Lake House is a fantastic nursery and our son has been very happy there. The staff are exceptionally caring, kind and enthusiastic. Our son settled in quickly after a thorough settling-in process and has enjoyed it ever since. The nursery is well-managed and everybody is friendly and supportive. I feel
they have our son's best interests at heart at all times and he is thriving in their care. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lake House to other people.

Generally very happy with the nursery, the staff are all really lovely and approachable. The staff take really good care of the kids, my daughter happily goes to nursery. I feel really confident that my daughter is really well looked after, and that for me, is the most important.
The only reason I
didn't give it 5 stars is that there has been some problems with the chef so meals haven't been as varied as they have been previously. I think some of the activities could also be a little more varied, particularly the crafts activities.

We understand your concerns regarding the meal variety. We would like to explain that there was a gap between losing our chef and finding a new one who we then had to onboard, which caused some disruption to our meal options, so thank you for your patience in this regard.

We have been sending our child to Lake House Nursery for four months. Our experience with the baby room team has been excellent. The settling-in process was very thorough and our child is really enjoying it there. We get a handover at the end of the day to say how our child has been and as well as written
information about how much he has eaten, slept etc. They do lots of activities and my child is happily tired out at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend Lake House.

Lake House Nursery is like a second home for our children. The staff know them so well and provide personalised care and plenty of affection. There is a great emphasis placed on values, such as kindness, respect and understanding. The staff are inventive and continually keep the children engaged and
interested. It is truly a wonderful setting in which young children thrive.

Our little girl has been at Lake House for approx three months and loves it! The staff are all amazing, so caring, kind and diligent. We feel so pleased to have found Lake House and have confidence in all aspects of the care that they provide. Would highly recommend.

Since joining the nursery, my daughter has developed in so many ways. She is more confident and balanced and loves going to the nursery every morning. She looks forward to meeting her key person every morning. We love all the teachers who are warm, caring and very professional. I would definitely recommend

My daughter is nearly 3 now and has been at Lake House since she was 6 months old. I have been very pleased with our choice of nursery - the staff are friendly and caring and my daughter always enjoys herself. I have recommended it to friends.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Leanne has been in the childcare industry for over 15 years, developing a comprehensive understanding of how childcare can be provided while working with the Army welfare service. She has obtained a Level 3 to Level 5 in Early Years Management, as well as additional qualifications ranging from a Level 2 in Early Years Mental Health to a Level 3 in Early Years Special Educational Needs. Her passion is to continue to provide the highest level of care and learning, ensuring that all children are prepared to face their next steps.
