I currently have my second son at the Nursery since 2021 and my first was with them from 2017 - 2020. All the team are so caring and engaged with the children. They show genuine compassion and commitment to each child’s needs, likes and development. They have often gone the extra mile to create something specific linked to a child’s personal interest. The learning topics are varied and broad and well taught. They partner with parents on areas of focus and support practising/developing specific skills we call out too. Updates are regular, clear and insightful into the child’s day.

The spaces created indoors and out are lovely and varied. Great menu, all prepared fresh onsite. Safety and safeguarding are always paramount too! My first son was really well prepared for school thanks to the nursery even with COVID to contend with! My son currently with the nursery is coming on leaps and bounds thanks to the team. The manager is fantastic, as are all the team! Highly recommend!

The nursery is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. My son looks forward to going there every day and enjoys all the different activities they do. Also, for the parents whose kids are new to the nursery, you need not worry, for your kids will be safe and secure there. Kids who may be apprehensive at first will quickly adjust, as the staff will lovingly reassure them every day. It’s a relief to me as a father to know that when I drop him off every morning he will be well taken care of.

We love using the Nursery! All the girls are so lovely and they genuinely care about the children. Any concerns or issues are always dealt with efficiently. My daughter has been in the Nursey for just over a year. The staff have really helped with her development and she gets so excited when it’s nursery day which is reassuring as a first-time mum. We would definitely recommend!

Fantastic nursery where you really feel your child is at the heart of everything they do. My child runs to the gates and always comes out beaming. I love the constant daily updates received on the app and feel very connected to my child's development. We really enjoy getting involved with theme days and homework. I do not have one complaint about the Nursery, it's perfect!

My son has attended the Nursery for the last 14-months, and he has been cared for with genuine love and affection. He has always enjoyed going into the nursery and was able to develop some good friendships whilst he was there.

The staff have been attentive to his needs, and have been supportive with any challenges. His learning and development have improved hugely. I can not speak highly enough of the nursery.

Last October we relocated to Ashford from Dubai and were looking for a nursery until December 2020 (as our daughter was already enrolled at another nursery for the January 2021 school year). The nursery were very understanding and accommodating about our daughter joining for the interim period. It was a big change and adjustment from Dubai and the teachers really helped make this transition positive for our daughter, they gained her trust. The weather was a big change for her but they made playing outside fun for her, they really were in tune with her emotions and feelings. There was a Xmas play at the end of the year which was again culturally something new for us and this was a great activity to get our daughter involved in. On the development side, we saw our daughter become more confident and talkative with each day of school. The nursery was a lovely safe enjoyable fun environment for our daughter thanks to the teachers and staff who are clearly passionate and know about early learning.

They always have the children's best interests at heart and you can tell they really do care.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was nine months old and he was recovering from surgery at the time. The nursery was amazing and very accommodating to his needs. He has thrived from being there and his confidence is amazing. He is now two years and four months old and he absolutely loves it. He has learnt so much and his speech is amazing. He loves the staff and feels so comfortable with all of them. I would highly recommend this nursery. They do so much with the children and he comes home very very happy. Amazing nursery.

My son has been at the nursery since May 2018, being only nine months old, it was hard to leave him every day but the staff have been excellent and always made him feel comfortable. He loves being around other children and it's lovely to see how much he enjoys taking part in all the activities. I also like the fact the meals are cooked on site. The app where you receive daily updates, it's a great idea and nice to see what your child has been up to.

It is simply the best place to send your child to. They regularly do different events and trips to the local library, parks, etc. My child is not the most social baby, however, she really likes this place. I can highly recommend this nursery.

My son has been attending the Nursery since October 2018 at 21 months old, from the very beginning the manager has been so supportive and understanding with my situation. Also with my son's behaviour as I suspected he's autistic. My son took a long time to settle but has now settled brilliantly and is attached to the girls there and they are all wonderful with him and I feel so comfortable with them all. My son has definitely improved since attending and I'm so grateful that they understand my anxiousness sometimes.

My child is happy to do potty training with friends around her doing it.

Our youngest spent the morning of her birthday at nursery and the celebrations she had with all her friends was the equivalent of a party. The effort of celebration from staff was amazing and so welcoming. Took the guilt off sending her into nursery.

The nursery provides to the children great facilities both indoors and outdoors.

All the carers are great with children and provide support to help develop all individuals.

They also take good care of the environment and all of the children are taught how to take care of it.

The nursery settings and teachers are very friendly and approachable.

I am happy with the variety of activities and learning done with children and find my child enjoying the same. The food is also nice at the nursery and my child enjoys the food.

The 'show me' time is also helpful for children to talk about things and has helped my daughter to talk about different things using her imagination.

Overall I am a happy parent.

Lovely nursery and staff. My son attended here 2011-2013 and now my daughter since 2014. I like the fact it isn't too big, so not overwhelming for the children.

The location is great and the building is decorated well. The play area is of a high standard. Overall a very nice and clean setting.

I would definitely recommend to others.

In this current month, they have lots of good activities and my son is enjoying these a lot and happy to go there every day.

Excellent. Every child is treated as an individual by the nursery and each of them is known and familiar which only varies (for the better) according to that person being a key worker for the child and all of the children seem happy and content and that's a huge compliment to the nursery.

The nursery is well run and organised. Although a few staff have left over recent months I still feel that my child is being looked after and cared for in the same manner as before. My son has noticeably developed in his confidence and learning since coming to the nursery. Their outdoor space is fantastic and they use every opportunity to be outside which is such a bonus. They also do trips to the local community which also helps expand their minds and experiences.

I am very impressed with organisation in the nursery, pegs, shoes, trays, folders, layouts. Detailed debrief at the end of the day. Very pleased with healthy food available and play activities outside. Safeguarding the children is very prominent. Sometimes the owner gets involved with the children and I am pleased to see this.
