Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Cranleigh

Myself and my wife are very appreciative of everything the team at Christopher Robin Day Nursery do for our son. He is there three days a week and absolutely loves it. The team have really helped him come out of his shell and are preparing him well to start reception this summer. Post lockdown, we have lots of opportunities to go to organised events at the nursery which helps build and maintain the community feel. We have also found this beneficial to us as we had recently moved to the area.

I can't rate this nursery highly enough! The manager and staff are absolutely fantastic. Their enthusiasm, friendliness and warmth shines through every single day and they really go above and beyond to ensure each child is happy and thriving there. Each day my son (age 3) comes out with a huge smile on his face which says it all - he loves it there! My daughter (age 1) has just joined the baby room and has already developed a special bond with her key person who has been amazing. Leaving her in such good hands and knowing she is so happy and settled, has made the transition back to work so much easier for me and, for that, I can’t thank her enough! Not only are the staff fantastic with our children, my husband and I have built great relationships with them too. No matter how busy they are, they’ll always make time for you. Overall, I feel confident that our children are being cared for in the most engaging and nurturing environment and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

Lovely staff, great space and provide a fund, safe and educational place for kids to enjoy and learn.

Our son has been at nursery for seven-plus months. He has settled in well, and the staff have listened to us on how to get him settled. They give good feedback on pick-up and listen to any developmental concerns to try to act on them. The staff are always friendly with big smiles on their faces, even after a long day.

My daughter started at Christopher Robin Day Nursery in September from a different nursery. One member of staff and her team at owls were so brilliant in helping her settle in so quickly. My daughter adores the manager and all the team at Christopher Robin. We have seen her grow into a confident child. We love to read about all the great activities they do each day. We can't thank the team enough for providing such a happy, positive environment for our child.

Our son recently transitioned to Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Cranleigh and we're so pleased he did. The staff are warm and friendly and, as a result, our son is flourishing. He comes home every day beaming, telling us about all he has learned. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We put our daughter into the care of the manager and her wonderful team when she was 11 months old after moving to Cranleigh. Our experience over the past three and a half years has been overwhelmingly positive - immediately surpassing any of our hopes or expectations and, in particular, steering the ship through a global pandemic. Maintaining an excellent level of care! The staff all have the most beautiful personalities and their smile makes your day. I had no concern from the moment my daughter stepped into Christopher Robin Day Nursery that my daughter is having fun and being cared for with warmth and affection. An amazing nursery from start to finish!

We are so very lucky that when my son goes off to school in September my daughter will be joining the nursery. Hopefully, she will also have the same wonderful experience that my son has had throughout his time. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for everything you do.

This is my second child to have gone through the nursery and I am still as fond of it as I was six years ago when my first son joined. The staff, especially the manager, just go above and beyond to make the children feel happy and safe. They honour the Montessori principles and let the children be in charge of their play and learning. I have two very different children and both have thrived at this nursery. I am grateful to the lovely staff and genuinely sad that it is our time to leave.

The team at Christopher Robin Day Nursery in Cranleigh are wonderful! They have made our daughter’s experience of settling into nursery a breeze. I would highly recommend Christopher Robin Day Nursery in Cranleigh, the team are friendly and always take time to chat about what our daughter has been up to that day. They are kind and create a safe and caring environment which my daughter has flourished in, growing in confidence and even getting better at sharing! They clearly have lots of fun, with both structured activities and lots of play time. My daughter often comes home with new songs to sing and games to play.

We are very pleased with Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Cranleigh. Our daughter is always excited to go to nursery and always comes home happy. With our daughter moving up to school in September 2022 it's important to us that we feel she is ready to do so. We definitely have seen a marked development and are happy that when she moves up she will be ready to do so. Thank you to all the staff that have helped look after her and helped in this important stage of her life.

All the children seemed happy and there were lots of different activities to participate in.

Overall, a very good nursery.

They never seem too busy to chat about the children and make time even when it's hectic to talk anything through.

They also work with the children more closely and help them in anything.

Our son started at Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Cranleigh when he was 12 months old and he loved it right from day 1. The staff are always smiling, enthusiastic and so welcoming. They clearly care about the little people who attend the nursery! The website and app means you can keep track of what they get up to and is a lovely extra addition. We would highly recommend Christopher Robin Day Nursery to anyone!

Our son has been attending the nursery for 4 months. He loves attending; he always runs in in the morning with enthusiasm and is at ease with everyone from the nursery. In the time that he has attended, his ability to socialise and play with other children has improved, along with the speed that he is learning new things. All the staff are great and take great care of our energetic little boy.

We couldn't be happier with the level of care, educational foundation and learning through play that our child receives at this nursery. The staff are caring and encouraging and our daughter begs to go to school.
