Kiddi Caru Peterborough, a GrandirUK Day Nursery

The only feedback I would potentially give is that it would be great to have a portal of some sort which parents could access at any point to see any information about their child, as the information we get in their book, food, meal plans, sleeps etc and news/events we can see online, so possibly more use of electronic resources. But otherwise, we couldn't be happier.

Amazing nursery. Very loving and caring staff. Never worry about my little one as I know she will be looked after and she will be safe and well fed. Only suggestion is I think there should be someone to meet and greet first-timers, as when we started attending nursery for the first time, I had no idea where to go, where I could leave my little ones bag etc... I think it would really help if there was someone on day one. One more thing, I think shoes should be changed once they go out in the garden and changed back to indoor shoes once coming back in to avoid wet feet. But overall, very happy. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Other than that my daughter is very happy here. I feel she is in good, safe hands.

Our child has been here for some time now and seems to have done well with settling in, making friends and learning lots of new things. The staff here are what makes it very good, however, the ever-increasing and unsubstantiated increases in fees make me very glad that our child will soon be leaving. Again, on the staff note, it seems that the majority of staff, mainly those involved with actually looking after children, are giving it their all to both children and adults, they can be very friendly. On the same topic but a bad note, it seems that this basic attitude is lost when it starts getting to management, they can be downright glum sometimes offering no more than a glance when dropping your child off; fair enough when there's an influx of arrivals but it's the same when you're on your own too. A child should feel welcome from the moment they step into the nursery's doors.

My daughter has been attending for nearly a year. She’s very introvert around big groups, and needs a bit of encouragement to interact with other children. Her key worker has been excellent at having a good mix of being my daughter's safe person, and also at trying to let her spread her wings a little.

My daughter is always happy when I observe her at nursery and she is always excited to tell me what she’s been up to.

The best nursery in Peterborough! I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else. My daughter also attended and I was always very happy with the standard of care given. Staff take time to talk to parents in a friendly, professional manner and generally feels like a relaxed atmosphere for children to thrive. All members of staff are amazing with the children and extremely welcoming and helpful to the parents. My child is always smiling and loves going to Kiddi Caru.

A good place with excellent staff. My son is always looking forward to seeing his friends and nursery staff.

My son only attends once a week but everyone knows his name and welcomes him into the room. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and great with my son. He struggled when he first started attending the baby room but has moved to the next room and absolutely loves his days there.

They treat the children as if they were they’re own. They are especially good reassuring parents when the children are upset entering the room. They still make time to interact with children who they previously looked after who have moved on but their sibling is at the nursery. My little boy loves the food and always has at least 2nds of the meals he has. Is it always a variety and gets food that he wouldn’t necessarily get at home.

The best nursery in Peterborough. Great, highly qualified staff, always helpful. My baby is always happy after visiting nursery, clean and full of food. I feel confident and calm because I know she is there safe and has fun.

Since having a very poor experience with my daughter's previous nursery and then moving her to Kiddi Caru, I can honestly say how happy she is and that she has made massive progress on her talking and abilities to communicate. When I collect her she is so happy. Her key worker is absolutely amazing. I don’t go to work worried about my child any more. Thank you so much.

This nursery is brilliant. I drop off my daughter in the mornings Mon - Fri knowing fully well that she is in safe hands, this I believe to any parent is priceless. She is always happy and looking forward to going. She has made loads of friends here and really likes all her carers. One of the most amazing things about this nursery is the staff - they are very polite, caring and have attention to detail. Nothing relating to your child is too much of a trouble. My daughter has also advanced in heaps since joining the nursery about 10 months ago, the carers have really helped and supported her developments in various areas. They provide a range of activities including cooking, French lesson, dancing etc for the kids to enjoy.

Overall I highly recommend this nursery to any parent seeking the best for their child.

Kiddi Caru day nursery provides an excellent balance of learning in all areas that is focused to the individual child. Overall, we absolutely love Kiddi Caru because our daughter has had an amazing time over the years she has been there, she has become very confident in all her abilities. I will highly recommend this nursery.

The staff at Kiddi Caru are professional and loving. We have used this nursery for the last five years, as our children have moved up through the rooms and on to their schools. The food is good, the key carers take your child into their arms and treat them with respect, love and understanding. My children don't cry when I drop them off in the mornings and they are happy when I collect them in the evenings. The children have friends within their rooms and staff throughout the nursery know my children by their first names. It's a wonderful environment for young children. Allergies are properly recorded and special care is taken. The nursery follow good policies and procedures. Some of my fondest memories of early years have been through the nursery.

Excellent nursery!......my little boy is always happy to attend and making wonderful friends while he develops emotionally and from an education point of view.

The nursery provides excellent care to my son. My elder son (who is 8 years now)attended Kiddi Caru as well. Staff are polite, helpful and lovely.
