However since starting this nursery and only being there for 3 weeks, he has turned right around, he loves the staff that look after him and talks about them when at home, we no longer have tears when looking at new people, in fact he went as far as saying 'hello' to a complete stranger walking her dog yesterday! And if you knew my son that is a massive achievement. The nursery is his second home and the staff are his second family, they are fantastic and I cannot praise them enough!
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone! They're outstanding!

My little boy has been at Nursery on the Green for a just over a year year and is extremely happy. It's always a daunting time leaving you child for the first time but the Nursery staff are so welcoming which made settling in so much easier. As parents we've been so pleased with my son's development since joining the nursery so a big thank you to the brilliant nursery staff. The range of activities the children undertake is great and the food menu is amazing! I would always recommend Nursery on the Green.

Meet the Team (2)
My name is Lynsey and I am the Nursery Manager for Nursery on the Green and Preschool. I have been working in the childcare industry since 1996. I have been working at Nursery on the Green since 2001. I joined in December 2000 as a Room Leader during my time at the nursery I have worked across all age groups from the babies right through to the Preschool group. In 2013, I was promoted to Nursery Manager and am striving to create a relaxed home-from-home feel here at the nursery. I love working at the nursery and find every day so rewarding. I am passionate about providing first-class childcare and delivering the best educational standards to provide all the children in the nursery the best start in life.
I have worked at Nursery on the Green since 2008, whilst I completed my degree in BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies.
After completing my qualifications I was promoted to Preschool Principal and ran the Preschool room. In 2013, I was promoted to Deputy Nursery Manager.
I really enjoy working within the nursery and ensuring the children receive excellent care and attention at the nursery as well as making learning lots of fun. At Nursery on the Green, we aspire to give each child the best possible start in life and progress and development throughout their time at the nursery.
