The staff are wonderful, building true bonds with the kids, doing lots of fun activities including excursions and plenty of garden time. Ensuring children spend plenty of time out enjoying the fresh air, whether that be through exploring our lovely garden or taking an exciting trip into the local community, is important to us. There was also a cool Christmas Grotto event that took place with some of the staff coming in on a Saturday for the kids to have fun and meet Santa. We want to ensure all children's time with us is filled with fun and special memories, and putting on events like our Christmas Grotto is a lovely for way to bring all our nursery community together for a day of fun, love and laughter.

My other comments would be that my son is vegan and has ate none vegan things a couple of times by mistake which I'd rather he'd not but I have been told. Some more care on this would be appreciated.

It's wonderful to know you've found our team friendly, attentive, and supportive. We also appreciate you raising your concern about him being given non-vegan food on a couple of occasions. This happened during times when the preschool children were self-serving their meals, as part of encouraging independence. While we see this as an important skill, we completely understand the need to ensure all dietary requirements are fully met. We've revisited this process with the team and carried out extra training around food safety and dietary awareness to prevent this from happening again.
