My son really enjoys going to nursery at Alfa Nursery. All the staff are very friendly and dedicated. Management is very efficient in providing my son's progress. The app is such a good way to follow my son's progress at the nursery. Staff are always very smiley and ready to assist when needed. I would
highly recommend to anyone. Planning to send my second son next year, when he turns three. Very happy with the service provided.

My daughter, currently four years old, has been attending Alpha Kindergarten since she was ten months old and she has loved every moment. I have found this to be a very nurturing environment, and she has always been very settled and happy throughout time, building a strong attachment bond to her key
person.
The activities for the children are stimulating and creative, aimed at supporting each child's developmental needs well.
The communication is excellent with the use of a smartphone app I can access regular updates and pictures, which is such a comfort knowing that my child is safe, well cared for and happy.
The bond my daughter has built over the years with the staff members is extraordinary. I highly recommend Alpha Kindergarten in light of the excellent job they are continuing to do caring for my daughter even now when attending after school club.

My child has attended Alpha Kindergarten School since 2018 (age 12 months), and my older child from the age of 1-4 years, and now the school holiday club. I have always been happy with the service provided by Alpha. My children have always been happy to attend, been well cared for by all the staff
and have had a really happy time at this nursery. As a parent, I have always found the staff and management to be professional, friendly and approachable. I have rarely had cause for concern but if I have, my concerns have been addressed swiftly and fully resolved. Overall I think this is an excellent nursery where staff genuinely care for the children and families and would highly recommend Alpha to others.

I have been very pleased with the care and friendliness of all the staff at the nursery. When my twins first started, I was extremely worried, as they were very clingy and not always confident leaving my side. However, the staff have been amazing since they started - they have always reassured me by
sending photos, messages and calling to let me know they were ok, this was the same when they moved classes for the new school year. My twins love the nursery and are always extremely happy to attend. They love the staff and children and will always talk about them when they're home and the activities that they have done. The Famly app is also a great resource used by the nursery to upload photos, they're activities, food intake and nappy changes. The updates given weekly and daily, as well as any announcements, are very sufficient. The nursery runs at a great standard and I could not praise the staff enough. I would highly recommend this nursery to others!

Both my children have been here. The older one has now left for school. My younger child is still here.
I wouldn’t put them anywhere else! The staff are just fabulous, and everyone is very helpful. They put the needs of the child first and at the foremost of everything they do. The room staff are
wonderful.
Both children absolutely love this nursery!
Nothing is ever too much.
I would certainly recommend Alpha.

I can't recommend Alpha more. The staff are very genuine and kind. My second daughter has just gone through settling in during Covid, which has made it so different to normal. But she is very happy and settled after just a few weeks, and the staff have been so supportive throughout. I have been involved
with the nursery for 6-years now because of my older daughter, so can say with authority that I would highly recommend them as a lovely nursery to choose.
