Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Peterborough

Everything is excellent, I’ve never had any complaints about the service provided. My son has been going since a year old and will be leaving in September to go to school. He has loved his time at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Peterborough and we will be sorry to move on.

We couldn’t be happier with the level of care that our two children receive at Kiddi Caru, the staff are fantastic and work so, so hard to make sure the children feel safe and have fun. My little boy in particular was very nervous when he started at the nursery aged 2 and now aged 4 he absolutely adores pre school and the staff who look after him. My little girl is 10 months and has just started in the baby room and has settled instantly, the team have been so caring and I have no worries leaving them there, which is a huge thing! I am beyond grateful to the team for making being away from my babies so easy, it is worth every penny to know they are happy and safe and with people who genuinely care about them.

I love this place, it’s really hard to find somewhere you feel happy to trust and to feel happy leaving your child while you're at work but I know when I do, she has the best time and is in very capable hands. All of the staff are amazing, we are so lucky to have a great key worker and the other ladies in the hedgehog room. Her development has come on so much thanks to everyone there. The room, the activities and the garden. I couldn’t recommend the nursery highly enough and they are great with her allergies.

After leaving a previous nursery to poor standards, I was so anxious for my little one to go to any new nursery. Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Peterborough made us feel welcome from the start! My little one is so happy to go to nursery now and I’m happy for her to go now I know she is safe and well looked after.

Our child has recently started at the Woodston nursery. We were welcomed and shown around by the manager.. she was amazing and very thorough. Settling in sessions and first full days with the staff have been fantastic in communicating and reassuring us. Our daughter is now in for 2 days a week 8am-6pm and although early days we could not be happier and trusting of this nursery and its staff. 100 per cent happy thus far.

Overall, Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Peterborough is great. The staff are friendly and my son enjoys attending the nursery. The rooms are all well equipped and kept clean. I have had a few issues where I have felt like I had to chase them up multiple times about it but once I had spoken to the manager things were dealt with swiftly. I would recommend the nursery.

Our son seems to have loved every moment he's spent at nursery so far. The staff all seem to care for him as if they were family. We really enjoy the de-briefs at the end of each day and love getting the pictures and updates on the app. We viewed and considered nurseries at a lower price point but couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Kiddi Caru.

The nursery is incredible! The staff make you feel like a family, the care my child gets is always second to none and he always leaves smiling (even if tired).

I cannot recommend highly enough this nursery or the staff who make this nursery so magical for our child.

All the staff should be commended for their amazing above and beyond approach in everything they do!

Our baby started when he was 7-months old. He was welcomed by all staff and got proper attention. He was introduced to solid foods and enjoyed the various activities. We get a very clear picture of what he is doing there and get notified promptly if there is any concern.

I cannot thank the team at Kiddi Caru enough for helping us help our daughter through her early learnings, getting ready for the path to school.

I am pleased with how my child has developed in this nursery. She has been taken care of very well and I’ve never had any concerns about her well-being whilst being at this nursery. She seems to really enjoy it in the room and really trusts her key worker. Her bond with her key worker is amazing I’m glad that she has someone to be close with if she feels sad or alone. She really has done well with all the support from everyone who has ever worked with her in the bumblebee room

My son started Kiddi Caru Nursery Peterborough, Sugar Way branch last December 2021. We are very happy with the level of care and support he received from the staff. One great part is to be able to go to the children room and be able to see them in their set up. Very happy to recommend all friends.

If I had any more children, I’d still choose Kiddi Caru.

Amazing staff and brilliant service. My child loves this nursery. Ever since we started never had any issues, child loves all activities provided, the food and obviously all staff is lovely, attentive and caring.

My child loves attending nursery. Since moving up to preschool, she has begun to learn those intrinsic skills needed to move onto primary school. The staff have a really good approach with the children, allowing them the chance to be independent but also to support them if required.

I was lucky enough to get some settling in sessions with my daughter before Covid-19 prevented parents entering. The whole team couldn’t have been more lovely! They made me feel totally at ease and even though I had to drop her off for her first official day without going in due to Covid-19, I had no worries at all. My daughter is now nearly two and about to leave the toddler room to move up and I know she will miss her current carers so much. She adores all of her room’s team and chats fondly about all of them, three members of staff in particular. The team give thorough updates when I am picking her up and as well as being informative, they will mention something funny or cute she did, which is nice to hear. I love the photos and drawings they send home too! My one piece of improvement would be an online update system. Feedback on their day is provided on a paper sheet, which is fine but I know a lot of other nurseries use an app system, so it is online and more user friendly.

Since putting my baby girl into this nursery she has really come along amazingly with her development and I can only thank the brilliant staff at the nursery. They are always so friendly. She is always happy to be handed over to all the staff. I haven’t had any problems and they are very reassuring of how well she is doing every day she’s in.

My daughter has been at this nursery for 3 years, she loves going and the staff are amazing. They will support you every step of the way. My daughter has learnt alot and she always comes out of the nursery with a big smile on her face. I highly recommend this nursery.

All the staff at the nursery have been so welcoming and have done everything possible to help my daughter settle into nursery. I am so grateful for their support, especially in these very strange times we are currently in. The team in her room have been reassuring and understanding, it has probably been harder for me as a parent than my daughter, so I can only say thank you!

I love this nursery, my eldest child went here and had such a fabulous start to her education! My second child, who currently attends, loves it. The staff are just brilliant and so supportive! Always willing to help and go out of their way to help or give input for learning at home.
