Clarence House March

The baby seems to be happy and well settled in the nursery. The staff are very friendly and he enjoys the food. He enjoys playing outside in the garden.

My son started nursery there when he was 29 months old, he then moved into preschool at the nursery until he was 4. I have always found the staff and nursery welcoming and friendly and my son has come out of it a very confident boy with brilliant social skills. The outside area is amazing and he always came home smiling and full of talk about everyone and everything. We will be sending our youngest two there soon too, as our experience has been very good. They feed the children lovely healthy and varied food too.

Both my boys have settled in very well. They both enjoy being there and telling me what they have learnt. Kind, friendly and informative staff. I feel my children are safe and well looked after.

My daughter really enjoys going to the nursery and she has learnt so much and developed her social skills. The staff are always friendly. There was an incident at the nursery with my daughter and a worker where she didn't follow policy, the manager dealt with the situation very efficiently and kept me updated and reassured us it was being dealt with following policies and procedures. Would highly recommend the nursery.

My little boy is so happy here. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. You can tell by the way they speak to the children that they genuinely love and care for them. If my little boy is happy, then so am I. Always recommend this nursery.

We have been so happy with our daughter's progress while attending Clarence House. The staff, especially her assigned care worker, are amazing and feel while my daughter is there she is safe. She loves attending and always so excited to tell me what she's done during her day from computer playing to reading to making stuff. We're so happy we would highly recommend this nursery for a first timer as has a lovely home feeling!

Happy child = Happy Parents!

The nursery got taken over by Clarence House a good few months ago and I feel the existing staff have coped extremely well with all of the changes (both managerial and building changes). The nursery appears better for the children, much more space and an updated environment. The staff are excellent with both our children (1-year-old and 3-year-old) and our children are always excited to attend.

We have regular updates about their development, learning and behaviour. The tapestry app we find great. The managers have been very efficient answering any questions we have had, very prompt and understanding. We highlighted the food menu not being overly child-friendly meals and this seems to of been changed for the better.

Both of my boys (2.5y and 8m) love the nursery and so do I. They have fun, they're well looked after, cared for and fed. Every day when I drop them off or pick them up they're both happy. The staff are definitely the best people to look after them while my husband and I are at work. Since the renovation, the nursery is bright and colourful with lots more functional space. I can't comment on how the nursery deal with issues as we've never had one. I couldn't be happier with the nursery. A huge thank you to them for taking such good care of my boys and loving them like I know they do.
