Outstanding nursery with caring staff deeply committed to providing fantastic care to children and excellent communication with parents. We've had two children in Wolfson Court and have recommended it to other colleagues. We've experienced all rooms in the nursery and have two very happy, confident and settled boys who have been supported in their growth and learning but the team at Wolfson Court.
Very friendly and capable staff. My son loves to attend this nursery. They provide a huge variety in games, toys, indoor, outdoor activities. They adjust their games to the development of the child, to try to stimulate him.
Our son was very nervous at first but all the staff (key workers, other workers, management etc) have been so caring with him, he now loves it and has hugely grown in confidence. Activities are great, the food sounds healthy and delicious and they take appropriate care with health and safety.
Our daughter attended Wolfson Court Day Nursery from March 2016 until September 2018. From our first visit, we were sure the nursery would be a positive and happy environment for her.
The nursery has good outdoor space and equipment and encourages outdoor activities/play, in addition to indoor activities (stories, art, roleplay). It also arranges interesting activities involving external parties - e.g. visits from the fire service (plus fire engine), and animals for the children to interact with.
The staff are professional, passionately dedicated and genuinely care for the children. Our daughter has become very fond of the staff in both the toddlers and pre-school rooms. They have always been very accommodating and provide care tailored to each child (for example, by helping us to improve our daughter's fussy eating).
We have no hesitation in recommending Wolfson Court Day Nursery and its excellent staff, who have helped develop our daughter into the confident and happy child she is now.
Great nursery, supportive and individualised approach to all children. Motivated and imaginative staff - children always seem to be engaged in activities. Would happily recommend.
Lovely. Friendly. My kid is having a good time in school.
One of the nicest nurseries in Cambridge. Both of our children really enjoy their time there. Some excellent key workers - we have been very lucky to have great key workers for our children.
Our entire experience with Wolfson Court, Bright Horizons has been exceptional. My two boys have been there for a year and each and every staff member has a genuine passion for their job and cares about the children. We love the library, play and learn activities, daily menus (nutritious), garden party, maths day, daily rundown of the boys' day and much more.
My experience with Wolfson Court Day Nursery and Preschool goes back to 2015 when my son joined the Bumble Bee class. We just moved from abroad and I had my first son, he was only over one year old. All the staff from the nursery were so welcoming and so trustable that my son really adapted quickly. Soon he became the most happy and playful child and he enjoyed going every day to the nursery. He had 3 transitions and all were great successes all the time mainly because of such professional staff. In 2016 my daughter was born and she joined Bumble Bee class at only 7 months old. Again everyone was so friendly that she felt at home and was very happy. So, for the last 3 years, this nursery and all the staff have been part of my children's lives, they have been not only an amazing professional team, but most importantly, they have been friends and part of our family.
Our daughter absolutely loves it here. She’s grown and matured significantly and every staff member we’ve come in contact with has been fantastic. One can tell that the priority is definitely the children!
They do a great variety of activities with the babies and toddlers, which is great for them as they become curious and willing to do things. They listen to music, read, go out in the garden and play different games etc. Another important aspect is food and tidiness. They eat 3 times a day, the menu is diversified and the rooms very clean. My baby is really happy and in good hands at Wolfson Court Day Nursery.
Wolfson Court looks after my two youngest children in their baby and preschool rooms. The rooms are clean and bright with lots of different activities set up each day. All staff are friendly and caring and our children benefit greatly from their attendance here.
He is very well cared for by the staff who make a real effort to get a true bond with the children.
He also has good friends there now and enjoys seeing them.
The meals are great and they cater for allergies exceptionally well.
The routine is really good and they always managed to get him to nap which is something I can't always achieve!
The activities are great and I feel he is learning very well with their help.
Feedback is brilliant.
Would definitely recommend!
The kids have a long day, from approximately 7.30am to 6pm, but they love it and they provide breakfast and afternoon tea which makes the working day that little bit easier.
My only negative would be the cost but I think all daycares are expensive - so it's more a fault of the system than this particular centre.
My daughter hugely enjoys her days at nursery and is so immersed playing when I arrive to collect her, that I often have to wait until she's finished playing before she'll let me convince her that it is time to go home. Knowing how happy and settled my daughter is at the nursery is such a comfort and it is the consistent effort and patience of her key worker in the toddler room, which has made my daughter's experience at nursery so rewarding. The activities are also really fun especially creative and messy play, reading and the animal sound game. The room is kept clean a huge help in minimising the endless bugs young kids get. The nursery is a lovely, warm and welcoming place for my daughter to spend the day.
Staff is lovely and very friendly. When we have a problem they immediately try to resolve the issue. My son is very happy when he is there.
Our daughter is very happy at nursery and although she took time to settle in, she looks forward to going and has close relationships with some of the staff. This is the best measure for me of a nursery - if she is clearly happy and feels safe then I am happy! The manager and deputy managers have always communicated quickly and thoroughly and we get a weekly memo so we feel involved. We have found everyone to be friendly and welcoming and it's great that activities there are interesting and those which we wouldn't have the opportunity to do at home!
We send both of our daughters to Wolfson Court Day Nursery and we are exceptionally happy with the care they receive and the variety of opportunities they receive to learn through play. The management team are very approachable and supportive, and the teams in each room are both warm and professional. The facilities are to a high standard including the outdoor space and the opening hours are realistic for two working parents.
My little boy started at Wolfson Court Day Nursery back in March 2017. My partner and I were a little nervous about him starting nursery at just under 9 months but he absolutely loved it from day one. We were offered a number of settling in sessions to ensure we were happy and our son was settled, the staff in the baby room were very welcoming and friendly, making it a very easy settling in process. He's now just over 16 months!
Our son has attended part-time since joining and still manages to take part in some wonderful activities, the staff are really good with capturing special moments on their camera and either share with us at feedback or they are in his learning story ready for when I next have a look. The staff are brilliant, our son is extremely happy as are we. The management team are very helpful and have a lovely team around them! The nursery has just undergone a refurbishment and looks very smart and modern, not to mention lots of new resources!
I have two children at the nursery, a toddler and a baby. The toddler has loved it from day 1 and two years down the line, my baby has bonded with the staff and is learning new skills rapidly. They are very good at engaging the children in all sorts of activities (excursions, animals visiting, crafts, number and letter play, building etc). As parents, we get a great report after each day. I have two extremely happy children, what more can I want?

Meet the Team (2)
I have been the manager at Wolfson Court since 2013. I started as a Nursery Assistant in 2008 and have progressed to being a nursery manager. I have gained my Level 4 qualification in Childcare with the company. I love spending time within the rooms supporting the staff with their practice and carrying out activities with the children.
I have worked for Bright Horizons since 2015. I started as a Nursery Assistant and completed my NVQ Level 3 whilst in this role, becoming Room Leader in our Toddler room in 2017. I then progressed to my current position as Deputy Manager in 2018. I am now studying Childhood Development and Psychology at open university. I love being around children, supporting their development and watching them grow and learn.
