Bear's House Hastings has been an amazing nursery for the last 3 years for my daughter. The staff are caring and approachable. The environment is constantly improved and evolving to provide an engaging learning space for the children. My daughter loves it there and it is preparing her well for school.

My son had been at bears since last october and comes back learning new things every week, he's always happy and smiling at drop off and pickup! he loves all the staff and has even learnt to say some names in that time

Our daughter started here in baby room in November 2023 and is sadly about to finish for school.

Our youngest has just started at Bears and we are really pleased our eldest will be able to spend some time back at bears over the school holidays.

We could not be happier with the care, attention and education our daughter has received at Bear's House Hastings. The staff know her well and greeted her cheerfully every day. She was given excellent opportunities for development and learning, and has left the nursery more than ready for school in September! She has been so happy there and has made friends for life. She went to nursery happily every day for 2 years and we are sad that her time there has come to an end, but the graduation ceremony made leaving a little less difficult as it was such a delightful celebration of her time. Thank you, Bear's House, for everything you have done for our child. We will always remember you and will pop back to see you from time to time!

Fabulous nursery- my child loves attending as there's always fun activities and wonderful staff. The facilities are great, my son loves making a mess there, then can come home having gotten his messiness out !

My child has attended this nursery since 9 months old. The team is amazing! Caring and knowledgeable. They got to know my child's personality very well and shared any developmental observations. My child loved it there! Loved the teachers and children!

The meals are healthy and good variety. Recently the preschool graduation was so touching and the effort staff put in was so very touching- they build a huge bond with your little one! Thank you for all you have done for us x

Communication has always been excellent, we're always welcomed with a smile, and we've always felt our children were safe, happy and truly cared for. We're so grateful for everything Bears House has done for our family over the years. We thoroughly recommend it - but get in quick, as it's easy to see why it's so popular!

They've always been flexible around changing hours when we've needed to. The garden is also incredible and the chef produces delicious food. We recently had a wonderful graduation party which was all completely free and they take the pre-schoolers on day trips for a small fee. Would highly recommend Bears House. Thank you Simone and all the wonderful team over the years. We'll miss you all.

All staff are lovely and welcoming, my child has thrived from attending 3 days a week. Rooms are always clean and loads of toys and activities for the children. My child's development has come on leaps and bounds and he is always happy at the end of the day

Another issue is that children who are older in the school year remain in the toddler room until the year before they start school, rather than moving to preschool when they turn three. My daughter had clearly outgrown the toddler room and was almost four before moving. Staff also told me several times that she said she didn't want to be at nursery, but there seemed to be little effort to make her experience more positive. I have had a child attend another nursery, and the experience was much better.

Fantastic nursery. They help my son become confident and ready for school. They helped him around his issues with eating and to make friends . The staff are all fantastic and all the children were always happy and content when I dropped and collected my son off there . Simone would always respond fast to emails and always listen if I needed advice. My sons key workers will be missed as they made a massive impact on my son. Couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. My daughter has been attending Bears House (Hastings) since she was 6 months old, and absolutely loves going in every day. The staff are like family to her, and she comes home chatting away about her day and all of her friends . They have supported her development brilliantly and it is amazing to see how far she has come with the guidance and opportunity that staff at Bears House create for her. Knowing how much they care for her takes away a lot of the nerves I have about working and leaving her there full time, as I know she is having fun, learning and much loved by the friends she has made and the staff who look after her. I would so highly recommend Bear's House (Hastings). Thank you!

Staff are great.

Bear's House staff have been fantastic with our boys. They cannot wait to get in each morning. Our eldest won't stop talking about all the lovely things they do there. We feel very comfortable leaving them there each day, knowing they are so well looked after.

Great nursery for my son. He really enjoyed his time here, and he left ready for school, happy and confident. Staff were great and caring, timings flexible and very attentive overall. Overall, a great start for him.

I have a 4-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy attending Robins Nest. When we start our journey to nursery in the mornings, the children are excited; my 4-year-old will talk about her friends, teachers, activities. I am confident dropping my children off in to Robins Nest's care. My children have very good social and communication skills and are achieving goals. They reach for books and enjoy learning. They eat nutritious meals, usually asking for seconds as they like the food very much. Facilities are bright, welcoming, safe; proud displays of work and achievements change depending on topics, seasons, festivals. Information and updates are thorough, informative, honest. All staff interact with my children regardless of whether that member of staff works with my child, and all staff interact with us Grownups. Events (sports day, nativity, graduation) are conducted with warmth, genuineness, a clear sense of family togetherness. My eldest is 'graduating' and is sad to leave Robins Nest.

Honestly, we feel really lucky to have found Bear's House. Thank you to all the lovely staff :)
