Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Burpham

Thank you to all the staff at the nursery. A special thank you to all the ladies in Piglets you are all doing a great job which is clearly visible when I see my daughters development increasing day after day.

Great nursery, great staff and great facilities.

My son has attended this nursery for more than two years and throughout the level of care, kindness and fun has been outstanding. I chose the nursery largely on reputation and for its wonderful garden but have learned that it's greatest asset is it's long serving staff who work diligently and enthusiastically every day to ensure the children are well looked after, engaged and educated. Going back to work full time feeling positive about childcare was a huge relief to me.

Our only negative point would be that, although the outside space is excellent, the layout inside is a bit cramped in places, with nowhere to leave buggies inside when collecting and dropping off and circulation space is quite limited.

Christopher Robin is a lovely nursery. My eldest has attended for the past 3 years since he was 6 months old and has always been very happy. My youngest started at a similar age and settled in very easily. Both have formed excellent bonds with the staff. I find the girls to be caring, kind and always seem to have the boys best interests at heart. My favourite days are nursery days as the boys are so settled and worn out in the evenings after a fun day playing!

My two children have been at Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Burpham and my little boy is still attending. We love it. From the support given to the nervous mummy dropping off her little precious bundle at 10-months-old to kind, caring teaching in 'Tiggers' and everything in between - it has been great. The manager is superb - friendly, flexible, welcoming and happy - she is a great manager. It is more like and extended family rather than a day care service. Thanks.

Great friendly staff, very on the ball. My daughter has been here since she was 9 months. After feeling very nervous about sending her it was the best decision I made, as I've seen a huge difference in her.

The nursery is fantastic, it has a wonderful outdoor area where children can play in nature while participating in various activities. My girl enjoys being in the nursery very much. The staff are extremely good, they are very attentive and loving. Our girl shows great affection to her lead person and other teachers in the same room. The nursery is trying to regularly change the layout, toys and activities so that babies can experience different things. The foods are delicious and well suited for baby's needs according to their development stage.

Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Burpham is a very special place: warm, welcoming and professional. Every member of staff shows a remarkable level of commitment to providing the best possible care for the children. They don't take long to develop a loving relationship with the children, reassuring them whilst at the same time challenging them to develop new, positive behaviours where necessary. There are firm ground rules in place to help the children to be successful in their first social setting outside the home.

From the moment I went into the nursery for a look around, I knew it was the place for my daughter. The staff are all friendly and my daughter loves them. She looks forward to going to school every day and has come along leaps and bounds since starting here. I am always fascinated with what she has learnt and the beautiful things she makes during the day. I have referred another friend and her daughter is just as happy as mine. I couldn't recommend enough!

A fantastic place to leave my children. The team are always ready to support the needs of all, including parents. Both my children loved the nursery and the staff who make it such a happy, enjoyable and safe place.

Leaving your child for the first time is really hard for any mum, there was such an effort to make the transition as easy as possible. Now, my daughter can't wait to get to the nursery which is such a weight off a working mums mind. When I drop my daughter off, I know she is loved by the ladies who look after her, they update me on her day with a smile on their face and I know they are almost as proud of her achievements as I am.

We have used CRNB for the last 5 years, for my oldest child and now our youngest. They both started at age 1. Christopher Robin is a lovely nursery and the children have been very happy to attend and have each made good friendships whilst they are there. The staff do an excellent job caring for the children and encouraging and supporting them to learn through play. The garden at Burpham is a fantastic area with the children spending most of the day outdoors in the warm sunny weather.

We have been with this nursery since January 2012. Both our daughters have been here since they were one and we could not have been happier with the care and attention they have received. As parents, we have always been informed and updated about their progress regularly. There has never been any reason for us to challenge the nursery team and we have always had confidence in their ability to provide and care for our children. We are very happy parents.

Our son has enjoyed being at the nursery from day one making the transition for me going back to work much easier, knowing he is happy, content and well cared for. The staff have always been very attentive, supportive and understanding- qualities that are so important to any parent entrusting their special ones! I would definitely recommend Christopher Robin Day Nursery to other parents.

We have selected this nursery for both our sons, initially due to its location and fabulous outdoor space especially. Both our sons have been very happy here and enjoyed a variety of activities every day. The staff are fantastic and turnover is low which has meant consistency for our boys. The nursery is innovative and constantly changing, developing and updating its areas. We particularly love the outdoor space and the fact that the children go out in all weathers if they want to twice per day and even enjoy meals outside in warmer weather. Would highly recommend to other parents and have done.

We are super happy with how our son is developing at this nursery. We are kept well informed at each stage by receiving regular and full reports and pictures. The staff are so friendly and caring that I am completely confident leaving our son with them. The facilities are great and the planned activities vary depending on the time of year and any special days. We love the flexibility Christopher Robin Day Nursery provides which is something we know other nurseries don't provide.
