Christopher Robin Day Nursery Burpham offers Montessori education in a safe, stimulating and fun environment so children feel secure and are able to grow and develop at their own pace. Set in fantastic grounds of a 1/3 of an acre, this well-established nursery has been providing childcare since 1994 and has easy access to and from the A3.

Christopher Robin Day Nurseries offer full day care for children aged three months to five years from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, all year. They are closed only for statutory bank holidays (currently eight per year) and for one week between Christmas and New Year.

We have recently had a parents consultation meeting with our daughter's key worker. She has recently transitioned to the toddler room and has settled in quickly. The nursery built up her time in the room and she had already established relationships with the adults in the room before the move. It is
great to hear that the little girl they see in nursery is the one we see at home too. We couldn’t be happier!

My daughter started at this nursery in September, I can honestly say she has settled in really well in Piglets. The staff have been brilliant with her, they were so welcoming and understanding with her settling in sessions and allowed her to have time to adjust before us leaving her when she needed
it. She’s now very confident with being left for the day and is always full of smiles when we come to pick her up! Thank you everyone for all your hard work!

Our son is very happy at Christopher Robin, Burpham. He has recently moved from the Kangas room to Tiggers. He settled very quickly into the Tiggers room, as a result of the support and care given by the teachers at the nursery. It is a joy to see how our son has developed into a confident, friendly,

Brilliant! My daughter attended Christopher Robin Nursery in Burpham for almost 18 months and she loved every minute of it. The team are amazing and were so encouraging of her favourite activities, both in nursery and at home - they clearly care very much about the children and their progression. My
daughter's development whilst at the nursery was amazing, and she really did thrive there.
As a family, we moved to the northwest recently, and my daughter's new nursery has an awful lot to live up to. I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

Outstanding nursery, providing brilliant care. My daughter is thriving there, the daily activities help to develop my daughter's learning, as well as lots of free playtime. Always working together to make sure we are hitting the right targets. The staff care so much about the children, there is not
a doubt in my mind that this is the best setting for my child to be educated and cared for within. I would recommend this nursery to anyone reluctant to leave their child, outgoing or anxious children or anyone seeking the best education and care for their child.

Our daughter started at nursery 2 years ago in the Piglets group and has recently moved up to the Tiggers group. The transition between classes was managed well, and the staff in each room are fantastic. They really care about the children and everyone knows everyone. The garden is amazing and they
spend lots of time outside, doing messy play, role play and sensory activities. We’ve had regular updates on her progress, been invited for stay and plays, and attended the summer fun day they hosted in the garden. The manager is brilliant, she knows all the kids and is always happy to help with ad hoc queries. Highly recommend them!

My child moved up to the biggest room, Tiggers, in the last month. The transition has been made very easy through the thorough and fun settling in sessions and the thoughtful care and attention of the staff. They have worked seamlessly between the two rooms to ensure the move has been a success. My
child loves attending and has enjoyed every moment being there. He has picked up a wide variety of skills, including bike riding, something we haven't been able to support with at home.

My daughter settled well. I love the photos and observations. The staff are very friendly.
Unfortunately, my daughter was given food containing food that she has an allergy to. The initial problem was with the caterer but staff still need to make sure they double-check the meals before being given
to the children with allergies.
The manager is always super helpful and positive.

Our daughter joined Christopher Robin Burpham when we moved to the area aged 20 months. She couldn’t have been happier over the last 2.5 years, making lots of friends. The team have supported her every step of the way with a wide range of educational activities and play making sure she is ready for

I was apprehensive about my daughter starting nursery at eight months, however after all those sleepless nights of worry I should not have worried. We are now two months into the journey and they have made both me and my daughter feel completely at ease. The girls in piglets are kind, caring, friendly
and genuinely care about the well-being of you, your family and most importantly your child. I have noticed so much progression in my daughters development and she is really striving! I would not hesitate to recommend!

We decided we wished our daughter to start nursery from 6 months old. The team at Christopher Robin Day Nursery couldn’t have been more helpful to prepare us for our first sessions and they helped us prepare for dropping our very little bundle of joy off with them. Our daughter has really thrived in
this nursery setting and now she is a bit older she reaches out at the door of nursery each morning and can’t wait to go inside.

Our daughter has been at Christopher Robin Day Nursery for the last few years and our younger child is due to start. The standard of care has been fantastic. Our daughter loves the staff and has really grown in confidence. There is an impressive range of activities each day and she gets plenty of time
outdoors. She always looks forward to going each day and has made lots of friends. The nursery has been brilliant at helping accommodate her allergies as well. I can definitely recommend this nursery.

My son settled in beautifully at this nursery, the staff got to know him very quickly and helped so much in the transition into a nursery setting for him. Amazing facilities, great food and the staff are just wonderful. This means I go to work with complete confidence that my son is having a great time
and allows me to focus on my role. The nursery always provides lots of different activities to stimulate and they have a really good time. The communication is great and the online snapshot of their day is a lovely addition so you can see what they have been doing as well as their sleep/food intake etc.
Would really recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter has gone to two Christopher Robin nurseries and both have been excellent. Everyone is very caring, understanding and attentive and really puts the child's needs first. How they fill the days always amazes us as they do such lovely activities with the children.

My son has just left Christopher Robin Day Nursery after spending a year there. Unfortunately, we had to move to a different area otherwise we would never have left!
We can't thank the manager and all the staff of Piglets and then Kangas enough.
My son has come on so much in the year he spent at
Christopher Robin. I can't recommend this nursery setting highly enough. He has improved in every aspect of development.
This was the first time my son was cared for by someone out of the family. My wife and I were apprehensive at first but our son settled easily and the communication from the staff and other facilities they have available where you can check in helped put us at ease straight away. After a while, they all felt part of our family. Thanks again all.

Our son started at Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Burpham when he was 9 months old. I cannot sing their praises enough, from the start they have been nothing but brilliant. The last two years have been incredibly testing for everyone but especially the childcare industry and I was hugely impressed
at how well the nursery managed to cope during bouts of staff and child sickness, all the time remaining open. Throughout this time, the utmost care has been given to our son and he has flourished in a wonderfully nurturing environment. I'm confident that he is the character he is today in large part due to the great team here at Christopher Robin - Burpham. Thank you all - cannot recommend this nursery highly enough!

My daughter has been at Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Burpham for two years. We absolutely love this nursery and she feels so happy there. I always pick her up with a big smile on her face. All the team are so friendly and always willing to help. She developed many skills and her speech is so good
now as we speak a different language at home. Her little brother is starting soon as well and we are very excited about it!
