Little Monkeys Day Nursery

Our daughter has been at Little Monkeys for 4 months now, starting at 10 months old, and we have seen SUCH a huge leap in her development since attending the nursery just 2 days a week. She has become so sociable and has even made some little friends! She loves going to nursery and quite often doesn't even look back when we drop her off in the morning! The nursery staff are so genuinely caring towards the children and you can tell they really love what they do. The nursery organise exciting and stimulating activities for them, from painting and role play to fun buggy trips out and group activities. The meals are always varied and nutritious thanks to the in-house chef! I'm so pleased we chose for her to go to Little Monkeys, we wouldn't send her anywhere else :)

My child is always happy to attend Little Monkeys Day Nursery (and has been since he started at 9 months old). He loves going to nursery and often talks fondly of the people he knows there when he is at home. Little Monkeys have helped him grow both personally and academically in every room he's been too. The staff always have time for the parents and give a good update of the child's day. If there has been any incidents the app is updated quickly and a follow up conversation is done at handover. I am very happy with all aspects of the nursery.

We love Little Monkeys! The staff are warm, caring, and fantastic with the kids. Our child has grown so much in confidence and always comes home happy. They are so ready for school now! The communication is great, and the environment is safe, clean, and fun. Highly recommend as been at the nursery for over 3 years now!

I would like to have more parents evenings to discuss development. Trying to get a conversation at pick up/drop off is chaotic and impossible.

The activities provided are age-appropriate, but they don't always appear to stretch or challenge the children's learning and development. Introducing more stimulating and varied opportunities could help children reach their full potential while still keeping activities fun and engaging.

Little Monkeys has been a great nursery for our 3 year old. He loves all the activities they do and the walks they go on. Having the app updated is so helpful to know what he's been up to each day and the women who work there are all really wonderful and caring. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for convenient childcare.

Little Monkeys have been great since we joined 3 years ago with our eldest. Now my youngest is there in the Cheeky Chimps (2ish year olds) room and loves it. He's always doing a range of activities set by the staff and has lots of friends. He has a great key worker who pays close attention to his development

Our daughter loves it at Little Monkeys. We feel so happy sending her there knowing how much fun she has and how well cared for she is. One of the main reasons is the fantastic staff, especially one of the staff in Cheeky Chimps. She is incredible, our daughter adores her and talks about her 'best friend' all the time.

My daughter almost always comes out of nursery with a big smile on her face, excited to tell me about all the things she has done that day. She is very confident and sociable, and I believe her experiences at nursery have helped her to develop those skills.

Our daughter has been at Little Monkeys since she was 10 months old and is now due to leave for school. The staff have always been so kind, communicative and enthusiastic. They have helped my daughter develop and grow over the years and her buzz going into nursery is contagious. She has build uncredible friendship which has been beautiful to see. We have never had any fault in the food, staff, facilities or curriculum at little monkey. Thank you to the team!!

Concerns are listened to and acted on as well as advice given to help better understand situations.

My daughter has been attending little monkeys since she was just over 1 year and will soon be leaving to start school. She has loved her time at little monkeys. The staff have been excellent and are always so friendly and take an interest in each child. The facilities, adventures, learning and food have been excellent.

He also enjoys going out for walks going to the play park , going to see the buses and seeing the ducks.

Pre-school and nursery are both fantastic. Our daughter has been here for 3 years and has loved it. All staff have been amazing and really helped her grow! She loves going and the range of activities she does is incredible.

Our daughter flourished while she was at Little Monkeys and she was very well looked after. We can't praise the staff enough. They all helped in getting my child ready to start big school. We would like to give a special mention to ten members of staff in particular and all the others who made my child's time at Little Monkeys very special. Wonderful seeing her grow and develop through your care.

Definitely recommend! Every staff member is so friendly, warm and supportive. Great facilities through the ages, especially with the recent renovations. Also, the children are taken out nearly every day for different walks and little adventures. Food is balanced and varied too. My child loved coming here and we were sad to leave!

My daughter has just left as she is starting school this week but started the nursery and bush babies and has moved up through all the rooms. The staff are brilliant always full of energy and creating new things for the children to do each day. My daughter loved all of the staff and was always excited to go and formed real bonds with all of the staff. We will miss everyone at Little Monkeys! Thank you for all that you do!

My child is currently in Bush Babies and he loves it, he goes in smiling and waving at me and comes out the same! The children are often taken out to the park and the town and do lots of varied activities. He eats and sleeps well and we are very happy with the updates via the app so we can see what he's been up to. All the staff are lovely and genuinely care for and about the children. Highly recommended!

This is a disappointment on how a corporate takes unfair and uneven changes on a technicality such as turning 3 by Dec 2023. My child will be paying more for the same services than those lucky children born by Dec 2023 will have.
