Bear's House Nursery, Hastings

Thank you to all the staff, you are all great.

My son has been at Bear's Nursery since May this year and enjoys it there so much. The staff are amazing and always update us on how his day has been. We love looking at the app to see what he's been doing, and they are always doing such creative things with the children. They are very caring, and it makes our lives so much easier knowing he enjoys his time there and is well looked after by them all.

Bears House Nursery is by far the most friendliest and warming team going to miss everybody so much. Once my son starts going September it won’t be the same. I’m gonna miss everybody as much as he will. Also thank you to you all for being such wonderful kindhearted people.

My daughter had the most wonderful graduation. The team put in so much effort into making the day special for all the little’s from graduation snacks (decorated to look like graduates) to gift bags including a memory stick with all their learning journey from their start date. All the little touches and play stations before the graduation made the day easy and enjoyable. Can’t thank the team enough!

My son started there in December 2020 in the baby room and we have had nothing but great service. The staff are all so friendly, can never do enough for you. When my son was diagnosed with a fair few allergies, they accommodated him straight away. He was diagnosed with autism while in preschool and they understood his needs and helped him to grow a lot.

Fantastic graduation ceremony. Huge amount of effort put in by all the staff involved. Was very happy to see such a varied selection of food available for everyone. Really did make it such a special day. The staff put a lot of thought into the day, especially the decorations and party games they put on for the children. Cannot speak highly enough of the team.

Lovely nursery, staff are amazing with my children and very supportive. My children are very happy here, always big smiles and excited to tell me about their day when I pick them up. Highly recommend Bear's House Nursery, Hastings.

Bears House is an outstanding nursery. Both my girls went to this nursery and enjoyed the time here very much. The whole team were polite and easy to talk to and we're always ready to help if needed. The nursery was also great for promoting their independence. The management at Bears is fantastic and always ready to help and go the extra mile. Fantastic nursery.

Fantastic nursery and the staff are brilliant. I feel my child is very safe here. The nursery feels very homely and comfortable. My child has gained so much more confidence since attending. I'm constantly updated with his progress. The nursery do loads of arts and crafts, messy play, sensory play, and have a great garden with a mud kitchen.

Both my children have attended this Playschool and absolutely love it as do I. The staff are so friendly and become part of your family. I’m saddened that my son has now left to go primary school, if I could have kept him there, I would have. Big thank you to all the amazing staff for all the support and love you have given to my children and me.

Fantastic nursery, very helpful and supportive with the children. Especially with my family during January time where we were going through a very difficult time. They are great would recommend to anyone looking for a great nursery for their children.

Like many parents, I was nervous about sending my only child to nursery. But I was very impressed by Bear's House's professionalism and caring attitude. They were absolutely fantastic with my daughter and other kids as well. I have no regrets sending her to Bear's House and am more than happy to recommend them to other parents. Our twins attend Bear's House and we couldn't be happier. They love all the staff who support them with everything from being silly and laughing to learning how to eat properly and say please.

I have been sending my children to this nursery over the past 8 years and I have never had any issues with anything. When I was going through hard times all the staff helped and supported me, and more importantly, my children. All staff show such love for the children, this is so comforting to me. I love this nursery and the staff. Thank you for teaching my children.

My children came here after a bad experience at another nursery. Within a very short space of time they both felt safe and happy. Staff truly love their jobs and the children, and as a parent I feel extremely comfortable leaving my children in their care.

Staff very friendly, very trustworthy from the first day of meeting them. My daughter absolutely loves each practitioner and enjoys her time spent at nursery.
