Kindred St Neots Nursery and Pre-school

St Neots Kindred is just absolutely lovely. It has helped my daughter grow and blossom. From somebody who never left her mums side, to someone who shows an abundance of independence and self-resilience. Nothing is too much to ask of for the staff and they have put so much in place to support my little one. All staff know the children on a personal level and remember small details about them. It's a true home from home.

We're really pleased we picked this nursery, it was the standout option of the handful we viewed and we're so pleased with our experience so far. My daughter has settled in well, and we've felt supported as parents during that time. I particularly appreciate the regular photos and updates about what activities my little one does while at nursery, and her progress has been well communicated to us both verbally and via the app in reports. We've noticed her development has come on leaps and bounds, as well as her confidence. The staff are all so lovely and care so much for the children, during visits to the nursery it feels like a very welcoming, happy and positive environment. The food served is varied and nutritious, and it's nice to know she's eating well and in a lovely caring setting when at nursery.

I've had children in Kindred St Neots since November 2022, before it was taken over by Kindred. I was very relieved that none of the staff changed because that really is what makes this nursery what it is. The staff are so caring and patient. I can confidently leave my child(ren) in their care knowing they are safe, will have fun and be comforted when they are sad or hurt - the staff excel at this. Not only that but they provide a supportive environment best suited for learning and exploring. They hold regular outside visitors to engage the children and entertain them. They spend a lot of time in the garden, getting plenty of vitamin D and learning the joy of just running around with friends outside, which is so important in this age of increasing technology. Their care of children with allergies is equally brilliant and their menus are nutritious and varied. I can't recommend this nursery enough - my children have flourished under their excellent care. The extras!!! I am always blown away by all the extras, cook and chat boxes, travelling birds, eco friends. Child in focus. Just makes us realise what a great nursery really can be. Not just a place for them to go while parents work. It's a place where they support the children to thrive.

They bring in sensory baby & toddler development classes, mini athletics. Take walks to support the community and put on the most wonderful Christmas performance at the church.

The food, All I can say is our kids love it! Never hungry, and they enjoy the varied meals. To Sarah, Caroline and Paige and all the team thank you

This nursery is amazing purely because of the staff. Of the nurseries in St Neots this is smaller and vs other nurseries but please don't let that out you off. It means the staff are creative with the space and resources and it offers a much better experience for the children.

The food quality compare to other nurseries we looked at is incredible, with the team taking great care to provide big enough portions and extra, unlike other nurseries we looked at.

I think it speaks volumes that some of the staff send their own children to to this nursery and staff have returned from other nurseries to work back here.

My child had flourished here, building great social skills and confidence to take them through to school.

Let's hope Kindred the company continue to support this fantastic nursery. Kindred acquired this nursery in 2025. My only comment around this is I have concern around how kindred will continue to support the staff (kindred changed the staff holiday rules).

This nursery is so lovely. Mum guilt from being a full time working mum isn't nice but seeing my little one come home so happy, and excited during drop offs makes me feel so much better. The staff are lovely and seem to genuinely love their job and love the children. The daily updates are great, the home cooked food seems varied, healthy and delicious.

My daughter started Kindred at the beginning of the year. Since then her confidence has grown so much. She enjoys all the activities which are both fun and educational and she thoroughly loves playing outside. The staff are all lovely, very caring, knowledgeable and very helpful. I love the updates we receive on the app and pictures of what she's doing while there. I can relax being back at work knowing my daughter is in safe hands and is happy and content where she is. Thank you Kindred for all that you do.

We've been sending our son here since around 7 months old, it has played an integral part of his development and character from the care and love he has received from every single member of staff new and old. From the regular catchups outside the nursery gates to the "parents evenings" and the day visits we get invited too, we have remained well informed throughout on how he's getting on.

Will be a very sad day when he eventually leaves and everyone will be sorely missed.

Having everything included in the fee is a real benefit too, no more worrying about stocking up nursery with nappies, wipes and oat milk!

Kindred St Neots is the best nursery I have had the pleasure to deal with. My little boy runs in every time as he is so happy to be going to nursery. The staff are very thoughtful and caring and go above and beyond to look after my child. They do fun messy and engaging activities with the children and my little boys speach has improved leaps and bounds the more he goes! Can't thank the staff enough they do a great job!

Both my children have thrived with their time here and there is not a day where I or my children have been concerned about going in. They run through the door and are jumping out happy and content. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such an outstanding setting for my children and I will be forever grateful so all the staff for being the best they can for my family!

We have been so delighted with this nursery since our daughter started last year. I was nervous to send my daughter to childcare ahead of returning to work, but they were fantastic at helping both me and her feel comfortable and went the extra mile to ensure that. When we first came for a tour, we noticed how every member of staff knew every child's name, no matter who worked in what room. That level of care and attention is evident every day. The space feels incredibly homely, but it's clear how much skill and expertise there is amongst the staff as they organise activities to help little minds learn. I cannot recommend enough!

Kindred is a fantastic nursery. Staff are so lovely and we always get great updates of the day at pick up time. They always make time to answer any questions we may have. My sons development has come on leaps and bounds since joining!

My son has been going to this nursery for over 18 months, after we moved to st Neots from another area. He is so happy there, runs straight in and on occasion has ask if he can go back in after I've picked him up! All of the staff are wonderful, he calls them his best friends too, they have so much time for you and your children and do so much with them to give them a fun and educational time. I would recommend this nursery and preschool to everyone.

Great nursery. My son has been at Orchards since he was a baby and absolutely loves it. The staff in each room are amazing, thoughtful and always so caring. Any questions are answered in a timely manner and parents' evenings are always informative.

Nothing feels like too much trouble and our child has thrived in the environment, no matter what room they’ve been in.

This is a wonderful nursery with truly caring, children-focused staff who help and nurture every child's development focusing on lots of fun and making each day thoroughly enjoyable for the children. My son has flourished at this nursery and loves his time there.

The staff are so lovely, the garden space they have is perfect so much room and activities for the kids.

Both of my children have attended this nursery (11 year old girl and 4 year old boy) the youngest of which has just started school. They still talk about how much they miss their time and the staff there. We always felt it was such a safe and educational space for the children, the things they have learned and the social skills they have picked up have been invaluable in making them who they are today. The staff always went out of their way to cater for each of the children's needs and to organise events, trips and visits from the local firemen, animal experts (along with the various animals) etc. The food is also of a very high standard, we've often had some brought home to us and we have even stolen the fish pie recipe for ourselves! I genuinely couldn't recommend Kindred St Neots Nursery and Pre-school enough!
