Bright Horizons Reigate Holmesdale Road Day Nursery and Preschool

My son used to go to this nursery before he started big school and he loved it! Our 2 year daughter just joined recently and she has settled very well. The staff are always patient and caring with her.She now looks forwards to attending and I have seen a massive change in her development thanks to the interactions from the nursery :)

We have had mixed experiences at nursery. Some days, we have picked up our son with a dirty nappy, bumps and bruises and very little feedback on his day but he is nearly always happy.

We have two children at the nursery and we are very happy with the service. The children enjoy their time there and the staff are always very friendly and approachable. The app helps to keep us up-to-date with events that are happening, whilst also a useful way to communicate with staff. We also really enjoy seeing photographs of our children that are uploaded regularly and the developmental updates.

Our daughter recently joined, and our experience has been nothing but great. She has adapted really well to the environment, and we feel that the staff are the reason for this. We really appreciate the approach to safeguarding & are confident that our daughter is well looked after.

My wife and I were quite apprehensive about sending our daughter to nursery, but the team here have been incredible. Helping both our daughter and us feel at ease. Particular shout out to Zoe, our key person, she is a real asset to the nursery.

A really caring environment for children of all ages. The staff are fantastic and you can see the bonds developed between staff and kids.

Our daughter has been attending for about a year, and we've had a really positive experience overall. She's always happy at the end of the day at nursery, which says a lot. She's learned so much - songs, new words, letters - and has grown in confidence getting along with other children (even if sharing toys is still a work in progress!). The staff are all friendly and caring, and it's lovely to see how attached she is to some of them. The nursery space is compact but well used, and she especially loves the outdoor areas and planting seeds in the garden. We're always impressed by the variety of activities - there's something creative and engaging every day (e.g. pre-Halloween pumpkin painting, baking, even making playdough hedgehogs with the seeds!). The food seems great, and we love that the children get hands on experience cooking in their own little kitchen. The app makes it easy to stay informed, and the team were very supportive during potty training, which went smoothly thanks to their help. A very nurturing, happy environment. Thank you!!

We're very happy with the quality of service from the nursery - everything from the food, to activities, to the staff, we couldn't be more reassured that our son is receiving the best care possible.

Over her time here, she has become more confident and is building strong relationships with the other children and staff.

I would highly recommend this nursery if you're in the area.

Happy to recommend them, and will be sad once our daughter completes her journey with them as we'll no longer be popping in every day!

We love Bright Horizons in Reigate, the carers are fantastic and our child has really flourished under their care and attention. The food options are great too and fun, educational activities really make the decision to go with Bright Horizons Reigate one of the best we've made.

Bright horizons has been a wonderful nurturing environment that has seen my little girl grow and flourish. She has gone from a quiet, reserved toddler into a happy and outspoken class member. I feel confident that she is now so very well equipped for the next step into school - though we will miss the family and friends we've made at BH!!

A few specific members of staff and the manager are the best. 100% amazing.

The staff have been really welcoming and accommodating throughout the settling in process, and answered us multiple times that they are here to help us and our child with our routines. They have been great with their communication, and our daughter seems to enjoy herself.

Positive start for our son. Staff seem really nice & helpful. App is updated regularly and I feel like we are listened to when raising requests.

We highly recommend Reigate Holmesdale Road Nursery. My son has been attending 2 days per week for 8 months now and our experience is very positive. The staff are very caring and always look for ways to make the children have a great time at nursery. Communication with parents is also good and any concerns are always raised. The nursery is brilliant, the staff are amazing, the setting is really nice and my son is well looked after. He loves it there, he has learned a lot and enjoying all the activities! Highly reccomend it!

My son hasn't been in the nursery for long yet but already I can tell the staff are caring, and are genuinely trying their best to help him settle in. There had been a bit of change in staff but the nursery have done their best to manage this and it certainly feels like the wellbeing of the children comes first.

Our daughter's progress over the last seven months, since starting, has been amazing. The baby room leader and management team are brilliant, really communicative and respectful of each child's routine. They encourage the children to do lots of different things. For any parents with kids with allergies, it's great that everyone at Bright Horizons Reigate Holmesdale Road Day Nursery and Preschool (especially the chef) is so understanding with making alternatives for our daughter.
