Partou Kingsway Day Nursery & Pre-School

The staff at this nursery are amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. If you have a problem; they will deal with it immediately. My grandchild is very happy here and has been since the day they started. The staff nurture the children and fill their days with stuff to do. The rooms are a great stimulus for all ages, and the classes are fulfilling.

We have found Flower Pots Nursery to be excellent. The staff have built up a great relationship with my daughter, and indeed with me and my husband, and she is very happy there. Every day there are new activities for her to try, including lots of messy play which she loves! She had some trouble settling to sleep at nursery, to begin with, and the staff were really helpful in working through that with us until we found a solution - she now sleeps easily and consistently at nursery. I would really recommend Flower Pots and am very grateful to the staff for all the care and attention they give to my daughter.

My daughter started attending Little Acorns & Stepping Stones nursery nine months after she was born and it was a lovely nursery, the staff were keen and friendly and the nursery was impeccable following refurbishment. My daughter appeared to enjoy going there and my wife and I were happy to send her. This, however, all changed around May 2019 when the management of the nursery changed hands and we noticed a change in her willingness to attend nursery as staff turnover became quite high and it was evident that this was having a profound impact. Communication from the nursery rapidly declined and staff appeared to be demotivated and disinterested and this trend has steadily declined over the past 10 or so months. The only reason we haven’t yet relocated her to another nursery is that, at present, it is convenient for our work schedules and she has an older sibling which attends school nearby. We are hopeful things will improve but we’re not holding our breath.

Haven’t got a bad word to say as all staff has welcomed my daughter with open arms. The staff are very respectful also. Nursery is always clean, and the kids look like they are always having fun.

We have been really happy with the service provided by Flower Pots - the staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable and welcoming. The space is lovely and the outdoor space is great. Both our children have been very happy there and we will be sad to say goodbye when our son goes to school this September.

This nursery is a really nice setting and all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My son has been attending the nursery for around 5 months now and he loves it. He’s always doing new activities which I’m able to keep track on via the app. I’ve noticed his development in a number of areas such as speech and understanding has improved a lot since attending this nursery. I can not emphasise how good this nursery is, therefore, I would happily recommend it to anyone.

My goddaughter has attended this nursery for just over a year now. That staff have always been so lovely to me and really supportive of her development. The staff always give me detailed handovers and let me know how she has been during the day. She is always seen to be doing amazing activities and getting really messy, something we never do when I am looking after her and when she is with mum.

An amazing nursery and preschool, my son has attended this nursery since the age of 2 he is now 3 1/2 and loves it. He’s made so many friends and the staff are amazing friendly people who I wholeheartedly trust and enjoy having them look after my son. He has thrived at this preschool. Kind caring staff and environment. Almost like my son's second family! Would highly recommend.
