Kids Planet Witney

The space the children have access to is great, but for me, the staff make a great nursery, and you won’t get better than the team here.

Since my daughter joined the nursery, each member of the team has been invaluable to both her and me. Each parent (I am sure) has extenuating pressures (all be it work, bills or another), and yet, through my daughter's time at Kids Planet, each member of the team has been professional yet personal. This, I feel this really sets Kids Planet apart. As sometimes is the case personal circumstances change and when this occurred in my family, the staff were nothing but compassionate and understanding. Not only do they endeavour to get to know my daughter (warts and all), but moreover, they consistently show support and are patient, if let's say, I am running late for pick up or have forgotten something or other. It truly is an amazing place, and I wholeheartedly recommend Kids Planet to you.

From the beginning, this nursery has been great. The Buttercup room staff are fantastic and have always shown such amazing care towards our son. There is always plenty going on, a good amount of information provided via the parent app, and I have never once doubted his safety or happiness here. Would definitely recommend.

They have been fantastic at looking after my little boy from day 1! He is sadly leaving them to start school in September but my youngest will be starting as he leaves. Can’t recommend Little Treasures Academy enough!

Honestly, can't recommend this nursery enough!

All of the staff at Little Treasures are incredible and have been amazing with my daughter for the past 3 years. She has come on leaps and bounds with the fantastic care and daily activities the children do daily. The best recommendation I can give is that my daughter loves every second that she is there as well as all of the staff who care and have cared for her during her time there. We are so happy with the great service and care, that we are taking our new son as well in May. Cannot recommend them enough.

A lovely nursery which both my children adore. Really great staff and management. The outdoor space out back is regularly used to give the children exercise and there are regular activities in arts and crafts. There is also an excellent onsite soft play.

So happy with Little Treasures Academy. They are a fantastic childcare provider and I would recommend to anyone feeling a bit anxious about leaving their child, they have been wonderful with my son. They are kind, welcoming and the children come first.

I could not recommend this nursery more... I have spoken very highly of Little Treasures to all my friends and family. All the staff are extremely friendly and caring and the level of planning that goes into their activities day to day is second to none. They have freshly cooked nutritious meals daily and during the lockdown, they provided great support and a real community on a private social media group. I couldn’t imagine any of my children going to another nursery. They treat my son like family and he loves every minute of it.

Little Treasures Academy are always happy to talk on the phone and give you regular updates. My daughter is always happy to go into nursery and the staff are friendly whilst also being very approachable and sensible (when it comes to child illnesses, etc). I have no complaints and know when dropping off my daughter she will be well looked after and have lots of fun.

Both my children attend Little Treasures Academy and have since they were both nine months old. I find the communication from the nursery excellent, and they continually strive to improve anywhere they can. The two senior members of staff I find to be exceptional. I always feel satisfied and happy knowing my children are in good hands. Particularly in recent months, I have found the support, honesty and processes put in place, extremely reassuring.

We arrived in Witney in January and we had no idea about the nurseries in general. We visited some nurseries but when we talked with the manager, she was able to find a solution in one hour. In fact, the next week our children started to enjoy the nursery. The language was not a problem and is not a problem because they are so patient with us and of course, with our children. They are professional, lovely, patient, clean and most importantly the staff love their work. We have no doubts and our other children will go to Little Treasures Academy.

Been brilliant during lockdown as I’m an essential worker, I cannot fault the care received. My daughter was very shy but had come on leaps and bounds with confidence. She loves the music sessions the best and I hope that they will start again soon.

Now, he runs to the main gate waiting to go inside, to us this is the evidence that he enjoys every day.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! The staff are extremely helpful, approachable and friendly. The personalization my child got and the understanding the staff had of him made me feel like he was truly his own individual and he developed so well with their guidance. He enjoyed going to nursery each day and I felt content that he was safe, happy and learning. The extra-curricular activities are such a bonus and the soft play area is amazing for them. The staff were always available to talk and I feel although the classrooms and outdoor space is spacious and colourful the staff is what makes it here! I felt everyone knew the children from each room. Great place!

My son is very happy at nursery and they have fully supported us during the transition when we moved area/house/nursery. Very accommodating too.

My daughter loves going to nursery and the people who work there are always friendly and welcoming. Will be sad for her to leave!

The staff of Little Treasures Academy are what make the nursery so special. Whether I am dropping my daughter off at 7.30am or collecting her at 5.30pm, each and every member of the team makes both me and my daughter feel incredibly welcomed. There is genuine warmth and interest shown in the wellbeing and development of the children under their care. The nursery also provides wonderfully enriching and different experiences for the children - fun adventures can be found in the most 'ordinary' of trips out, including to the local DIY store! My daughter is very happy at this nursery.

Great, caring and friendly staff. Highly recommend this nursery. My two kids attended full time and loved their time there.
