My granddaughter has been attending the nursery now for 3 years and the whole experience has been so positive. The whole team are caring and compassionate. I always feel I am leaving her in a safe and caring environment and the regular updates throughout the day on the app are so reassuring. It has been an overwhelmingly positive experience and i would recommend the nursery to anyone. This experience has set my granddaughter up for school and im so grateful to every member of staff.
I love this nursery. They're so kind and caring, they sometimes even dry any wet clothes before placing it in my child's bag. She's learning so much from there and food menu's great. All staff are amazing!
I honestly couldn't be happier with Rainbow nursery, all the staff are so friendly and it feels more of a family vibe. My child loves spending time there and on the days where he doesn't want to leave me (and it's only me, he walks in without looking back for anyone else who drops him off) they deal with it so well and make me feel so much better. I feel he is fully supported and so well cared for.
My daughter has attended Rainbow Nursery since she was 2 years old. We are grateful for the wonderful care you'll have provided for our child . I must say my child has learned a lot from nursery and we are pleased with their progress. I'm glad that my daughter loves going to the nursery with a smile on her face. Thank you to the staff members who are really friendly and supportive. I would definitely recommend this nursery, as my child is happy and feels safe here .
Our son has been at Rainbow Nursery for nearly 3 years now. During this period, our son has gone through a range of issues relating to his health, and the nursery staff have been unbelievable throughout it all. We honestly don’t know how we’d have got through without them. The staff are attentive, friendly, understanding and have gone way beyond their call of duty. I would recommend this nursery to any prospective parent.
I would recommend to a friend!
I’m really happy about the atmosphere in the nursery. All of the ladies are amazing, my daughters enjoying to spend time there. Highly recommended.

Our experience at Rainbow Nursery has surpassed all expectations. The staff are warm, caring and work hard to provide a high level of care. The nursery has always been flexible and responsive to our son's needs, resulting in him feeling safe and secure in their care. The range of activities is great and my son always comes home happy. Thank you, Rainbow!

Rainbow Nursery's communication with parents is excellent. They always have time to talk, even when busy. They are approachable and take on board (and act on) any feedback given. Our youngest (and eldest when he was there) always report having a great day. They do a range of activities and compile an amazing keepsake book over the years, which is given at the 'graduation'. The staff are so friendly and always smiling - I don't know where they get their energy! I completely trust them with my children.
Thank you for taking the time to send your review, it’s great to hear such positive feedback.

I’ve been working within our nurseries since 1993, and I am the Head of Trust Nurseries across all three of our wonderful SCFT sites.
My early years journey began with an NNEB qualification in 1986, and more recently, I completed my PTLLS training in 2019. I absolutely loved this course; it gave me a massive passion for mentoring and supporting the brilliant apprentices across our teams, helping them grow into confident early years professionals.
I have been a dedicated member of the nursery team since 2006 and am proud to serve as the Trust Nurseries Operational Lead.
In this role, I oversee operations across all three of our Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) nurseries. Over the past two decades, I have loved watching our settings grow, and I remain incredibly passionate about leading our wonderful teams to deliver the highest standard of care and early education for our families.
My journey with our nurseries began back in 1992, with a brief intermission to achieve my BA (Hons) in Sociology and Social Policy and build on my experience in community safeguarding.
Today, I am proud to be the Safeguarding and Prevent Lead for all of our nursery settings. With my background in social policy, a NAMCW qualification, and PTLLS training, I also have the wonderful opportunity to heavily oversee and support the education of all our apprentices.
I am the Trust Nurseries Operational Lead for the three SCFT Nurseries.
I have been part of the Rainbow Nursery team since 2006 and am currently the Nursery Deputy Manager.
I am also the nursery SENCo—a role I absolutely love, as I am incredibly passionate about supporting every child's unique development.
I’ve been a proud member of the nursery team since 2014.
As a Level 3 qualified practitioner, I love using my years of experience to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can thrive, learn, and grow every day.
I have been a part of the nursery team since 2010
I am a Level 3 qualified practitioner, and my absolute passion is working with our youngest children, helping them learn, grow, and thrive in their earliest years.
I joined the nursery team in 2022 as a Level 3 qualified practitioner.
I have a real passion for outdoor learning and absolutely love spending time in the garden, showing the children how things grow and helping them connect with nature.
I’ve been at Rainbow Nursery since 2025 and love being part of the team
I hope to be working toward getting my Level 2 childcare qualification in the future. It’s been fantastic learning from our experienced staff every day as I grow and develop my skills
