A fantastic nursery where they focus on supporting children through every development stage, making every day different and fun! My little boy has attended Kindred St Neots Nursery and Pre-school from age 1 to 4 and during that whole time, the team and environment at Kindred has been fantastic. My little boy is highly sensitive but both me and him have always been listened to and he has always been treated as an individual. Nothing
is ever too much trouble: my son needed to be held to fall asleep and needed to wear lots of layers to go outside due to cold sensitivity: no problem at all. Food is varied, healthy and nutritious and prepared freshly onsite. You are kept up to date on all training and development staff undertake and I was always impressed by this: safeguarding and accreditation, let alone their “outstanding” Ofsted result! My son comes home every day full of excitement about the new activities he has done that day: learning about nature, different cultures, managing emotions, arts and crafts, moving their body - the breadth of topics and how they are delivered is incredible. Highly recommend!

Very happy we chose this nursery from a number that we viewed. Staff have always been great on daily handover, asking plenty of questions and sharing updates of our child’s day.
Swift communications via the app they use and regular updates, food, sleep routine and pictures are provided there.
Visited
a few events and witnessed first-hand how great the staff are with the kids and ours has come on leaps and bounds in their care.

This nursery has been superb for our 3-year-old for the last couple of years. I have seen her confidence, learning, and social skills grow significantly through the excellent team of people at Orchards. There are regular updates on progress, daily through the Kindred site, face to face, and by allowing
parents in for activities and to share special days. There seems to be a great people focus at the nursery, my child runs into the nursery being so happy to go there and is always greeted with huge smiles and care that is obviously through the culture that has been created there. She always comes out happy and talks about what she's done that day. A good variety of food that is both nutritional but also helps our child to experience new flavours. Cannot recommend this place enough. It's the people that make it. The team is great.

This is a fantastic nursery and preschool. My daughter has been going here since she was 1 and has just recently started preschool.
The staff are all brilliant and the thing I love the most is that I feel they all truly know my daughter and provide her with the best care.
My daughter loves going here
and always comes home with a big smile after I know she has had a great day!

My son attended Orchard Day Nursery from a baby until school where I felt he was prepared for the big change to school due to the staff's care and attention to detail. They have always felt like an extended part of the family. My daughter now attends the same nursery where she is thriving in a caring
and stimulating environment. The staff are always there with a smile on their face and genuinely happy to see her.
We have lots of activities at home to support her learning and get regular feedback and photos which is always lovely to see her enjoying herself in the different activities during the day.

I can’t recommend Orchards enough. Our son started nursery a very shy little boy who would cling to me on drop off and get upset. Orchards couldn’t have done more to support both me and our son with the transition though. They tried different things to help him settle, sent me regular photos of him
smiling and playing, and filled me with confidence on pick-ups telling me about all the things he’d been up to. He’s now been attending for a year and the difference in him is incredible. He gets excited to go to nursery and his development has come on leaps and bounds. I have complete trust in those who are looking after him and it’s clear to see how much they care for him. A fantastic nursery that has done wonders for our son.

For the last 3 years, we have entrusted both of our girls to the fantastic team at Little Orchards. When we moved to the area we made sure to look around all the nursery's in St Neots and Little Orchards stood out as our favourite.


It's a very well-run friendly place, as opposed to one of the larger

units - which brings lots of benefits. Staff rotation is low, you get a warm welcome in the morning, daily feedback in the afternoon, they get fed really well and they've created a playful environment where our children have blossomed. Recently, they've doubled the size of their outdoor area by removing their car park - initially, I thought this was an impractical move - but when you pick them up on a Summers afternoon and got caught in a water pistol fight, you know it's a great place to be.

My son previously and daughter currently attend Orchards, I would not consider using another nursery and cannot recommend Orchards highly enough. The staff are fantastic and all have a genuine interest in getting to know the children as individuals and working with the children to help them develop.
The team are all very caring and the nursery has a lovely friendly atmosphere.

I have had two daughters attend the nursery from the age of 7 months. They were always happy and secure with staff and their development was always above what it needed to be. Staff are friendly and caring and invest time with getting to know a child and their carers. Generally, a varied assessment
of activities and meals are cooked daily on site. Parents can contribute ideas on this.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Hi, I am Sarah. I started my career in childcare over 26 years ago (1997/98) with a NNEB qualification and I now have a Level 4.


I progressed in my career to Manager and have been in this position now for over 20 years. Having worked with children of all ages I have a comprehensive understanding of both them and their parents' individual needs.


I love that we help children learn new things and give them the skills they need to progress in school. I find it rewarding to help develop and support all the children, their families, and our staff throughout their time here at Kindred St Neots. We are one big family.

Hello, I'm Caroline and I have worked in Early Years since 2014.


I started my journey as an apprentice and became a Level 3 practitioner. Having progressed in my career I became the Deputy Manager and held this role since 2017.


My passion lies within SEN and supporting every child and family. The mental health of the staff, children and families is very important to me, and I am continuously finding ways to support everyone in this area as a Mental Health First Aider.
