Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Cranleigh

All of the staff at Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Cranleigh have made our little boy feel so welcome from our very first visit. Their ethos of the children being the absolute priority shines through at all levels. The activities are so varied and the skills learnt each day mean he is coming on leaps and bounds whilst still being given the time and space to take things at his own pace. It's made the transition so much easier for us as parents to see how much he loves going and all of the staff know him by name, he literally jumps out of our arms to go to them each morning and now waves goodbye on collection (a skill he saves for only his most favourite people. Thank you for everything you do.

I have been very happy with my daughter's experience at the nursery so far. She is very settled, gets to experience so much creativity and I enjoy the daily updates with pictures online. All the staff are so friendly.

Our son started in October and the staff have all been so good at making him settle so well. They all seem to genuinely love their job and it shows in the care they take with the children. Will be sad to leave. Be good to see some extra prep for school leavers soon. More lighting in the car park is needed. Flooding needs to be sorted out. Way of sending the week's menu electronically as don't always remember to check the board and have no idea what he's eaten sometimes. Overall very happy with the experience. Thank you.

The staff at Christopher Robin go above and beyond - they are brilliant doing the basics but then help beyond their needs. My daughter has had a new baby brother to get used to and the staff have played babies with her to prepare her, read stories about a new sibling and had 1 on 1 special chats with her to see how she is coping. They have been incredibly understanding not only to her but to me as I have through the trickier sleep deprived moments of new motherhood. They are so supportive and I will definitely be sending my son here when the time comes for nursery. Thank you.

Very impressive with the attention to detail spent with the kids. The manager is a superstar, always delivering great events, always going above and beyond for both parents and kids.

We have been so impressed with Christopher Robin Day Nursery Cranleigh, from the friendly welcome every day to the personalised care our daughter gets. It has been obvious to us that much of her progression has been down to the expert guidance and support provided by these wonderful educators. Leaps, bounds, words and confidence! Such a clean, creative, inspiring environment, they really take price in their facilities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christopher Robin to any parent - its everything you want and more.

The nursery has been amazing from the very beginning all the way to the end. My son has developed into a wonderful, kind, and well-behaved child and I strongly believe that the hard work and dedication from the staff has played a massive part in this.

The manager is the glue to it all - she is the energy and heart of the nursery and is irreplaceable.

After nearly six years at this nursery, I am just as happy as I was on our first day. The nursery is well set up for children with all different interests but what sets it apart is the staff. The nursery staff have a real love for the children and people provide the highest level of care. They have a wonderful relationship with the children helping them achieve care development milestones. I know my children are going to school with the best foundations that will help them finish. A special mention to the manager who has created the safest and fun environment.

And that is all down to the amazing key worker. She goes above and beyond each day to make sure my daughter is stimulated, challenged, safe, and happy. Thank you to her - you are amazing and your enthusiasm for your job and all our kids astounds me each day. A special word of thanks to two members of staff in particular who worked so hard with smiles on their faces every day. The managers manage this place so well - the nursery is so, so well organised and nothing is every too much trouble for them.

A caring home from home that has been a godsend to us. We could not be happier with the service we receive from Christopher Robin. It's such a wonderful nurturing environment where both children and parents feel safe, supported and welcome.

Our daughter started nursery at Christopher Robin - Cranleigh in September this year. She initially found the transition a challenge, however, we were astonished that within very little time at all she was smiling and happy at drop off and the word 'nursery' now never fails to put a smile on her face. She adores her nursery room staff and we are so thrilled with the excellent care, love and patience that she receives at Christopher Robin. The nursery is well organised and there is so much for her to do. The staff put so much effort into activities - she loves arts and crafts, singing, dancing and playing outside. We couldn't be happier with how the staff ensure she sleeps and eats well, nappy changes often and any medication needed no trouble at all.

My little boy started nursery when he was 10 months old. He has loved spending time at the nursery, developed his social skills, speech and outdoor activities. All the staff are friendly and great.

The ladies in Robin's have been absolutely amazing with our son, who started in June 2023. They have helped settled him, worked with his routine and have quickly established a lovely, caring relationship with our son. He is clearly very happy and settled. He sleeps very well there and eats better with his nursery buddies than at home. The app updates are lovely to see and help us know what kind of evening is in store with food and bedtime. The ladies are always so smiley and energetic and have always listened to my concerns and offered great advice when needed.

Christopher Robin Day Nursery is such a special place and the staff and carers are even more amazing! I've had both my boys go here now and I couldn't have been happier with the care and love they've received. It's a really nurturing, fun and educational experience for them and they've both learnt so much here. Thank you to the manager and all the team, you're amazing and we'll miss you!
