My daughter has attended Busy Bees nursery for 2 years now. The staff at busy bees nursery made us feel so well come and helped settle my daughter in. It was the hardest thing leaving her for the first time. However, the staff reassured me and sent me lots of emails throughout the first few weeks to put my mind at rest. As the weeks passed by they really got to know my daughter and us and we built a good working partnership with the staff. It's lovely to see how well she has settled in and asks to come to nursery on her days off. Her language and development have come on in leaps and bounds since starting Nursery. The staff have a real passion for childcare and are always striving to improve the service. We have no family in the area and Busy Bees has helped us make friends and settle into the area by hosting family events. I highly recommend this nursery.
A fantastic nursery, offering wonderful facilities where I’ve seen my child really grow and gain confidence.
All staff at the nursery are supportive and engaging, particularly our key workers in both rooms and the nursery manager who have played a big part in ensuring our child has the right support they need, and at the right time. Our child has needed additional developmental support and the nursery couldn't have been more supportive, helpful or played more of an active role in helping us to ensure the right needs were being identified and met.
Most importantly, whenever we have wanted to spend additional time meeting with the nursery to talk to them about our child they have always been more than accommodating with our requests.
Our child has hugely benefited from the time spent at the nursery (started at 11 months, now 22 months) in both his social skills and development. Plus, he is extremely happy to be there every day, and is thrilled to see the staff and other children.
My child transferred from another nursery to Busy Bees at the age of 3 and after the usual few weeks on uncertainty at drop off, settled in extremely well. The staff are always happy to have a cuddle from any of the children in the morning!
The staff are extremely friendly and my child soon developed a wonderful relationship with them. We researched many nurseries in the area and chose Busy Bees for so many reasons. They provide a fun environment for the children but are also focused on good behaviour and developing the children’s learning. Great indoor garden which means the kids can run around every day whatever the weather.
They have spent time focussing on important issues like toilet training, washing hands and learning to brush their teeth. A special note should go to the onsite nurse who not only provides any day to day support but was amazing when our child had to have an operation. She helped my child understand what might happen on the day in a fun way - thanks.
I feel extremely lucky to have found Busy Bees for my daughter! Staff are always available and friendly.
Like for every woman, getting back to work after having spent one year at home with my little one was a delicate moment but I knew that my daughter was in very expert hands. I've felt reassured at every step of my daughter's learning development. I will always be grateful to Busy Bees' wonderful staff.
I'm really pleased with the nursery, as they are personable and take care of individual milestones of my child. I get daily updates on my child's activities and the fact that she is safe and happy makes all the difference. The parents' portal gives me a chance to provide my input also on the plans and activities of my child. Overall I am very happy with the nursery.
Overall good quality care with a great indoor garden, which makes up for the small outside garden. My daughter is happy there and enjoys the variety of activities they do each day.
Great nursery. My daughter has got a lot of fun in there. Food is good. Staff is excellent (1-2 yo room). I always get a full report what she has been up to. We like the app on the iPhone. We can track our daughter day.
The staff are welcoming, always really nice and friendly and can give me all the information I need, my little girl loves them.
Absolutely brilliant.
Both of my boys have had a great start at Busy Bees Woking having both started at about 8-9 months old. Our youngest, aged 3, is now in Eeyores room and is really enjoying the more structured day. Our eldest is now in Year 2 of school. I feel strongly that Busy Bees set him up well for school life. The staff are great. The facilities are the best in the area - the indoor garden is a particular asset meaning the children can let off steam whatever the weather. Other bonuses are the bubble room, extra activities and the varied menu the nursery offers. Highly recommended.
My boy has been going here since he was 10 months. The team have done a great job helping him to be kind and well mannered. They have also have been very good when he is reluctant to go and didn't want mummy to go to work. They and encourage him to play and learn without him even realising. My youngest son will also be joining in a few months wouldn't send them anywhere else.
A caring environment in which young children are cared for and enriched by teaching communication skills, basic language and math skills. The variety of sensory play is good and the building welcoming and bright as well as the staff.
When I collect my daughter I’m given a full debrief of her day including what she’s learnt, how she’s interacted and what she’s eaten. Her development has come on so much and Busy Bees have helped enormously with that!
My daughter has had 3 keyworkers and they’ve all been fab but her first keyworker will always be her favourite. 2yrs on from leaving Kanga’s she still calls Busy Bees; ‘her keyworker's house’, they had a wonderful bond and I’m very grateful to her and Busy Bees for giving me the confidence that my child was in the best hands!
I’ve got a new job so I’ll have to put my daughter into a new nursery! The search is on but Busy Bees have set the bar very high! We will be very sad to leave!
Staff is always happy to answer any question professionally.
My daughter and in general children seem happy.
My child has settled well and has bonded with staff members quickly, there are plenty of children to interact with and do group activities with. The children are secure and have opportunities to participate in additional activities.
Management at Busy Bees are indeed extremely flexible and understanding, they attentively listen to all our requests and comments and do try their best to accommodate every child's needs.
The new class for kids 3-15 months will surely increase focus on the daily needs of younger kids, and will definitely help kids in the 15-24 months age group get more focus on their specific development needs at that age and enhance their learning experience.
The environment is very friendly and the team has professionally demonstrated positive improvement upon feedback. Daily communication with parents is the team's priority and the mobile app keeps getting better.
Having a full building dedicated to the nursery is ideal, especially with an indoor garden available for kids to use regardless of weather conditions.
My daughter has attended this nursery from 5 months old and is still here at almost 4 years old. My daughter has a strong bond with all of the staff. She has grown into a strong independent girl and has formed strong bonds at the nursery. She has also NEVER hit and NEVER come home repeating bad words or phrases - something that all my other mum friends have had to deal with after their children have come back from their nurseries! Busy Bees was extremely supportive with her weaning, her potty training, cutlery, encouraging hand washing, using the toilet independently and teaching her to use outdoors equipment. My second daughter has just started at age one and is settling in well, staff are very attentive to her and she has formed an extremely strong bond with her key worker which is encouraging as she is very clingy to me! I get instant online updates during the day to a private profile which includes pictures of my girls, meals and nap times. The indoor garden is great too.
Everyone is extremely friendly and kind. You know that your kiddies are being looked after brilliantly.
My daughter has attended BB since she was 13 months old and is now 4 years old. In that time she has really enjoyed going to Busy Bees. The teaching and learning are excellent. Management is brilliant. The staff are caring and honest and very friendly and approachable. I couldn't hope for a better nursery and I really did my research. Busy Bees is inclusive of special needs and of different cultures of which they embrace wholeheartedly. Any issues are dealt with in a timely manner. My daughter and I will be devastated when she leaves for school in September. It will be a huge adjustment. The staff are amazing.
My daughter has been coming to Busy Bees since she was 9 months old. She has a great bond with all of the staff that work there and her father and I feel that she has blossomed in every area of her development. We look forward to watching her grow and develop during the rest of her time here.
