CleverClogs Cringleford

Our daughter has been at Cleverclogs for over a year now and the staff there have been nothing short of amazing. They take such good care of her, she is buzzing with excitement everyday when we arrive. The staff know so much about her and quite clearly care so much about what they do. The communication is great, we always know what's going on at nursery with our child and in general. A particular shoutout to the management team, we have had a lot of changing circumstances over the past few months and they've always been helpful and clear about how everything around funded places works. I've definitely been an annoying customer but Sharnie and the team have made it so easy to deal with them and get everything sorted without ever impacting our daughter's care! Cleverclogs is exactly the kind of place any parent would want their child to go, we feel very lucky to have a place there.

My son always enjoys his time at nursery and I love the amount of outdoor time he has when the weather can allow. Staff spend a good amount of time at pick up speaking to me about his day which I really appreciate.

This is a small, caring and fun nursery. Our child absolutely adores her time there and has ever since she was 6 months old. We have always felt very comfortable leaving her in their care and know that she is always well looked after. The care is second to none and all the adults know the children so well. I can't recommend the nursery enough.

My daughter has been at CleverClogs Cringleford nursery for the past 14 months. There has not been a day where she hasn't wanted to go to nursery, but there have been a few occasions where she hasn't wanted to leave. It isn't easy to trust anyone else with your child, but I feel confident that my daughter is well cared for by the team at CleverClogs. I am always kept informed about what she has been learning and I am always called if there is an issue. However, I do not feel that I am called or asked to pick her up when it is unwarranted, which I am grateful for as a working mother. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter.

An incredibly caring, friendly, supportive environment. Our son has learned so much and made some wonderful friends. The staff are fantastic and you can see they really care about the children and the job they do. Can't fault it.

Cleverclogs has been a wonderful experience for both of my children. My eldest, who is now at school, and my youngest, who still attends, have both thrived there while having lots of fun. They genuinely enjoy going.

Best nursery around they are top and excellent with how they treat the children and my son loves it there, my son didn't talk when he first went to nursery and the nursery have helped him so much and gained him in speaking

Very good small day nursery at the end of a quiet cul de sac. My daughter has attended from baby room all the way through pre school now and has forged strong friendships with the other children. Teachers are caring and organising daily fun activities, plenty of learning in preschool now, a lot of time in the outdoor garden. Food is cooked on site. Overall really happy and I'm certain my daughter will miss it when she starts school this year.

This nursery helped my child's confidence to grow and provides a good foundation for attending school.

This nursery is excellent. It fulfill my daughter needs and she always come out smiling and happy. They have great with the communication with the parents and always keep us informed. I can't ask for nothing more for them and they go above and beyond.

I would highly recommend Clever Clogs Cringleford nursery to parents. My son has attended for 3 years and has received exceptional care from very caring and motivated staff. He is very happy there and enjoys lots of lovely different experiences provided by the staff. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Staff know children individually and all of their needs are met

However, I feel the premises require more investment from the owner. Specifically, the car park potholes are a genuine hazard for parents and children, and the conservatory in the toddler area has a 20+ year plastic roof that must lead to temperatures exceeding 40°C in the summer. In my opinion, the staff and children deserve a facility that matches the quality of care provided.

Just excellent, my daughter loves going to nursery. Its a warm friendly 'homely' environment. There is a strong focus on learning and development. It isnt too busy which i like and there is a studio outside in the garden outside with a little softplay area which my daughter loves.

There's great outside space which is one of the reasons we chose the nursery and we trust everyone completely with our little girl due to the level of care and attention they have shown over our time with them so far.

My children have been coming here since 2020 and I really like it. The staff are kind and caring, professional, flexible and understanding. The outdoor space is lovely. I feel that my children are thriving here.

This review really relates to my child's entire stay with Cleverclogs Cringleford. We are incredibly pleased and thankful for all the pre-reception care and education that my child got with Cleverclogs Cringleford since their start in September 2023. Staff is caring, fun, educational and go far and beyond to guide the little ones for the next steps :)

My daughter absolutely loves going to CleverClogs! She talks about the nursery staff all the time and is visibly excited to see them. They take the time to talk to you about your child at drop off and pick up and it is clear that genuine, caring relationships have been built between them and your child. My daughter always comes home happy, exhausted and in need of a good bath after lots of fun activities! Exactly what we were hoping for.

My child really enjoys coming to nursery, and we've been very happy with the friendly, supportive staff. The outdoor space is great, and the care provided has been consistently good. The overall tidiness and cleanliness could be improved, though we understand the building is older. Overall, we're pleased with the experience and grateful for the team's hard work.
