Every child and family is different, so your final weekly or monthly cost will depend on:
How many days or sessions your child attends, and whether your child receives 15 hours or 15+ funded hours.
We will work this out with you to ensure you’re getting the most from your funded hours and to provide a clear breakdown of any remaining fees.

From day one, the team has shown genuine care and attention to each child, and it truly feels like an extension of our family.
The nursery has a real family feel. The staff are warm, welcoming, and clearly
The development we've seen in our son has been remarkable. His confidence, independence, and communication skills have grown so much in a short time, and it's clear this comes from the nurturing and supportive environment at Brambly House. Most importantly, the children are genuinely happy, and it shows every day.
Since joining, we have watched our son blossom into a confident, curious, and remarkably independent individual. The staff here possess a rare blend of professional expertise and deep, intuitive empathy. They don't just supervise; they observe and follow the child, knowing exactly when to step in and when to allow the child to solve a problem themselves.
The communication from the management team is impeccable, providing us with a window into our child's daily activities and longer term development. We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a calm, purposeful, and nurturing community.

My name is Miss Tamsyn, and alongside Miss Andrea, we established Brambly House 26 years ago.
I have a personal connection to the world of parenting and education. As the Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENCO) at Brambly House, I bring lived experience and a deep understanding of the diverse needs and joys of parenting children with neurodiversity.
Beyond my role here, I actively engage with our community to support families. I am involved with the local family centre, where I provide assistance and guidance whenever possible. Additionally, I serve as Chair of Governors at Sunnydown School in Caterham and offer consultation in the area of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Through my diverse roles, I dedicate myself to ensuring equal opportunities for all children to thrive.
My name is Miss Andrea, and I have been a part of the Brambly House team for the past 26 years. When Miss Tamsyn and I founded Brambly House, our shared commitment to the care and education of children under 5 was the driving force behind our dream.
I come from a family of four children, and I have three children of my own. Being a mother myself, I understand the importance of providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to grow and thrive.
I strongly believe in the benefits of outdoor experiences for children and have worked tirelessly to establish a beautiful garden and forest lodge here at Brambly. I want our children to connect with nature throughout the year, fostering a love for the outdoors
With 30 years of experience in childcare, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role. I am constantly seeking new projects and initiatives that will enhance the learning journey of the children in our care, ensuring that they reach their full potential.
With over 30 years of experience in early years education, my role as Quality of Education Lead is to make sure every child receives the highest standard of learning and care. I work closely with the team each day, offering support, modelling best practice, and helping practitioners grow in confidence and skill.
I spend time in all rooms observing play, guiding staff, and ensuring our curriculum reflects children’s interests, developmental needs and the ethos of the setting. I also lead on monitoring teaching quality and reviewing children’s learning to make sure our provision continuously evolves.
My passion has always been creating environments where children feel safe, understood and excited to explore. After three decades in childcare, I bring a calm, reflective approach and a genuine belief that children thrive when they feel valued and supported.
With over 20 years of experience in the nursery, my role as Operations Manager is to ensure that the setting runs smoothly, safely and efficiently every day. I work closely with the team to support daily routines, maintain high operational standards and create an environment where children, families and staff feel welcomed and cared for.
I oversee the systems and processes that keep the nursery running well, from health and safety to organisation and communication. I’m a constant presence across the setting, helping to solve problems, streamline tasks and support practitioners so they can focus their time and energy on the children.
Having been part of the nursery for many years, I know the rhythms, values and heartbeat of the setting inside out. I take pride in being someone the team can rely on, whether that’s offering guidance, stepping in where needed, or simply being a steady pair of hands during busy moments. My aim is always to help create a calm, well-organised atmosphere that allows the very best care and education to take place.
As Class Coordinator for the Robins Class, I help create a calm, organised and supportive environment where every child can feel confident and understood. I work closely with the SENCo each day to ensure that children with additional needs receive thoughtful, consistent support that builds on their strengths and helps them feel secure.
My role involves leading the team, coordinating daily routines and keeping the classroom running smoothly from morning organisation to end-of-day handovers. I make sure communication is clear, risk assessments are in place, and that staff feel confident in their roles so the children receive the best possible care throughout the day.
Brambly House has been part of my life since childhood, when my brother and I attended as little ones. Returning in 2022 felt incredibly special, and it means a lot to me to now help support the next generation of children growing up here. I’m proud to be a steady, caring presence for the children and a reliable lead for my team.
Each day, I aim to create a warm and structured space where children, especially those who need a little extra, feel seen, supported and ready to grow.
As Class Coordinator for the Rabbits Class, I help create a calm, engaging and well-organised space where children can feel secure, confident and eager to explore. I oversee the daily routines, guide the team and make sure the room is prepared, safe and running smoothly from morning set-up to end of day handovers. Clear communication and thoughtful organisation are at the heart of how I work, ensuring the children’s day flows naturally and happily.
I support the team by delegating tasks, keeping everyone informed and making sure each child has meaningful opportunities to play, learn and build relationships. Leading the class also means keeping track of the details, risk assessments, class organisation and communication with families, while staying present and approachable for both children and colleagues.
Brambly House will always hold a special place in my heart. My brother and I came here as children, and returning years later to join the team felt like reconnecting with a part of my own story. Becoming part of the staff team has given me the chance to support children in the same environment that once supported me.
Each day, I aim to help create a warm, steady and joyful classroom where children feel understood, encouraged and ready to grow.
As Class Coordinator for the Squirrels Class, I help create a supportive, organised and welcoming space where children feel confident to explore and learn. I guide the team through the daily routines, keep the room running smoothly and make sure everyone has what they need for a calm, positive day. Being present in the classroom allows me to respond to children’s needs and support staff so that we work together effectively.
I coordinate tasks, share key information and make sure each child has meaningful opportunities to play, discover and build relationships. Keeping communication clear and the environment well prepared helps the class feel settled and ready for each new day.
Brambly House has always been a special part of my life. I attended as a child with my siblings, and returning as an adult feels like coming full circle. It’s a privilege to now be part of the team supporting the next generation.
Every day, I aim to help the Squirrels Class feel secure, encouraged and excited to grow.
As Class Coordinator for the Owls Class, I help create a calm, caring and well-organised environment where children feel safe, settled and ready to learn. With over 25 years at Brambly House, I bring a steady, reassuring presence to the room, guiding the team through daily routines and making sure everything runs smoothly from morning set-up to the final handover.
I support staff, keep communication clear and ensure the classroom is always prepared so the children can enjoy meaningful play and learning experiences. Being in the room each day allows me to respond to the children’s needs, help the team when challenges arise and maintain a warm, positive atmosphere.
Having spent more than two decades here, Brambly House feels like a second home. It’s a privilege to help new children begin their journey in the same setting where I’ve supported so many families over the years.
My aim each day is simply to help the Owls Class feel confident, cared for and excited to grow.
As the Office Manager at Brambly House, my colleague Vicky and I are the first welcoming point of contact for families, offering a friendly voice and a calm, reassuring presence. I oversee the day-to-day running of the office, keeping our systems organised, our communication clear, and our families fully supported.
In the office, we coordinate the three termly intakes for new starters, maintain parent records and ParentMail communications, and ensure all administrative processes, including register updates, application forms, preparing induction packs, and arranging settling in sessions, run smoothly. We also process Early Years funding and support parents with any questions they may have about eligibility, applications, or funding allocations.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch with any enquiries regarding our intakes. We are always happy to help and guide families through the process.
