The Wantage Nursery & Preschool

Excellent nursery, my son started one year ago and has made great friendships, homely nursery with amazing staff. The staff from all rooms know all the children individually and go above and beyond in their care. He has amazed us with his learning and development and a lot of this is due to the nursery. They say small is beautiful and I can happily say that about The Wantage Nursery and Preschool.

Very friendly and informative staff. Children settled very quickly and are very happy and settled.

Our son enjoys coming to the nursery and we have really seen his development take off. Really like the outside space.

I totally love the nursery and the members of staff. The nursery is like home from home, which I think is ideal for the kids. All the staff are really friendly and so helpful.

My daughter is exceeding in every way and educationally all due to the nursery and the lovely staff. The nursery has made lots of new and exciting wall displays in and out of the nursery garden, which has been a pleasure to look at and a nice environment for the children. My daughter has made lots of friends with her peers and my daughter really loves all of the staff and looks forward to nursery, like her little family.

My grandson has only been at the nursery for a short time, but he gets so excited as we pull into the carpark. The staff throughout the nursery welcome him as if he was their own when I drop him off and leaving him with a smile on his face shows how happy he is there. He has settled in extremely well and has already made friendships with other children in his room. There are plenty of toys to keep him entertained and help him learn new things. From reading his daily diary he enjoys the food, which sounds very appealing. The nursery is bright and colourful and very well laid out. I was surprised with the size of it and the garden area is a pleasant surprise.

Very good, always informed on my childs day and how he is getting on. He tells me he has had a good day.

The team are friendly and supportive. My son has come out of his shell and is super confident.

Our child came from a settled position in another nursery. The staff at Wantage gave him the time and patience he needed to feel settled again. This has shown as his development has moved on significantly. I also feel this is due to the better staff ratios, allowing more time for useful interactions. I enjoy that Wantage encourages outdoor play as much as possible.

She has got more confident and she is eating much better. She also loves her teacher.

My wife and I are very happy with the nursery. The staff are brilliant and our daughter loves coming to nursery. She tells us what she has done and knows everyone's names. Thank you for all that you do for her.

The Wantage Nursery & Preschool provide an excellent environment for children to learn and develop, they have been and played an instrumental part in our sons life for the last 4 1/2 years and I cannot thank them enough as he prepares to start school.

My granddaughter has progressed since our last review. I am happy with all care provided for my granddaughter and have decided to keep her in this nursery until she starts primary school.

She loves going to nursery and I am sure it is one of her best times in the week.

My child has been a part of the nursery and preschool for over a year now, recently staring in pre-school and she thoroughly enjoys it. All the staff are extremely attentive and work in partnership with parents to achieve goals and milestones. I couldn't ask for better people to care for my child while I am at work.

I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my child to enjoy himself, get messy and have a truly great experience outside of his home life.
