Busy Bees Portishead

Busy Bees is an amazing nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It's obvious that the children's happiness and well being is put first. The staff are amazing. Ever since my daughter started, she has loved it. Even after lockdown, after nearly 70 days away, she rushed in happily, glad to be back and came out smiling, full of news. She's there for another year before she starts school, and I couldn't be happier.

I would not recommend this Nursery if you work full time and pay for your childcare. The administration team and Office team are absolutely shocking, constantly not receiving receipts, 2 payments not being receipted onto my account, overpayments by mistake and incorrect invoices. The financial admin team are ruining it for everyone. I have a parents social media group, and it has happened to 4 of us in the last 3 months. Never again.

I have nothing other than positive things to say about Busy Bees in Portishead. My son started there when he was nine months and continues to attend their pre-school. The level of care is consistently excellent with evidence of thought and time going into each planned activity. All the staff I have met with have been very approachable and provide an honest and timely feedback. It is a huge comfort and relief to know how happy and well looked after my child is whilst we are working.

Busy Bees Portishead is a fantastic nursery. I have recommended this nursery to several friends and family, and they too have had a positive experience with the nursery. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming, my son loves the members of staff in his room and always has a great time. My son enjoys all of the activities that the nursery has to offer, along with the great outdoor space. There is always so much going on every day and he is always learning something new. I really feel Busy Bees has been a great experience for my son's development. My son will soon be moving up to pre-school and I feel this will give him a fantastic start in preparing him for when he starts primary school.

Both of my children have attended Busy Bees from 12 months old and really enjoy it. I am confident that they are in a safe, stimulating environment with fantastic staff that genuinely care about the children that they are looking after.

I would thoroughly recommend Busy Bees Portishead to any parent who is looking for a welcoming, stable and nurturing environment for their child to start their most informative years in.

Amazing nursery, fabulous caring manager and staff that really know each child. My son has been going here since he was 2 and is so happy and is always learning new things. I'd never keep him that entertained at home and as a working mum, it makes me happy knowing he is safe and having so much fun. If I ever have any more children, I would be more than happy for them to attend here.

We moved to the area in November 2016. I immediately liked the outside space at Busy Bees as my 4-year-old is very active and needs to run around. He settled in quickly and that is due to the warm welcome he receives every morning from the pre-school staff. They are a friendly team and actually care about the children. The activities they organise for the children are fantastic - I wouldn't be able to do half of them at home. He is learning phonics and is enjoying it! My 16-month-old took a little longer to settle in but after a few weeks, she was happy to go to the 'Baby Room' staff in the morning and wave goodbye to me which is a massive relief. I am completely relaxed leaving her at nursery as I know she is being well looked after. The baby staff are so caring and thoughtful.The manager is a really lovely lady and always has time for the parents. It's obvious she gets on well with children as mine will always say hello and wave goodbye. I'm really pleased I chose Busy Bees.

I am relaxed and confident in knowing our daughter is not only in safe hands, but also that she is learning, playing and most of all happy with her new little friends and the team, and I'm looking to increase her hours.

I'd highly recommend Busy Bees for any parent who is looking for childcare that is of exceptional quality and that your child will love.

My son really enjoys his time at the nursery, he runs to the nursery in the morning, He has developed his playing and social skills lots since going to the nursery. I would recommend everyone to at least visit the nursery and see what they can offer your child.

In my experience, I am happy with them and my kid is happy there.

Very good nursery, great atmosphere, my daughter loves being there and that says it all. The staff is friendly and professional, I like that there are many activities and the information service we receive via text message.

Anyone looking to start their child into nursery, couldn't go anywhere better than Busy Bees Portishead.
