offer.

I am filled with confidence and trust in leaving my children here, and would recommend the nursery to anyone.

Great caring staff.

Really good. Both kids in nursery has gained lots of confidence since joining and have both developed in so many ways. All staff are so amazing and have built amazing bonds with both kids where they both feel safe.
