Overall, my children seem generally happy and well-settled, which is lovely to see. Staff are kind and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming. However, I have noticed a decline in food quality since the new management company took over, which is disappointing. I also feel that the nursery could
benefit from a more thorough and regular clean, as some areas don't seem as fresh as they could be.
The activities provided are age-appropriate, but they don't always appear to stretch or challenge the children's learning and development. Introducing more stimulating and varied opportunities could help children reach their full potential while still keeping activities fun and engaging.

Little Monkeys has been a great nursery for our 3 year old. He loves all the activities they do and the walks they go on. Having the app updated is so helpful to know what he's been up to each day and the women who work there are all really wonderful and caring. Would definitely recommend to anyone
looking for convenient childcare.

Little Monkeys have been great since we joined 3 years ago with our eldest. Now my youngest is there in the Cheeky Chimps (2ish year olds) room and loves it. He's always doing a range of activities set by the staff and has lots of friends. He has a great key worker who pays close attention to his development

Our daughter loves it at Little Monkeys. We feel so happy sending her there knowing how much fun she has and how well cared for she is. One of the main reasons is the fantastic staff, especially one of the staff in Cheeky Chimps. She is incredible, our daughter adores her and talks about her 'best friend'

When we decided that we would love to have a family of our own, one of the big things was to make sure we had good support around us. We cannot emphasise enough how much of a great team they all are at Little Monkeys Day Nursery. The way they all communicate, care for the children and how they are with
us as parents is really exceptional.
They have all been there when it matters the most and we really want to acknowledge that. Sometimes life just throws curve balls and needs people to think outside of what is normal and every time this has happened they have all been there to help. A real extended family.
We will often have conversations about the team with our child and they have a lot of genuine warm feelings towards them all.
A big thank you to all of you, for quite simply - being you!

I cannot even describe how incredible this nursery is. My daughter recently left to start school and has been at the setting since she was 11 months old. The setting itself is amazing, but what makes the place is the staff, including all of the management. They create so much fun for the children but
also love and care for them exactly how you would want your pride and joy to be. My daughter had the best time over her time here but always struggled with drop-offs when she moved up to a new room. All the staff were so good at making her feel comfortable and it wasn't long before she would waltz in the door to start her day very happy! Thank you Little Monkeys for helping shape our daughter into the confident and kind person she is today, we adore you all. I'm looking forward to seeing you all again when our son starts later on in the year.

Our daughter flourished while she was at Little Monkeys and she was very well looked after. We can't praise the staff enough. They all helped in getting my child ready to start big school. Definitely recommend! Every staff member is so friendly, warm and supportive. Great facilities through the ages, especially with the recent renovations. Also, the children are taken out nearly every day for different walks and little adventures. Food is balanced and varied too. My child loved coming
here and we were sad to leave!

My daughter has just left as she is starting school this week but started the nursery and bush babies and has moved up through all the rooms. The staff are brilliant always full of energy and creating new things for the children to do each day. My daughter loved all of the staff and was always excited

My child is currently in Bush Babies and he loves it, he goes in smiling and waving at me and comes out the same! The children are often taken out to the park and the town and do lots of varied activities. He eats and sleeps well and we are very happy with the updates via the app so we can see what
he's been up to. All the staff are lovely and genuinely care for and about the children. Highly recommended!

My daughter loves the nursery, my issue is with the corporation that bought this nursery last year and made unfair and uneven adjustments to the fees throughout the age groups. When they changed the prices in December 2023, I was made aware by other parents that if your child had turned 3 by December
2023, they paid 130 pounds (standard price) less than a child who turned 3 from January 2024. They circulated 3 different fees, all of which stated that the fees were standardized to all children from 0-5.
Basically, a child who turned 3 by 2023 had one set of fees.
A child that hadn't turned 3 by December 2023 was subjected to a higher charge.
There was also a different set of fees for children who were to start at the nursery.
This is a disappointment on how a corporate takes unfair and uneven changes on a technicality such as turning 3 by Dec 2023. My child will be paying more for the same services than those lucky children born by Dec 2023 will have.

My daughter has been attending Little Monkeys since she was 18 months, first in the Cheeky Chimps room and then she moved up to Groovy Gorillas. She has absolutely loved her time at Little Monkeys, from the first day she arrived, and I would not hesitate to recommend it as a day nursery for any working
parent! The staff here are enthusiastic, energetic and engaged, they really care for the children and get to know them and their interests. The activities and tasks they do always look super fun (and messy), my daughter loves them! Plus it's great how they take the children out for walks in the park or town so they can run off some energy (not all nurseries in the area offer this) and learn about nature and the world around them. The food choices are varied, the support you get from the staff is great - overall a fantastic nursery!

Great nursery! We have two here now and they are both always so happy to go in and see the staff and their friends. Their key workers are both amazing and you can tell they really care about the kid's happiness and their development too. They eat better than I do, the food options are so varied and

Our little one has been going to little monkeys since they were 18 months old and are about to graduate to school. They've been in 3 rooms in the setting and we've had lots of support with their additional needs. They were fab supporting us with the hard-to-crack things like toilet training and dressing.
The team there are all lovely and go above and beyond to make sure your child is happy and well cared for. We are certainly going to miss our little monkey family when we move up to school.
