DayDream Day Nursery and Preschool in Woking provides a home-from-home environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The nursery’s spacious, three-story building has been converted into a welcoming space with a recently refurbished garden for outdoor learning.

With a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating (November 2022), DayDream is committed to delivering high-quality care and education. They follow In The Moment Planning and the Curiosity Approach, encouraging each child to develop their own interests and reach their full potential. The team includes a talented Nursery Manager, SENCO lead, highly qualified staff, and a chef who prepares healthy meals daily.

Families stay connected via the Famly App, receiving updates on their child’s development. The nursery also offers regular family events and resources like a lending library. Located near Woking train station, DayDream is easily accessible for commuting families.

My child started with Daydream Nursery back in July and has settled in so well with the team. They've made her feel welcome and part of the group. My child's key person has been particularly instrumental in helping her to settle into a new routine and get involved. Her positive and helpful approach
has been so important to us. The whole team are friendly, positive and supportive right from our first meeting. My child cannot wait to get to Daydream each morning and has made so many good friends and such great developmental progress in such a short space of time. Love it!

We are so happy we found Daydream nursery, it's an amazing place with incredible caring staff that have taken the time to get to know our son. He attends 4 days a week and loves the activities they plan for each day. The house is lucky enough to have an amazing garden that the children love to play
in each day. It's so reassuring to know our son is in a lovely environment whilst we are at work.

Our daughter started at Daydream in May this year and we are absolutely thrilled with the nursery! All of the staff are incredible, they work so hard and provide such a wonderful environment for the children to play and learn in. The staff are fantastic at keeping us up to date on how our daughter is
doing on a day-to-day basis and also her development and progression since she first started. Our daughter absolutely loves Daydream and since she started we have seen such a massive change in her development and she always looks so happy and engaged in the photos we get from the app. Thank you to all the staff at Daydream for everything you do, you are all brilliant!

Daydream is a wonderful nursery. I have two daughters currently attending 4 days a week. Both my girls love going to nursery have have thrived so much since starting there. All staff are so caring and attentive, they really know each child as individuals which is great. They are always happy to help
with anything. We get great updates daily from the rooms they are in and monthly observations too. Management staff keep us well updated on upcoming events and meetings such as parents' evenings or summer parties! I wouldn't send my children anywhere else.

My daughter has only been attending one day a week since May. It's taken her a while to settle in but with the support of the staff they've eased her in and she's now much happier there and thriving. She has also had a few health issues recently and again the staff have been really responsive, empathic
and supportive which has been really helpful too.

My little girl has settled in so well and after having looked at other nurseries and not wanting to let her go, I was so happy to visit Daydream Nursery. It just gave me that good gut feeling. Every staff member I have met is caring and welcoming and my little girl now smiles when she gets out of the
car and sees where she is. The updates throughout the day we get are great and help me feel reassured and like a part of what's going on. It's made the transition from being with my little one 24/7, to letting her go a little bit, feel as smooth and well-supported as could ever be possible.

Our 4-year-old son absolutely loves Daydream Nursery! He is happy going in every day and especially loves the fantastic garden that they have. The activities they do are wide-ranging, fun and educational and he loves to tell us what he's learnt each day. He has made lots of friends and has fantastic
relationships with the wonderful staff members. Communication with management and all the staff is excellent and we love getting the updates and photos at the end of every day. I couldn't wish for a better nursery and we will be sad to leave when he goes to school in September.

Really lovely nursey, very personable and my child loves their key worker. My child's key worker has excellent communication and care skills and the nursey is great at creating new activities for the children each day. We even get an official parents' evening!

Great and friendly staff. Really love them. I don't have a bad word to say about this nursery.
Daily feedback and pictures of my child in the setting. We had a wonderful event once where families were invited to a picnic and a small petting zoo.
Daily activities are fun and the garden is huge for

My now 18-month-old son started at Daydream in September 2023 and has settled well. He moved up into the Little Explorers room at Christmas and has been loving the change, with so much to explore and lots of great activities throughout the day. I really like that the children are out in the garden so
much, and my child loves the outdoor time. The staff are competent and caring and my child has made close bonds with his key person (and others). The nursery managers are also very accommodating where possible when it comes to adding ad hoc days or adjusting permanent days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery!

We have been very happy with the nursery and preschool overall.
My son settles quickly and is happy to go in most of the time. Staff have been consistent and he has built good relationships. Management has been proactive and helpful.

We moved our son from another setting in Sep 23 and we are so pleased we made this difficult decision. Daydream's staff have been amazing and he settled in so well and is flourishing. We could never get much out of him before, but now he is full of stories of what his days has been like and he names
all his nursery friends and tells us what they have been up to. He is into his numbers and letters now and is so happy. They have an amazing big garden and kids are enjoying it in any weather. Brilliant nursery and the staff are all wonderful!

Moved child from another setting in the area. Child transitioned seamlessly thanks to staff who just seem to be so genuine and actually seem to enjoy their job, which really shows. Child refused to go home after the first week, enjoyed it so much!

My son loves the activities within the room and especially loves his key worker! The staff are kind, caring, approachable and have a real passion for the children. I get regular daily updates via an online app which is great for seeing what he gets up to. We don't have a garden at home so the large
outside space was a huge selling point for us too. The communication between us and the entire team has been great from start to finish and I would highly recommend Daydream Nursery.

A very welcoming and caring nursery. My son has been there since he was 11 months and after a short settling in period he has usually been in no rush to come home again. They have good communication about what the children have been up to during the day and it's great to see some pictures of their activities.
We also like that they try to have some outside time everyday, even in cold weather, to get the kids' energy out in the fresh air. We're pleased with them overall and will be sending our next kid there too.

My son has been attending Daydream for the last six months and absolutely loves it! The staff are brilliant and always have exciting activities lined up for the children. I'm always kept up to date with notifications and photos on the parents app. They have a huge garden for the children to play and

Our daughter (8mo) has been at daydreams for two months and the transition from home to nursery has been so well managed. The team have made sure our daughter feels secure from the first day with lots of different ideas (settling in sessions, toys from home, smells from home, etc.). She has settled
in well despite being a little poorly and the team were really honest about how well or tricky she had found the day. One staff member in particular has been so transparent about our daughter’s emotional state and how best we can help navigate the transition. The team prepare a huge amount of sensory activities with a clear plan and each of these are linked to developmental milestones. The communication is also seamless either in person or on the app. Messages are answered rapidly and updates are thorough. I cannot recommend them enough.
